HP ENVY M6-1125DX: HP Laptop Battery issue.

Hi HP, I found out recently just a matter of my laptop, specifically BATTERY issue. It's my problem, my battery is displayed this text: "53% available, connected and do not load ' . I did some research and I found a few methods I thought it might be useful as: disconnect the battery, calibrate the battery, everything I could find on the internet... but unfortunately it did not work. And for that I would run diagnostic system these are what I received:

When I unplugged the battery with the AC adapter / CC always plugged in and turn on, my work laptop just to find so I can ensure that my adapter still functional. And yet one thing, have my spare battery with 53%, when I unplugged the AC adapter and have my battery reconnected and try to turn on my laptop computer and comments that: "my laptop has not turn on" eventhough my battery still have 53% available. So my question is: is my laptop dead battery? What I need to replace my battery? If this is not the case for my battery so how can I solve this problem? Is my dough spare parts number: 671731-001, can you show me which site to buy OEM battery? Please help me!  Thanks HP!

I bought this laptop 3 years ago and my left hinge broke days ago. Now, I can't close the lid of my laptop without tension of the feeling of the plastic deformation. It keeps pulling on the plastic when closing or opening the lid (background cracking caused by the hinge). Some plastic fins are missing for the dissipation of the heat. I can't believe it's the HP product. I used to have a Toshiba laptop for a dozen years, and none of the equipment was broken. Please tell us how to solve this problem. Thank you!

    Hi Ricksd,

    Welcome to the HP Forum.

If you still have an old driver Validity Sensor in your system, you may need to upgrade to one that supports 8.1:

    sp58869 validity sensor V4.4.234.0 Win8

If you still use an older version of the HP SimplePass software, you may need to upgrade the program.

If you have recently upgraded to 8.1 Windows, make sure that all of your Windows updates are up-to-date.

If everything is already at the level of the correct version, then you can get away with just reset the drivers:

    • Close all your programs and shut down your computer
    • Unplug everything (little unifying for the keyboard / mouse external can stay)
    • Perform the Hard Reset for your laptop
    • Start the computer and connect

If the Hard Reset does not help,

so check out this guide for advice on how to relax program in order:

  • HP envy m6-1125dx: ssd msata on HP ENVY M6-1125DX

Hi HP! I am a customer who uses an Hp product, have a laptop model HP ENVY M6-1125dx. I asked about this hardware upgrade thing. My problem is that I see a mini PCI - Ex right next to my Wifi card slot, so I take a look at the manual and his told me that my laptop can be upgraded to a 32 GB MSATA SSD (cause is using my laptop intel i5 - 3210 m chip). I would like to ask if I may or may not be upgraded more than 32 GB ssd, what the textbook says. Ex: I want to upgrade to ssd 128 GB msata. Is this possible? And what would happen if I switch to ssd 128 GB msata through mini PCI - Ex. thank you!

The 32 GB mSATA ssd is intended to be used by the software Intel IRST.

You can add a higher capacity SSDS mSATA and use it as storage or even boot into an operating system with him. If you do this, do not use the Intel IRST software because it will use part of the SSD for the cache and the rest will not be usable.

  • HP ENVY m6-1125dx HDMI driver for w8.1

    Hello

I have a HP Envy m6-1125dx who still uses windows 8. In January, I've upgraded to 8.1 but my hdmi port had some problems. If I connect a monitor or TV using hdmi, the screen is black and white and very 8-bit graphics as. The hdmi port and the drivers work very well on windows 8. This seems to be a driver problem. When I had these problems, I downloaded the latest drivers on your support for this model site. The most recent of 10 to 2013, which I believe is around when 8.1 has been released. The pilots did nothing to solve this problem.

Because a working hdmi port is important for me, I went back to windows 8. I see now that Microsoft will push people to update their windows computers 8 or possibly start for not having supported and security problems. I would like to be able to update this computer that I use for work, but I need it to be able to connect to hdmi.

Will there be new drivers fate soon for this? Are there drivers that I'm missing? It's a little frustrating that a computer that is about a year and a half (a little less then a year when the 8.1 came out) is taken in charge of driver, as much as it can not be moved down to windows 7. I hope that we move upward with a solution to my problem until I update again!

    Thank you.

    Brandon

    Hi, Brandon:

Have you tried the Intel W8.1 directly from Intel graphics drivers?

    https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=3711&DwnldID=23714&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Laptop+graphics+drivers&ProductProduct=3rd+Generation+Intel%c2%ae+Core%e2%84%a2+Processors+with+Intel%c2%ae+HD+Graphics+2500&lang=eng

BTW, your model can easily be downgraded to W7 x 64 using the drivers and software of envy m6t-1000.

Do not use any of the BIOS or firmware download.

  • Touchpad stoped working after 5 m from the entrance of win8 HP Envy m6-1125dx

Of the United States, I recently bought a laptop HP, HP Envy m6-1125dx. It comes with Windows 8 64 bit. The problem is that when you use it, 4 minutes of logging into the BONE with my account, the touchpad is not responding, I can't move the cursor, make clicks or the operating system multitouch gestures. The double tap on the upper left side of the touch pad isn't works, whose function is to enable or disable the touchpad above. It happened sometimes this problem, on the second day to have it in my hands, I remember very well. But now after the update some Audio drivers with HP Support Assistant (Intel HD Media Accelerator, IDT High Definition, Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers), it happens all the time, whenever I log on, 5 minutes after that (sometimes even less), it stops working. Thanks for the help.

Go to your device manager and uninstall the drivers for the touchpad. Once you have uninstalled the drivers, go to the toolbar in the Device Manager and select "Search the hardware changes" and let him update the driver. Reboot the laptop and let me know if the problem persists.

  • Means the message: "power plugged in, not charging battery" average my laptop battery is dead and needs to be replaced?

I use a HP laptop which gave problems lately. When I plug in the power socket, the following message appears when my mouse pointer is on the icon on the taskbar of current:
0% available (plugged in, not supported)
Does this mean it's time to replace my laptop battery?

    Hi Mr Ohm,

1 does your laptop charged when you turn it off?

    2. you remember to make changes to the computer, after which the issue started?

Take a look at the following link:

Charger plugged in, but does not charge

Alternatively, you can contact HP to ensure that it is not a hardware problem:
