  If you hold the low volume button while powering it will enter in the BIOS boot menu, you can press F2 to run diagnostics and there is a component for the battery test.  I think you are saying that the screen turns off after that two hours than even when the charger is plugged in, it does not seem that should happen.  If you have not already, try another charger.  If you plug the USB on another computer, which will allow to load also.  You can update the BIOS if you have not already too.

  Try to reset the unit. Hold the power, slide the switch on the side in the top position for 20 seconds. If this does not work right away, try for more long (up to 30 sec.).

  Hello, currently my office uses a T790 Design Jet printer that accepts 69 ML dead cartridges. Today, my manager asked me to order replacement cartridges black Matt - and I can only find them in size 130 ML. The 130 ML are too large and do not fit the design Jet. I looked everywhere - an overview live, Google, HP Store and Staples/Officemax. No one wears the black ink HP 72 matte size 69 ml.

  Is someone can you please tell me if this cartridge was interrupted? If it has not been, any idea where I can buy? We expect to print posters and cannot do without the matte black cartridge.

  I have a HP Jet 7 I try to reset and reinstall the OS.  This did not go through the settings screen, so I do a reset via the bios.

  I'm a guest for a recovery key, but this device is no longer bound to my Microsoft account.  Last month I was having a problem with a windows phone and had to reset my account of resolution while the Tablet is more listed.

  I have listed a key ID and a record label, but I don't see where I can add a device to the account via the web.

• [HP JET 7] Macrium key bootable usb omitting 7 flow HP Tablet boot

  7 HP flow is connected via an otg cable to a 4 port non powered usb hub.  The hub contains a keyboard, mouse, and usb key.

  The recovery media is through the Macrium Reflect (that is installed on the HP Jet 7 Tablet) on a usb key.  Media is created correctly because it has been tested in another machine and it starts successfully.

  I entered the start menu of the HP 7 flow by holding down the volume key and power when starting.  In the start menu, I changed the boot order so that usb sticks/multi-utilisations are the first options in the boot order.  Secure boot has also been disabled.

  Within Windows 8.1 with Bing, I used the following to restart the Tablet and tried to boot the usb key:

  charm of settings-> change advanced pc-> update and Recovery-> startup-> restore settings
  New screen with "choose an option.
  Choose "use a device.
  EFI USB device

  On reboot, I get the error message: failure of selected boot device

  I want to make sure that the boot with a usb key works as Macrium backup is useless unless I can actually start the system up to the restoration of the image.

  Any suggestions?

  The issue is not with the software that I use.  The problem is with the tablet itself.   What is so difficult to grasp here?  As usual, I understand the question myself.

  I love how everything is never the question with the hardware itself, but ALWAYS something else.  I have been more than sufficient depth with my explanation, but the same lame attempts at a solution are presented over and over again.

  I went to reset the tablet to factory deleting all my files, etc. The Tablet has a 32 GB card in addition to the main unit.

  During the recovery process, a message appeared that the reset was able to complete. A Cancel button was presented to that I pushed.

  When I went to restart the Tablet, came the HP logo but nothing else. I stop and reloaded several times. The Tablet is now a brick...

  I then connected the tablet to my PC. 10 Windows PC does not recognize the tablet.

  What can I do to at least restore to factory settings?

  You can order a USB at HP recovery or do a new install of Windows 10 using the downloadable installation of Microsoft image, instructions are here.

  If you have connected the charging cable into the PC's USB port, the PC does not recognize the tablet of flow, it's normal.

  The problem is that there is a very weak wifi connection. At home, I have a laptop (Windows 7) and two mobile phones (Android and Windows). Each of them connect very well with the network in any area of the House; but the 11 Stream, which must be close to the modem. Sometimes even when the insensitive network signal is high.

  A few times, I lose connectivity if I open more than two or three pages at the same time.

  I tried to update everything, to re - install the operating system, to reset the modem and so on. But I can't get it to work.

  Here is a link to the HP Support Assistant. Simply download and run the application and it will help with the software and drivers on your system, it has built in support troubleshooting wireless.

  If the problem persists, I would change the channel on the router. Routers are able to communicate to your laptop on several different channels. If your neighbors Wi - Fi is on the same channel, your network speed could have problems.

  I searched Microsoft for a fix for this and that they indicate on the forums that if you change the channel of the router on a different channel, that might solve the connection problem.

  You could disable IPv6 for the laptop. Some say this helps.

  I'm trying to recover a Tablet HP flow 8 because the latest version of Windows 10 locked up the tablet.  The problem I have is when I start the Tablet either by using the power button or reset the sequence (the volume down and power on), I get a message «has requested a change of the TPM on this computer configuration...» "with a Yes or no option to proceed.  The question is when I press the screen to answer 'yes' or ' ' nothing - happens the screen is inadmissible.  I have attached a keyboard and mouse to the Tablet hoping I would be able to complete this option, but nothing happens.  I have attached a CD-ROM with a 8.1 to windows boot disk and nothing happens.  Basically, I'm stuck with the brick.

  Any suggestions or help would be greately appreciated.

  Hello, you use an OTG adapter and a USB hub powered to fix the keyboard and the mouse, and it still does not accept your entry?  You could try just the adapter of the OTG and the only keyboard.  Otherwise, try to turn on while raising both the volume and volume keys together to reset the BIOS.  If this does not work, try to leave completely discharged battery to reset the CMOS.

  The biggest problem with the tablets of flow and win 10 is battery draining, especially in "standby mode". The only work around is turn off wifi, bluetooth and the location in the settings before you let sleep. Not a very good alternative.

  You can return if you delete the old Windows folder that was created during the upgrade.

  Go to settings > update & Security > Recovery > go back to a previous version of Windows.

  Follow the prompts.

  If you can not go back, and you have not created a recovery image before the upgrade, you will need to contact HP support for recovery media.

  The MS media creation tool that microsoft must create a USB key for 8.1 installation, will work on the flow of a recovery. Unless you buy a new key for this option to work.
