I have a game GTA 4 I want to install and play on my laptop and the forum of windows it is shown that this game is compatible with windows 8, but the game shows that your system is not compatible during the installation. Requirements minimum for the game is graphics card 512 MB, 1 GB of ram and 16 GB of hard drive space and all that is in my laptop but it has a compatibility problem with windows 8.   I found a YouTube video that covers installing the game on Windows 8 by using the compatibility and disk mode.  Here is the link.  This is the method you tried to install the game using the styling?  If Yes, what is the error you receive?  If this isn't what you tried, let me know the result.

• Question about processor and Windows. need to answer accrdingly to discription below. ?

  I use windows xp. on cpu 2.4, 1 gb ram and 256 of the hard drive. and I am aware of two pins in my processor is broken by the heat of combustion. the system still works fine. but the only problem that I face is that it takes 3 x the normal time to copy the data from the drive usb or vice versa...  This is: it is because of the processor broken pins to copy slow. and is there a way to solve via software system say avoid those specifice pins or some how? ?   Hopefully the issue is understandable. answer please...

  What is "thermal burning?  You can expand on how these pins really broken?

  There is no software (that I know) to "move" broken material as you describe.  You would be better to spend a little money to find a replacement processor or a replacement processor and motherboard that will accept your current memory, etc. MY HUMBLE OPINION.

  Is * only * the cause of your slow copy - questionable.  Save more explanation of what happened to the pins of the processor - I suspect there is other damage suffered by the system, you don't even know of which could cause slow best USB.  Something with the motherboard, possibly.  Specifically the same USB ports.

  I mean - you could back up everything, perform a clean installation of the operating system and see if it works better after loading the latest drivers form the manufacturers of hardware components in your machine costs and clean...  Otherwise - shot in the dark so that blindfolded and ignoring obvious cries of "stop, don't shoot."  * smile *.

• Question about the compatibility of the system surround (5.1/2.1) on M40

  Hi all

  I have a Toshiba Satellite M40 (do not remember exactly that one) and I was thinking about buying a surround system. However, I heard that most laptops support 5.1 surround but 2.1 instead. Insofar as I understand that this has something to do with the lack of an optical connector but maybe I'm wrong.
  So my question is, does anyone know if I can connect a 5.1 surround for my M40? If not, is the 2.1 system much better than the onboard speakers surround? Is there maybe the possibility to connect a 5.1 surround if you buy an external sound card (connected to an extension connector)?

  Back to Tosh. P305 (S8818) with 2 HDD - mine has 2 * 250G & I admit I bought without just thought! [Kenya $$] Just 2 questions: -.

  (1) - some way that they can be implemented with RAID 1 Setup - H/cherif additions/changes?

  (2) - if not; 250 GB is way more than I need - suggestions as how I could make the best use of the 2nd HARD drive?

  As I'm not mistaken the Satellite P300/P305 series does not support RAID.
  There is NO RAID controller, but only the SATA HDD controller!
  Therefore, the use of any RAID parameters is not possible!

  In my opinion the second HDD can be used as a place for backups. I mean that you can back up your important data and files such as mp3, movies, pictures, etc. on the second HARD drive. I think is not a bad idea because the files stand still the operating system will be too bad and you need to reinstall it on the first HARD disk.

  750 GTX graphics cards require UEFI in the motherboard instead of a standard BIOS.  HP didn't start using UEFI until mid-October 2012.  Therefore, it would be incompatible with your computer.  The last series of video cards that does not need UEFI was 640 gt.

  Hi all I want to spend my processor to an i7 of 3770. It currently has an i3 3220. The motherboard is an ipm87 of pegatron-mp.   It is not possible to choose the right when running (at least not now) API. If you try to install a COD with 6.0 on a device running 4.5 APIs, it wouldn't install or hang on commissioning. Preprocessor is the best way to go since, at least for Eclipse, when you change the version of the API, it automatically sets the preprocessor for this version of the API.
