I upgraded to win 10. Now when I try to open CC Adobe Illustrator I get this message: "one or more cards software drivers are not updated. To use the GPU Performance, upgrade the software drivers to the latest version and then restart illustrator".

I ran the program from the HP driver from the HP site search and I get this: "HP has encountered an error when trying to analyze your product. " Please verify that your product is turned on and connected, and then try again in a few minutes. Or display all drivers available for your product below. »

I found a driver in the list below this message

I tried to install it and got a different error message saying "the pilot is not validated for this computer. You can get the correct driver from the manufacturer of the computer. »

I'm not a computer genius. All I want is for Illustrator work. How can I get the driver I need?

Based on your response, I did a new search for the drivers of your PC, based this time on the product number that you provided, instead of the template information in your thread title and found very different results!

The Intel driver you mentioned matches on the page - so I have no idea why you get this error message.

Have you tried to download and install the Nvidia driver?

Given that your PC is so recent, I suggest you contact the HP customer directly and have them put you in contact HP Technical Support.  If all goes well, they can solve the driver problem, you meet with.

    First, you must use the page to Toshiba display driver.
    The use of other drivers can lead to highest GPU temperature and cause overheating.

    But if you want to use other drivers, you can do so at you own risk.
    In order to install another driver, go to Device Manager, mark the graphics card, then press on uninstall button.
    Then the driver should be uninstalled.

    After you restart the laptop, you can try to install the new version.

    Yes you can. Here's the part you have to do with. Just remove the optical drive, add a hard disk in one of these adapters and replace it for the optical drive:

    You may also need to swap the façade of the old optical disc to make the installation of good look.

    I wouldn't use this for one SSD. An SSD belonged to the main disk space to enjoy the speed. The drive into the optical drive adapter will not be bootable and it will be not given quite as fast as the main hard drive transfer speeds. So if you have a drive in this card, a big (1 TB) and slow (5400 RPM) drive would be preferable. It will be purely for storage and it is still fast enough to see the video of for example but if you are doing video editing I would try not to edit videos from the optical drive Bay. Move them to the fastest reader first.

    So, I bought this laptop last month, and I tried updating the Nvidia graphics driver for the last of the 347.52 version supplied with it. I opened the GeForce experience app to update, it tells me that it is impossible to connect to Nvidia. Not still even though I changed my home network to the endearing phone, it won't let me update, saying that it cannot connect to Nvidia and I should try again later. I also checked the firewall and AVG (I changed the antivirus immediately after purchase) and allows the application to access the internet.

    So my question is: is it done deliberately by HP or there may be something wrong with the whole of my ISP? And besides, I am interested in upgrading to Windows 10, will there be any problem with all the app that requires Nvidia? I really need the graphics I want to do a lot of CAD in the future.

    I read your post on Nvidia driver update and I wanted to help.

    It's generally a BAD idea to update the video drivers laptop NVIDIA (or AMD) because the OEM manufacturers often use specialized versions of video chipsets for which these pilots are not suitable.  The best approach is to update only from the OEM drivers.

    If you press the check now button, he will see if there is new video HP drivers for your PC, download and install them.  If there is no newer drivers, I would leave it alone.

    It seems that your HP system is not compatible for Windows. Available drivers are for Windows XP and 2000.

    Can you please tell us what Satellite Pro laptop computer you have exactly?

    Normally before update you a driver, you must uninstall the old version first. Reboot the laptop, then I recommend that you install the most recent version.

    By the way: I had a similar that I deliver couldn t install new Intel driver. I solved the problem if I install the manual of the driver through the Device Manager and of the Advanced installation routine. I chose the directory driver myself and it worked! :)
