  I had to reset my laptop after that that it froze during an update.  Once all the apps installed from a disc had been removed.  This includes the driver for my all-in-one M127-128.  I tried to install the driver twice. Both times after receiving instructions to connect the device via USB, it went through the installation process and it reaches 100% it stopped and says he took for a long time.  This fatal error prevents the use of the device.  Any help would be great.

  I see that you have any questions, reinstall the printer software. I will definitely do my best to help you.

  Perform a clean boot on the computer and disable the Antivirus software. How to perform a clean boot in Windows.

  Unplug the USB cable.

  Re-run the uninstaller.

  Then run the installation immediately after connecting the USB cable, follow the steps described in this document to update the drivers so that's not new error. A fatal error during Installation of the software. Then the installation should continue.

  What is the name and the product number of your printer? How can I find my model number or product number?

• LaserJet MFP M127 Pro: LaserJet MFP M127 error message and don't scan Pro

  Relatively new LaserJet M127 gives me a "charging document" error message when you try to copy something that is clearly on the glass.  I tried to scan a document and it also gave me a message to load paper when I already had a loaded document.  It is fine impression of the MacBook, but will not copy.  He stopped abruptly.  I copied it several times before.  Any suggestions?

  Today, I have built in a new cartridge (HP Original Product power), printing works well, but the printer itself recognises that the cartridge is new and still has the warning, that the cartridge is almost empty and second-hand.

  Someone has accidentally resets the printing language on our Laserjet M127 of English in an unknown language.   Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support. I think that you have a question about the HP all-in-One Printer Remote app.

  The LaserJet M127fw printer is not a printer supported for the HP AiO application. I have included the HP printers and Mobile Printing Solutions support document for reference.

  I installed the software on a windows laptop and it computer market I have a splendid 8.1.2 ipad. Where I can give printcommands as well.

  I just installed everything. When I turn on the machine there is a flashing light (a triangle with an exclamation mark inside) on the control panel.

  Thanks for getting back to me with your exact printer model. Now that I know that you are using a M127fn of MFP HP LaserJet Pro, I will be happy to guide you to a solution.

  Your printer will come with a cartridge. You must lift the printer cover and remove the cartridge when unpacking the new product in the out of the box configuration.

  Can I have it please click here to access the printer hardware installation instructions. Once the support document opens, follow the instructions in step 2, step 3, step 4 and step 5. Once your printer hardware is set up correctly, you will see probably 'ready' to the screen to your printer.

  Please let me know if these steps don't resolve your problem. Good luck!

  I've just set up my all in one Pinter / Copier, / scan/fax M127fn and can't seem to scan documents in color. "When I select the preset" Photo, graphic, etc ' page analysis individual words in color as separate files. When I select "documents with the text" files are grayscale and I can't find the option to make color.

  I'm an iMac with OS 10.9.1 any execution would be useful to have an overview.

  Thank you for your response. Since "my last post I detects the 'general' preset (or named something like that, since I'm not home to check). It scanned the document in color and I could then save it as a PDF file or other options.

  Does anyone know how I can configure my fax. his print job send and receipt with conformation. I want also is, I want a copy of the image or pdf file each time I send or receive faxes on my computer . I installed the complete software configuration and my problem is that there is no for this device hp toolboxfx. what someone or in any case I can save the fax incoming and outgoing on my computer? I tried the windows fax and scan and its does not work. I've set up but I don't see any receiver and sending the status is pending. its not sending. Please help me with this.   I see that you are wanting to save a copy of the fax on the computer and send faxes to the computer. I'd love to help you.

  You can send a fax from the HP software. Please, try the following steps:

  Click Start, click principally made programs, and then click HP.
  Click on the name of the product, and then click HP Send Fax. The fax software opens.
  Enter the fax number for one or more recipients.
  Click Send now.

  You should have access to the Toolbox, if you have installed the complete software of the Solution. The Toolbox of device HP for Windows is to check the condition of the product or to view or change the settings of your computer product. This tool opens the HP embedded Web server for the product. But it doesn't have the features of fax and the view from the Software Toolbox with this model.

  To open and view the HP Toolbox:

  Click the Start button and then click on the item in programs.
  Click on your category of products HP, and then click on the element of the device HP Toolbox.

  This information is on page 58 of the manual. LASERJET PRO M127FN.

  There are other software that you can download to fax to PC. Just do a search on the web and the search for Fax from my PC.

  I see you want to copy to the light settings by default. I would like to help you today.

  In the menu copy, select the setting you want, and then select in the menu copy, set as default values.

  It records the changes to this menu such as the new default values.
