  Have you tried removing the battery AND the adapter and then hold the power button for 20 to 30 seconds.

  Replace your battery, connect the adapter and see if the problem is resolved.

  First, shut down the laptop, unplug the power adapter, remove the battery and then hold the Power button for 30 seconds.

  Now, plug in the AC adapter without the battery inserted, start Notepad, open windows control panel, open Device Manager, expand the entry for the battery, on the right, click on and compatible Microsoft ACPI control method battery and select Uninstall - do uninstall not something else here.  When the uninstall is complete, shut down the laptop, unplug the AC adapter, reinsert the battery and then start the laptop's battery.  Windows will automatically reinstall the driver - leave Windows running for a few minutes. Shut down the laptop again.  Now plug the power adapter (with the inserted battery always) and start the laptop to see if it helped the issue at all.

  " Remove or replace any surge protectors. " Remove the surge protectors between the system and outlet. Unplug them only in order to solve this problem. Connect the system directly to a wall socket that is well known. A lamp or a hair dryer can be plugged into the wall outlet to check that it works.
  Over time, the surge protectors can develop bad connections and present a potential of incompatible power between the wall outlet and the system. Some surge protectors have fuses that have to be reset in the case of an increase in energy consumption. This might indicate there are too many devices and the surge protector with power to the surge protector limit exceeded. If the surge protector is equipped with a fuse and reset it solves the problem, remove some of the connected devices and the surge protector. Make sure that the wall outlet is not connected to a wall switch which can be turned off inadvertently.
  Important: Once the problem has been resolved; If it turns out to be the cause of the problem or if something turns out to be the problem, replace the surge protector, plug it back.   I have no problem with printing from the desktop wired or wireless laptop. But every time I print something this error appears in the Print Service event log.

  I found that the event ID 315 with error 2114 is a synchronization problem.  When I turn on the printer to the computer before, I get this error in the event log.  If I start first to the computer, and then turn on the printer, the error disappears.

  In any case, I found the answer myself by using the process monitor.  The reason for our plugin dest does not work because it has been installed in a subdirectory under the plug-in.  Once I moved the plugin directly under the plug-ins directory, the plug-in has been loaded correctly.

  Process monitor, when you load Acrobat from Outlook, Acrobat tries to enumerate all subdirectories under the plug-in, and it finds the api (for example \sample\sample.api).  But somehow he will attempt to create the file directly under the plugin: C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Acrobat 9.0\Acrobat\plug_ins\sample.api and get the error NAME_NOT_FOUND.

  Hi Ron,

  I'm sure this is a third party that is not 64-bit compatible plug-in. Did you copy plug-ins alumni for your installation of CS5 or point the other plug-ins preferably to a directory of plug-ins? Try running the 32-bit version of Ps, then go to help > about plug-in to see what third party plaug-ins are there.
