  I have a problem with my wanting to ultrabook 6-1070el running windows 8; I noticed that when food is attached, and the hard drive is written, speakers make a strange noise when I listen to something.

  There honestly not a lot to offer about the buzzing, other than what I proposed.  You are in warranty?  If so, you should let HP Support deal with the issue by giving them a call.  The number is 1-800-474-6836 if you are in the USA / Canada.  If you are in another part of the world, you visit HP's Support around the world to find the coordinates for your region.

  I believe that almost all laptop hard drives are 2.5 "then Yes.  Make sure you update your BIOS (here's a link) before installing the SSD.  Also, take a look at this document.  It is the Guide Service and Maintenance of your laptop.  It will help you to disassemble the laptop.

  Please uninstall all audio drivers in Device Manager, and then run HP Support Assistant to install and update the audio drivers again.

  Could someone explain to me what is Audio Beats?  There are controls on the bottom right of my screen for audio, to increase or decrease.  I was led to believe that the sound came across the screen somehow, but after that I put my computer, there is no sound until I plugged my own Dell speakers.

  When I bought the computer, I have not bought speakers because the seller has made me believe that the sound came across the screen.  I see the controls on the screen, but I have no idea what audio Beats is, or how it works, and if I needed speakers, someone should have sure I knew that, wouldn't you?

  Any information would be appreciated.

  Recently, I leave my laptop computer to launch a new update of hp and realized afterwards that my Beats Audio software will not operate. When I search audio beats in the start menu, click beats audio Panel that a small window pops up saying 'cannot find the boot file.

  My laptop is a HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC LS249EA #ABU

  Does anyone know if it is possible for me to return audio beats and how do I do this?

  OK I need help with my HP Envy Phoenix 810-130qe desktop computer. My pc came with Windows Pro 8.1 and it had an audio panel where you can set the audio beats. When Windows 10 came out I've upgraded to Pro 10 Windows and my control panel audio beats was still on my pc and worked very well. Then, when Windows 10 anniversary came out August 2 my pc automatically updated for the anniversary edition. Everything was normal, but my control panel audio beats had disappeared and I was able to find it anywhere. Do anyone knows how I can get it back or if there is no driver I can download to get it.

  Download IDT Audio Installer on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

  When finished, press and hold the Windows key and press R

  In the run window, type devmgmt.msc and press to enter.

  In Device Manager, expand sound, video and game controllers.  Right click on the IDT device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.

  When you are finished, download and reinstall the Chipset driver at the following link.

  When the reinstallation of Chipset has completed, restart the laptop.

  When windows has reloaded, open your download folder, right click on IDT Installer and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation.  Once this done, reboot the laptop and let windows load completely for a few minutes before checking.

  I have a HP Pavilion 17 laptop and I have problems with my audio the headphone jack. I recently updated my drivers realtek audio through the Wizard support yesterday as well as install a substantial windows 8.1 implemented to date (it was around 1.5 GB) since then my headphones won't work.

  I bought this laptop about 3 weeks ago, and usually Beats managed Audio jacks and everything with my audio now, it doesn't seem to load at all after the updates.

  Anyhelp on how to solve this problem would be great I'd like to resume listening to music in the office work without disturbing anyone.

  Try reinstalling the driver Realtek HD Audio original supplied with your laptop using Recovery Manager - how to use the Recovery Manager to reinstall the drivers and software is detailed in the document at the link below.

  So, I recently bought this powerhouse of a machine and I love it.

  I have a problem, however, and it's a really annoying for me because I really enjoy listening to music m and use my cell phone as an audio source for my high end audio components.

  I have a 15 t touchsmart - j000 want I bought end of July and received in mid-August with the option audio beats.

  Since I first turned the computer the sound would ignore or fluctuate.
  I have observed the fluctuation when plugged into my stereo via the 3.5 mm headphone jack. It would sound like the volume would be lsightly fluctuate or may be missing some of the low-frequency end.

  The most noticeable problem is the jump. He will make a jump noise that sounds as if the computer is bogged down with the material, even when all that is done is reading. This looks like the frequency in the lines.
  It happens at random times in various circumstances. It occurs when playback of a music file but also listen to via spotify or pandora music or watching a video on youtube.   That's how I went about the solution, if you can do it another way with the same end turn then the result for you!

  1 - go to the drivers for the HP support site and leave the site determine your pc model number.

  2 download the latest BIOS and IDT audio driver. Note where these files are saved.

  3. install the new BIOS and wat for the restart to finish.

  4. Remove IDT audio driver in Device Manager.

  5. install the new driver IDT and restart.

  Since then I have not had any jump or fluctuation.

  However, I had two cases where it makes the sound of crackling. But that's twice in four days, and I heard something that I don't need to hear three full days.
