HP LaserJet M1530 MFP: HP LaserJet M1530 MFP reinstall errors to 99%

We are able to get printing to work, but what we want is that the scanner part work. I tried following the instructions posted in another post that we so that the software is installed, update the driver in Device Manager to use the HP LaserJet M1530 MFP PCL.

There is also no in the same way, a lot of minutes sitting at 99%.

Someone at - it of the other Councils, a 'solution' to reinstall the operating system.

    I have a HP Laserjet M9050 MFP Firmware: 51.051.4

    The printer was woking fine so far, but played upward...

    I get an error Scan on the screen 30.01.16 Code, have searched online and this indicates that the scanner ADF need of recalibration.

    Normally the 30.01.16 error code will remain on the screen, but if I take off the cable behind the scanner it-displayed meaning I can access the control panel and enter the menu etc.

    I tried to re - calibrate the, but it doesn't seem to work, someone has another idea about what it takes to solve this problem.

    Be sure to save the configuration when you do something.

    Well, the solutions were:

    (1) printer tour

    (2) remove trainer card and unplug the hard drive

    (3) re - connect trainer Board and open the ADF tray, printer

    4) go to Services, then calibration width ADF and calibrate as on-screen instructions.

    (5) DON'T FORGET TO SAVE THE SETTINGS.

    (6) turn on the printer and remove trainer card and reconnect the hard drive.

    (7) once who did everything turn on the printer again, and everything should work without an error.

    Note: If you get the error when the cable step 3/4 remove scanner then plug back in.

    Fixed and working again.

    Relatively new LaserJet M127 gives me a "charging document" error message when you try to copy something that is clearly on the glass.  I tried to scan a document and it also gave me a message to load paper when I already had a loaded document.  It is fine impression of the MacBook, but will not copy.  He stopped abruptly.  I copied it several times before.  Any suggestions?

    I'm ready now. I returned the product to the retailer. Upgrading to a different model, and yes it's an HP. It was a much better option because HP would not have replaced my unit with another unit AGAIN, it would have been updated. I feel like a complete jerk to study does not comment on a product before buying it. HP has a very good line of printers, seems just that this model has had its problems.

    I'm trying to update my firmware on my printer wireless.  The current Firmware Datecode is 20121026.  I have run the wireless network Test report and the summary network and it shows the printer connected and on the correct home network.  I have no problem printing, however, when I go to Check for Updates I get the following message:

    Looks like the printer is blocked. You have reset the network?

    Turn the printer off and unplug the router for a minute. Then when the network has restored himself to try to update the firmware again.

    I use this printer for years.  It works beautifully.

    Windows 10 has just done an update & the printer driver disappeared.  I use this printer with a HP Jet Direct J4135A usb card.  Now any driver or what I do I try to install or use, I get the same error message.

    I am trying to use the printer driver's upd-pcl6 - x 64 - 6.3.0.21178.exe.  The printer driver appears in the settings & is by default we & they say that everything works correctly.

    Can you help me please?  I don't want to go out and buy another printer.

    Found the solution for everyone that might have this problem.

    Just right click on the printer icon in the Device Manager and select printer properties / Advanced / change & driver driver HP Color LaserJet 4550 PCL6 ranking to HP Color LaserJet 4550 PCL6 and click OK.  That's all there is to it.

    Now, it will work with USB (HP Jet Direct J4135A Card) that is not supported, instead of just supported network.

    Is the error message "Error 59" or "error 49"?

    I suggest you to update the firmware of the printer to solve this problem. Please follow the steps mentioned below:

    • Make sure that the HP printer driver is installed on your computer.
    • Click on http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/FW_CPE_Consumer/Orion_SB/M252_Series_FW_Update-20160331.exe to download and run the firmware update utility.
    • Click the update button.
    • Select the printer that you want to update from the list.
    • Click the Refresh button on the dialog window. Follow the on-screen instructions to continue with the upgrade.
    • Do NOT power cycle the printer or the PC during this process or the printer may become unstable or unusable without further attention of HP. The firmware update can take several minutes to complete. Please be patient.
    • To check the update, you can print a configuration page. The configuration page of the current firmware revision in the product information section.

    My MFP 577 ceased to be able to check the access to my computer to scan.  I have not changed any settings or passwords.  I tried to set up a new backup to the network folder in order to test, and it still does not work.

    I have reset router, rebooted all devices, etc.  The user name and password to connect to my computer is correct.

    I uninstalled the printer software and reinstalled it, nothing works.

    The scan to email function still works.

    It was also set up to scan to another computer on the network, and that has stopped working also.

    Found the solution was to go to the field with "Windows domain:" under the Quick Set assistant network folder path Page change and change of the ip address in the form of "\\ipaddress".

    Do not understand why the use of the former Windows domain of \\DESKTOP-TGPTHL2 (which was the default name of the Dell computer), who had worked stopped.  I did not any changes to the computer or printer, unless it was caused by an update of Windows or Windows Defender.

    Check also the update (KB number) has recently been installed on your computer.

    You can also restore printer drivers and check.

    To restore the driver, you can follow the steps below:

    • Press Windows + R on the desktop screen.
    • Type devmgmt.msc and press ENTER.
    • Expand the printer drivers and do a right-click on the driver and select Properties.
    • Go to the driver tab and click driver RollBack.

    Can I assume that you use a parallel cable to connect the printer to the computer.  If you do this is a known problem that can be solved.  Go to Device Manager and then click ports.  Double-click the lpt for the printer port, and then click on device settings at the top.  Change the default setting of the middle box checked in the box below to use any available interruption. I would also check the legacy down.  If necessary, turn the computer off and then turn it back on, but most of the time this solves the problem without a reboot.
