  Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support.  I understand that you can not connect to web services on your LaserJet Pro M127fw printer.

  Please define Manual of the printer an IP address manually and DNS servers.  The steps on how to proceed can be found as "three Solution: the printer of the assign a static IP address" in the document of printer is not maintaining the wireless connection .  For the DNS primary please use 209.244.0.3 and auxiliary DNS, use 209.244.0.4.  These are public DNS servers of Level3.

  I have an Apire one laptop with Windows xp service pace 3. I had to restore it to factory about 3 years ago. Some time after that the sound system began to slow and the Synaptics mouse stop working properly. I can move the pointer, but the left click does not work.   So, if you are using AVG firewall, it's wise to just disable the XP firewall for more than a firewall running at the same time can lead to performance problems.  Choose one or the other, but not both.

  I thought installing AVG would understand this by itself, and you know what to do (used to) but I do not want to install AVG to see.
