HP Laserjet 200 M276 Color MFP: HP Laserjer 200 color than MFP M276 found on the wireless network

Printer is connected to the wireless network, but cannot be seen by the computers on this network.

The printer has been installed on my home network for 6 months and works well.  Now it is found on the network.  Power cycle the printer, and he started to work for one night.

The day after the printer is found on the network by PC, running Windows or Mac 8.1 on the network (under Leopard through Yosemite.

Reset printer settings by default, in the wireless network data and verified that it is on the network (wireless diagnostics confirm the network name, config, port and switch Diagnostics).  Still cannot be found on the wireless network.  I know that it is on the network, because it can access internet functions.

Repeated configuration via USB for settings wireless program.  Receive error message indicating the wireless settings have been communicated successfully to the printer, but the printer is not found on the wireless network.

Not cool.  Looks like I have yet another broken HP printer.  I don't know the process.  I called the warranty and they are sending me a refurb printer.

Returned to the HP after 10 years.  Looks like it was a mistake.

How can I get my HP Color Lasejet 8550N to connect to the home network in Windows 7 Pro?

    Hello

Based on this and that is not a printer ready network. Has a network card?
Another thing, you need to consider: HP does NOT support Windows 7 (for her) so you have to get this first.

  • Add LaserJet 1525nw to the wireless network

    Hello

Since I update my router for the Cisco E3200, it seems that my printer laser color 1525nw spray can not register to the router. I tried the router WPS button to find the printer and the PIN method, but both failed. Can someone please help me get the printer connect to the router wirelessly? I work in an office environment at home.

    Thank you very much.

I'm not entirely sure as to why this happens.  In some cases, restore the network by default before the WPS option used.

On the printer, go to network settings > network by default.  This will reset the network outside the parameters of the box.

Go to network setup > Menu wireless > wireless on / off and check the wireless radio is on.

Once it is completed, repeat the WPS configuration by going to Network Configuration > wireless Menu > Setup WPS to prepare the printer to use the router WPS button.

    Let me know what happens.

  • HP Color LaserJet MFP M277 Pro: LaserJet MFP M277dw announces its own wireless network

I just installed a new HP Color LaserJet M277dw MFP Pro and noticed that it creates its own network wireless with the name ' HP-Setup > LaserJet 5 c-277. Even if the WiFi is turned off.

I don't want the printer to make her presence known on WiFi and would like to know how I can turn this 'feature '.

What is this function? I couldn't find any information about this in the manual, nor any of the settings of the printer where the name ' HP-Setup > LaserJet 5 c-277 "appears.

    @seron

    Ok...

Try changing the Direct wireless / activate - or combination is necessary to turn the setting and the close up with the 'off' setting / disabled.

In other words, no matter what the setting, Direct wireless can light up.

Leave a few seconds between the time where as you toggle the setting.

If that does not hit on it free, toggle the setting and then turn the printer off for about 20 seconds and then turn on the printer.

    Hi @printerdope,

Thanks for letting me know that you have always problems with the status bar. The plateau is probably out of the track. You may be able to reverse the printer in order to get a better look, to see what is happening with the status bar.

If the printer is under warranty, call to inquire about a replacement and if the printer is out of warranty, you can still have fix the printer.

    Thank you.

  • LaserJet CP1525nw: CP1525nw color printer leaves magenta spots to the left of each page

My CP1525nw color printer leaves the magenta veins on the left side of each page to print.  I tried to clean the printer using the clean function built into many times I removed and cleaned the amgenta cartridge, and I also deleted every piece of software my machine HP and reinstalled the drivers for this printer.  Magenta strekas are still there. They are always on the left side of the page.

someone had this problem a few years ago and an answering machine seems to have responded with a link to a wrong page

Is there a solution or a work link pleaase?

Well, it's obvious that you're upset.  I'd be for.  To make this real simple.  You have a bad magenta toner cartridge. Cleaning will not work because the wiper inside the toner cartridge blade went probably bad toner causing the flight of this side and causing the problem.  Replace the magenta toner with a new toner hp original and all should be good.

  • LaserJet 200 colorMFP M276nw: unable to connect to the domain for the IP address. (Wired)

Initially, I didn't have a drop of lan available to connect this printer to the network so I connected directly to a computer.  I recently purchaced a network switch and connected the printer and the computer to the network through the switch.

Now the printer is not joining the domain and is not assigned an IP address of our domain.   When I run the network on the printer IPv4 TCP/IPv4 summary and the default gateway assigned is 6.173.243.184 should be 172.20.1.xxx for our domain.

Lists network ID as NPI138751 hostname with no domain listed.

The wired configuration netwrok lists as connected.

Well the only thing I can think, if you have not yet done, are to reset the printer to Factory Defaults and try again to establish the connection.

  • HP LaserJet 1102w Professional P cannot connect to protect the wireless network

    Hello guys,.

I have a customer who has this printer works very well until 2 months ago but now I'm getting problems to get the WIfi connection

    The script like:

-Dlink router without password, with active MAC filtering.

-MAC address of the printer (enter the Wifi list)

-Manuel IP defined in the configuration of the printer page

Now the printer only get connection to Wifi if I disable the MAC Dlink filter. If the filter as it is enabled, the printer remains offline (with blue led "blinking").

    Any ideas?

You can connect without filtering, and then in the address mac filtering to add the mac address of a list generated automatically rather than manually typing it?  can activate filtering?  Is what model dlink router?  Also is there any other devices that are connected to the router by using the filtering?

  • VERY SLOW (< 200 KB/s) copy between Win7 Machines on wireless network of 300 MB of files

    Hi all

This problem has been driving me crazy over a week now, and I would really appreciate the help.

I have a PC under that Win7 Ultimate connected to my Wireless-N 300Mbps network in my office.  This machine connects to the network very well to 104Mbps (limitation of card) and can copy/transfer files to and from our servers of files on this 12-15Mbps n wireless network.  Works perfectly, and I really enjoyed Win7!

I just added a new ZINO HD (Dell Inspiron 400) with a Dell 1520 802.11 b/g/n wireless NETWORK adapter running Win7 Pro, which will connect to the same wireless n to 216Mbps (according to the "network and sharing Center").  However, all the files that I have copy/transfer to/from the ZINO/from the PC ultimate Win7 or our file servers move at speeds of 54 kbit/s to 972 Kbps and the rate sometimes goes up and down during the copy/transfer.

I have no problem with the speed of the files uploaded/downloaded from Internet from the ZINO on the same wireless network.  The ZINO has 5 bars on the connectivity.

I tried to make sure that all of the ZINO drivers are the latest and functioning properly.  I also played with a number of different parameters on the ZINO NIC without change and tried different settings on the router (Linksys WRT150N) without success.  I tested it with the firewall turned on and off and tried a number of other suggestions I found on various forums, all to nothing does not.

I thank in advance for any help, you may be able to give.

    Hi all

OK, my team found a solution to our problem.  Here are the steps:

    1. as administrator at the command prompt, type: "netsh int tcp set off heuristic."

    2. follow the instructions that Amrita wrote above.

First enter: "netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel = disabled"and restart. "

Then enter: "netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel = normal" to give the typical setting.

    3. Finally, go to control panel > programs > turn Windows features on or off > and check ' Simple TCPIP services (echo, day, etc.) so that it is activated. "

4 restart your system once again, and the file transfer rate should be excellent.

If you have a valid IP address for the printer, then try and access the Web built-in to the printer server. Type the IP address in the address bar of your web browser. (Internet Explorer)

If it loads the page from the network printer then the printer is on the network.

  • LaserJet P1102W: [RESOLVED] LaserJet P1102W does not connect to a wireless network on Mac

UPDATE: the below solution worked on my MacBook, both running El Capitan. Ignore the instructions provided in the manual of the P1102W and follow the steps below.

    I have a P1102W printer.

Recently my LaserJet P1102W refuses to connect to networks using WPA Wireless.

As it does not have an IP address, I can't access the web server.

She also does not connect to my Mac Wireless via Bonjour. The printer will install when connected via USB.

I installed printer HP Apple drivers, that contains the P1100 driver.

The P1102W worked before wireless. I only noticed this anomaly since installation El Capitan and moving the printer to another room with my workstation.

I need the printer to use the wireless network, as I did not have enough space on my desk for him. And I just can't place it anywhere within the range of a USB cable.

    Are there alternatives to this?

    Hi @rcosgrove,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

I see that you encounter some problems connecting your Laserjet P1102w printer to your network wireless using your Mac computer. I can help you with that.

First of all, I would like to mention that it would be easier to the printer connected to your network using a Windows PC. If you can't borrow or use a Windows PC, the following steps should allow you to connect the printer. If you can borrow a PC, please let me know what version of Windows and I can provide a link to the drivers to configure the printer automatically.

    Preparation of the printer

    1. Turn the printer off.
    2. While the printer is turned off, hold down the two buttons on top of the printer.
    3. Hold the buttons on top of the printer and the printer.
    4. Hold down the maintained for even 10 seconds.

    Wireless printer setting

    1. Make sure that the printer is connected to your Mac via the USB cable.
    2. Click on your Apple icon, system preferences and printers and Scanners.
    3. Click the icon of your printer on the left.
    4. Click Open print queue, printer installation, utility of printer, open printer and HTML Config utility.
    5. (If the above step generates an error, change your default browser on Safari. Please let me know if you need assistance with that).
    6. In this new window, click on the networking and wireless tab on the left.
    7. Under Mode of Communication, select Infrastructure.
    8. Select your network from the list and then click on the button with the arrows.
    9. Under Security Mode, select WPA/WPA 2. If you have an old router, you may need to select WEP instead.
    10. Enter your password wireless in the field below.
    11. Click on apply.

Now, wait a few minutes. Your printer must change to have a solid blue light. If it is not the case, either the password has been entered incorrectly or there is a setting on the router that the printer is having a resolution of the issue. Please let me know if this is the case.

Once you have a solid blue light:

    1. Unplug the USB cable.
    2. Return to the printers and Scanners.
    3. Hold down the CTRL key and click the icon of the printer on the left.
    4. Click on reset printing system.
    5. Click on the button "+" in the lower left corner.
    6. In this window, select your printer in the list.
    7. Click in the box next to and select your printer from the list.
    8. Click on Add.

Please let me know if you are able of print or the results after following the above. If you can print, click on accept solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. The two icons are below this post.

I hope this information is useful. Please reply to this message with the results. Good luck!

  • LaserJet pro M201-M202dw: I can implement a Lasrejet pro M201-M202dw for use with wireless and USB

How can I set up my Pro M201-M202dw of Lasrejet to be accessible via the USB connection or wireless

    Hello @datfr

Thanks for posting on the HP Forums!

I should be able to provide assistance. If your LaserJet is already configured on the wireless network and added to the computer, then all you need to do is plug the USB cable into the computer too.  If the printer is not WiFi yet ensure that USB is not connected and run Setup wireless for printers.  Here is a link about the Configuration the printer to a wireless or wired network for the HP LaserJet Pro M201 and M202 Printer series.

Let me know how it goes!
