  This is normal.  PCoIP automatically resizes the window to the native resolution of the display. I just went in the same process that you go through now. I don't agree with the way it works, but it is what it is. You have three options:

  (a) use the native resolution (it is for me, but many of my users are older and like to use a lower resolution to make icons, etc are larger)

  (b) take the administrative model of strategy group vdm_agent and produces a Group Policy object, which changes the 'view failover control settings' to disabled.

  (c) change the value of the "NoDispSettingsPage" from 1 to 0

  These are all for windows xp, but I guess it will work even with 7.

• Fractal resolution setting

  Is there a way to 'Force' PP to use a lower resolution of fractal during playback? My system is not terrible but PP work properly. Sometimes, during playback of HD images it gets really laggy and I must pause and restart to clear.

  Under my choice of resolutions fractal I gives me the opportunity to go down to 1/4 resolution 1/8th and 1/16th are ghosts on... is there anyway in the settings or preferences to manually tell PP to allow 1/8 and 1/16 in option?

  I have an old G4 work but the screen is dead.  MacMall recommended the View Sonic VA1917a VGA display, but after it loads extensions the screen goes black and displays a box saying "OUT OF RANGE".  A search on the internet, said that it is a problem of resolution.  I rebooted in safe mode and everything but I can not change the resolution because the monitor control panel does not open in safe mode.  Any ideas on a way around this problem would be appreciated.  Thank you!

  You have most recent Mac (maybe the one you use for posting here)?  If you do, start the old iMac G4 in Safe Mode.  Go to the sharing System Preferences window and activate ON Apple Remote Desktop.  This iMac must also have a connection to your local network.  Then normally restart the iMac.

  NOTE: My description is for a Mac running Tiger (Mac OS X 10.4).  If it is under Leopard (10.5), get the thing can be called screen sharing.  If she runs a Mac OS earlier, I do not remember, and this is not possible.
