  Unfortunately the only manual posted here is for a more recent version of the 630 that uses processors Intel Core gen 2d so I can't confirm the top of page possible processor.

  As a general rule, the upgrade to a Core i3 to a Core i7 will only increase fps in games a little more. Game depends on the graph, not the processor and graphics card is not extensible. And it's a pretty hard job so I want to be sure that you don't wind up, disappointed by the result.

  I bought a Satellite Pro A300 that came with Windows Vista pre-installed on it. I was offered a Windows 7 Uprgrade for 30 by Toshiba that I bought and got 2 discs:

  (1) Windows 7 Upgrade disc
  (2) Toshiba Win7 Drivers Upgrade drive

  I have updated successfully however the drivers Toshiba disk does not list my model of laptop. I tried to install the drivers on the disk for the OEM software such as drivers of web cam (which are not available online), but they do not work. Also now my DVD player does not open and I can't view the contents of the disc?

  Can someone advise who I come into contact with to get a drive for my laptop model?

  Recovery media are product specific (different hardware configuration) and you may not use any recovery media for portable model A100. Thus, it is important to control the media in the country of purchase. The funny thing is that Googling autour, I cannot find any info on your model of laptop.

  I recommend you use the CD of Microsoft facilities for the installation of Windows XP Home edition. If the hardware configuration is known to you, I hope you will be able to find the drivers for your laptop model.   Unfortunately the graphics cards are not replaceable on laptop HP Pavilion dv2000. They are directly attached to the motherboard. The only way to replace a graphics card would be to replace the entire motherboard.
