Buy this printer recently worked for about 20 minutes. The printer says THE WIRELESS RADIO NOT FUNCTIONING. Advice or should she be returned.

So far, I've only used the printer connected to a PC with a USB cable. I wanted to be able to print wireless with a laptop and tried to change the configuration of the printer by using the utility in the Help Center.
I received a message that the connection could not be made and to contact HP support. Unfortunately the warranty failed in September last without having tried me the wireless connection.
From the screen of the printer, I printed Test results wireless network which said that ATTENTION the wireless radio does not work. Contact HP support.
This would involve replacing a part and how big a job is? I did a number of repairs on the equipment myself before.
Please try the below mentioned steps...
1 > while the printer is turned on, button on the wireless on the screen of the printer icon.
2 > then press the DEFAULT NETWORK
3 > after awhile, turn the printer off. Wait 30 seconds. Power to the printer.
4 > press the icon on the screen of the printer and then wireless active wireless Radio.
5 > now hit the 'Test of Wireless Print report' and enter the values for ON Wireless, works wireless and wireless network detected.
Recently, I unplugged my C309a HP Photosmart Premium and he moved to a new Tablet next to my main computer. Wireless network card works perfectly before the move, and now it does not detect networks to connect to. I have run the wireless network test report and it says "Wireless Radio does not work. Is the printer still under warranty? If yes you can not he repaired, but it can cost almost what a new printer costs. Here is how to contact HP.
Your printer must be able to work with USB and it should also be able to be connected to your router with an Ethernet cable.

Not good. It seems that your radio wireless the printer is dead. If the unit is under warranty, you need to call HP.
What you can do, is get a USB print server and convert the USB connection to a wireless connection. However, check the prices on these devices because it may be better just to get another printer because they are so cheap.
Or just use your USB connection.

The Radio not work wireless message usually indicates a problem with the card wireless in the printer. I'll try to do a hard reset of the printer. A hard reset will attempt to restore the printer to a good working condition and no settings are lost with a hard reset. If the reset does not work then you can contact support at 800-474-6836. The link below provides warranty options.
1. when the printer is turned on power, unplug the power cord at the back of the printer.
2. unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
3 reconnect the power cord to the product and the wall outlet and then press the power button.

By running the wireless network Test, the report states that: "the wireless radio does not work." Is there something I can do? Or I have to call HP support?
Finally got through technical support and a nice person who has finally understood the problem. I mentioned that the wireless network Test report says clearly "The wireless Radio does not work" and he said it was about as sharp as a fault might be. After a brief discussion with her supervisor, he said that HP would replace the body of the printer - the part with the wireless radio. Overall, a very pleasant conversation and not a long either. The appeal of all took 5 min to determine that HP would replace and perhaps another 5-10 minutes to work the shipping details. Congratulations (finally) to HP!
I can't get my HP Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless put A909g in place on the network. I have the correct network name, security type, and the security key, but it does not detect the printer. I ran a test on the printer's wireless network and, at the top of the page, it says "the wireless radio does not work... '.
What can I do?
Try to reset the printer by pulling on the plug and waiting for 30-40 seconds. If that is fixed, contact HP for repair or replacement. Prepare to spend hours with them on the phone. Keep your handy wireless network test. Also run a printer status report. You need both.

-using the windows Vista
-four portable wireless maintain excellent connections to the home network
-a the recent failure of electricity, but all computers domestic mobile re-login to the network;
-a ran HP wireless network Test Report which shows wireless "On", but "The FAILURE" of wireless work;
-diagnostic report also shows wireless radio does not. and I have to contact HP support.
So far, I took the following measures:
-stop the entire network (Linksys router)
-unplugged and replugged the printer and router
-set factory default printer
-all I can think (but go ballistic)
I have a similar problem, except that my 309 a link but if it is idle for a few moments he log out and have to stop and reconnected or reset using the configuration menu. Try to reset the printer back to the default settings and try again. Print network config sheet and check to see if it says failure of wireless radio. If so, take it back for a new.
I need help with my HP C390a Photosmart Premium all-in-one printer. Suddenly, the other day he lost, it's a wireless connectivity and I have tried everything I can think of to get it to work - printing and Scan doctor, uninstall the printer and reinsert (2 or 3 times), re-starting the PC, the modem-router and the printer etc several times and nothing works. The printer will print when connected by USB but I have run the wireless network Test and it shows that the "Wireless is WE ', but the ' Wireless works is to FAIL. This explains why I can't get the Wireless Setup Wizard to work. She is saying that he is now "looking for wireless routers", but just keeps looking forever until I have cancel it. Also the small wireless icon which was on the home screen of the printer in the top middle (next to the bluetooth icon) has disappeared. I have a hp Pavilion dv6 - 2057cl computer laptop running Windows 7. Our internet provider is Bright House and we have a cable/modem that works well with this printer for the last 3 months.
