HP Office Jet Pro 8720: Problem set up and launch the new printer & ink cartridge installation

Two questions:
First... it takes a LONG time for the computer to open itself.
Then, when he did initiate... I opened the section of ink cartridge
to install the ink & transport of ink would not come to the Center.
SO... I stopped the printer to start again... and now, the
screen has a spinning wheel indicating "cartridges controls."
It lasts for more than half an hour.
HELP... This is a new printer & I can't open.

I understand that you have a printer of HP all-in-one OfficeJet Pro 8720 which took a long time to initialize and is now stuck in a mode 'check' cartridges after the reboot it because transport would not move to the Center. I would like to help with that.

I would start by doing a Reset of the power on the printer.

If that fails to solve the problem, you might want to speak with HP Technical Support as there may be a hardware problem.

You mentioned that you are using a Mac running OS X 10.5 Leopard or more. The HP all-in-one OfficeJet Pro 8720 printer is only compatible with Mac OS X 10.7 Lion or later.

    After two days of frustrating trying to get my Motorola Smartphone connect and print on my HP Officejet Pro 8600, I finally saw the light. He seems to think I didn't need to change my home network (SSID) as suggested by the consumer cell phone support to overcome the problem of authentication. Thinking as the phone OS was ANDROID 5.1, it is the necessary IP to it see the printer. My problem was that I kept entering my IP Phones ANDROID for it to see the printer instead of the IP to printers for the phone to connect to the printer. Once I realized that and I replaced the printer IP in the phone, Bingo, it worked 'awesome' with the print service plugin.     Here is a link to the user manual. To get the possibility to enlarge the copies, press this option on the display of the printer, then tap SETTINGS and then select resize, use the right arrow key to scroll through the sizing options on the printer. Changing the settings of copy is covered on page 59 and 60 in the manual. I hope this helps.

    I would like to help you today to solve the problems of detection of product that you encounter on your Windows Vista-based computer when you try to use the Solutions Center HP all-in-one printer, HP Officejet Pro L7590. There are certainly some kind of product detection software or driver glitch that makes the error "detection". To solve this problem please can I you follow the steps below.

    If you use a USB cable connection, please unplug this cable now.

    Step 1: Uninstall the drivers:

    1. Click on the Start menu
    2. Select all programs (or programs)
    3. Select the HP folder
    4. Select your HP Officejet
    5. Select Uninstall

    Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the uninstallation of your product. After the uninstall completed successfully, please proceed to the next step.

    Step 2: Remove temporary files:

    1. Click on the Start menu
    2. In the box "search programs and files" located just above to start after you click on it, type %temp% , and then press enter on your keyboard
    3. When the Temp folder opens, select Ctrl + A at the same time on your keyboard. Everything in this folder will highlight now.
    4. Select the "delete" button on your keyboard. The Temp folder contains the temporary internet files. None of the actual files or folders on your computer will be affected by deleting Temp files. A Temp file should you will automatically get the pop up to 'jump' this point.
    5. Close the Temp folder when it is empty
    6. Right-click the recycling bin on your desktop and select empty recycling bin

    Step 3: Reinstall the drivers:

    1. Please click here to install the drivers for your computer
    2. Once the site opens click on the download button at the top left
    3. If you are prompted, please allow the download to run it
    4. Once the download is complete, follow the instructions on the screen to reinstall your printer

    (1) once the page opens, please select the country in which you are located. Then enter your model of HP on the right number.

    (2) then choose "Contact the Support" tab at the top and scroll to the bottom of the page "HP Support - contact" to fill out the form with your details.

    (3) Once finished, click the "Show Options" at the bottom right.

    (4) Finally, scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Get a phone number." A file number and telephone number will now fill for you.
