  Restore to default settings does not delete the password on the unit

  You need to have a NVRAM (it will remove all the settings on the device as the IP network)

  Turn the printer off.
  2 2-line dashboard: press on and hold the right arrow button and the Cancel button

  Can tell us more about your problem?  Did you install the driver software on a physical software CD or download the driver software from the official website of HP printer driver?  Any damage on the physical USB cord?  When you plug your printer into your computer, must be detected and ask a driver installation?

  Someone at - there a way to reset the menu on the front of the printer from Arabic to English?  One of our students went and changed it and I can't get the Menu in English.

  To enable Web Services fumctionality, you'll need to install the latest firmware on your printer (version 20160525)

  You can locate the current version of your printer by selecting configuration > reports > Page of Configuration, the firmware version is listed under the information section on the printer.

  Updated the firmware on Linux by following these steps, but I don't know if the latest firmware is available for Linux or not, try:

If I remove the USB cable, the following error message appears when I try to start scanning HP: HP CLJM377 Scan found . In other words, HP Scan cannot be used with a PC not connected by USB cable. All other remote features function normally printer in wireless, including HP Scan & Capture. Is there a possibility to correct this, via the Windows registry from my PC?

  I think I'm in the wrong forum here because I live in Switzerland and here the Laserjet Pro M377dw color is sold to private users. I have no access to a support plan and use the printer in my home office network.
