I see the disk activity and then simply an accident (the system successfully performs a memory dump and creates a crash report). This happens usually not the first time I ask the sleep after the start, but on subsequent requests.

  My computer shuts down to select manually the option standby on the start menu, and when I turn it back on I get this black screen saying that Windows is not stopped correctly, as well as the options start normally, safe mode, etc.. This is a recent problem, and I want to exhaust all other options before resorting to the re-installation of windows.   I could solve this problem by installing a clean version of Windows 10. I have an MSDN account so I downloaded the ISO from there and everything removed from the hard drive before reinstalling Windows 10. The only problem I encountered is that I wasn't able to install UEFI mode. After you have installed all the drivers for Dell, laptop can accommodate properly and autonomy is great. There must be a problem with software that installs Dell with Windows that is the cause of the sleep problem.
