HP Office Jet Pro L7590: HP Solution Center does not recognize my printer
When I try to open the HP Solution Center, I receive a warning tha no devices are detected and yet pints them of pinter and crystallized.

I would like to help you today to solve the problems of detection of product that you encounter on your Windows Vista-based computer when you try to use the Solutions Center HP all-in-one printer, HP Officejet Pro L7590. There are certainly some kind of product detection software or driver glitch that makes the error "detection". To solve this problem please can I you follow the steps below.
If you use a USB cable connection, please unplug this cable now.
Step 1: Uninstall the drivers:
- Click on the Start menu
- Select all programs (or programs)
- Select the HP folder
- Select your HP Officejet
- Select Uninstall
Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the uninstallation of your product. After the uninstall completed successfully, please proceed to the next step.
Step 2: Remove temporary files:
- Click on the Start menu
- In the box "search programs and files" located just above to start after you click on it, type %temp% , and then press enter on your keyboard
- When the Temp folder opens, select Ctrl + A at the same time on your keyboard. Everything in this folder will highlight now.
- Select the "delete" button on your keyboard. The Temp folder contains the temporary internet files. None of the actual files or folders on your computer will be affected by deleting Temp files. A Temp file should you will automatically get the pop up to 'jump' this point.
- Close the Temp folder when it is empty
- Right-click the recycling bin on your desktop and select empty recycling bin
Step 3: Reinstall the drivers:
- Please click here to install the drivers for your computer
- Once the site opens click on the download button at the top left
- If you are prompted, please allow the download to run it
- Once the download is complete, follow the instructions on the screen to reinstall your printer
- Please do not connect the USB cable until the installation program invites you to
Once the installation is complete, please open the HP Solutions Center to check if your HP Officejet is now detected and works correctly.

Patch to correct vulnerabilities in Adobe Flash Player in Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge: 29 December 2015
I removed this update and the solution Center launches successfully.
Microsoft has released a patch today https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3133431 , which corrects the error introduced by 3132372. The new update allows Adobe Flash files embedded in the browser. This should fix the problems with the HP Solution Center.
Please do not uninstall the MS security updates and make you vulnerable.

HP Solution Center does not recognize the network printer
Network has a hp 309 a printer, can print from the computer, the problem is:
HP Solution Center not load-says incomplete installation. If I plug in the USB cable and let it continue, it sets up a second printer that only works on the USB cable and it still does not recognize the network printer.
Question how can I get the Hp solution program to reward the network printer. If I reload the CD, then reinstall the will other people on the network of the problems?

I have 3 different printers HP F4400, officejets 6500 E710n-z and 709n in 3 different places. HP Solution Center only recognizes F4400. How can I get my Solution Center to recognize the other 2 without reistalling all the time. Here my current printer can print on 710n-z but the printer cannot scan, says no printer detected. It's very strange. Try to create a new user account and setup the printer on this account. If this does not work, try to install the printer on another computer and see if it has the same problem. Let me know what happens.

HP Solution Center does not work after installing Windows 10.
After 10 Windows Installer, Solution Center HP, which is part of the installation of software for my HP Officejet 4500 510nz, tells me that the software is incomplete. The installation disc does not open, so I downloaded the HP program and re-installed. I always get the message that the software is incomplete. Lenovo T420 3.2.002 Solution Center does not display tile system

Lenovo came out with updates and the latest version of the Solution Center (3.0.0.3 from the website) and 3.0.0.4 upgrade all issues resolved.

Operating system is Windows Vista, the error message says to reinstall the printer using the installation disc. (I did several times). Really need to scan, but don't know how. Would you please provide the full model number? For example C410a. Some models are slightly different from each other and I want to assure you to give you specific information. How can I find my model number?
Regarding the error, I checked and the following instructions should work on all models of the C410. The following instructions are for the "cleansing" or "cleaning" your computer HP printing software. This should allow you to perform a new installation of your printer and should fix your mistakes.
Of the Original installation CD:
1. Insert the CD in the drive and then cancel Setup
2. open my computer and click right then on the CD from the drive and select open
3 open the Util folder
4 open the CCC folder
5. run the L4uninstall.bat
6. once the uninstall is complete, restart the computer
7 run the Accessories\ System Tools Disk Cleanup
8. download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player

9 download drivers and full software features
C410 Photosmart full feature software (Vista)
10. run the download to reinstall the printer
If the software has been downloaded and extracted to your system:
1. type % temp % in the field of race

Photosmart e-all-in-one B110a: HP Solution Center does not open
This problem began in late December 2015. HP Solution Center worked fine until then.
Now the printer works well, but the HP Solution Center does not open, so can not scan to computer or check ink levels. Tried to uninstall the KB3132372 update [as suggested in this forum] and then everything works.
However, the update (KB3132372) maintains the re-setup and hit the Centre of HP solutions again.
Is there something wrong with the KB update that disrupts the HP driver?
Is that what I can do through a permanent solution? (other than uninstalling KB3132372 immediately prior to scanning)
Thank you. Problem solved. I admit I was a little uncomfortable uninstall security updates - but everything is OK now.

Photosmart 6525: HP Solution Center does not work in Win 10
I hava 6525 Photosmart all-in-One printer. I just updated my OMNI from Windows 7 to Windows 10 desktop all-in-one computer and and now the HP Solution Center will not work. I get 'HP Solution Center cannot work because your installation of the device is not complete. " The printer works fine; However, I can't scan. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and the software four times. Whenever it installs without problem, but the Solution Center does not work. Is there any solution for this?

The HP Solution Center is not part of the Photosmart 6525 software, it exists on your PC from your previous HP printer and have nothing to do with the new.
The HP Photosmart 6525 provided with the HP printer Assistant software, to launch this type of HP software in the search bar and open the HP Photosmart 6520 software.

Try instead these instructions:
Follow the steps below to rub the software and then reinstall it.
1. open %Temp% and delete all the files in this folder. There may be some files that may still be in use, and you can ignore these files.
2 download the full feature software and drivers
Photosmart C7250 software (Windows 7)3. double-click on the downloaded file to extract the files
4. once the software install window press Cancel or Exit to close the Setup program
5. type % temp % in the field run or search programs and files.
6 find the starting with 7z folder (example: 7zS2356)
7. right click on 7z file and choose copy
8. close the window by %temp% and then right click in the middle of your desktop and choose Paste
9 open the 7z folder
10 open the Util folder
11 open the CCC folder
12 run the Uninstall_L4 and then follow the instructions on the screen to remove the software.
13. when the software has been removed, restart your computer
14. run the Accessories\ System Tools Disk Cleanup
15 open the 7z desktop folder and run the setup.exe file to reinstall the printer.

HP f4210 Solution Center does not open
I have tried to scan pictures and now cannot start the solution center to do this. I just uninstalled the program and reinstalled. When I try to start the program, nothing happens. No additional processes appear in the Task Manager. I rebooted the computer since the reinstall twice.

HP Solution Center does not detect that I've added a second printer
I am running Vista and have the center of solutions HP (latest version) installed and have HP 2575xi connected network.
HP Solution Center recognizes my HP 2575 x, and everything works.
But now I have an extra F4280 HP I want to add in via the USB port on the computer.
First I tried to install it just just pilots F4280, hoping that the HP Solution Center would detect the new printer, but it didn't.
Then, I tried the "Full Install" from the installation disk supplied with the F4280. But he determined that I already have all the software installed, so it didn't install anything.
Center of HP solutions certainly looks like he can handle multiple printers (it has the tabs at the top). But I can't seem to recognize the new printer.
I could try to uninstall and reinstall. But I'm worried that HP Solution Center does not detect the 2575xi since it is a network printer.
How can I know the HP Solution Center to detect and add my new printer?

When you install the F4280 software, and it is said that the latest version of the software is already installed, then it should give you an option to 'add a device', no?

HP Photosmart C7280 solutions Center does not work after Windows 7 32 bit upgrade
I recently updated my operating system from Windows Vista to Windows 7 (32 bit). Before the upgrade, my C7280 worked fine using the center of Solution and in my home wireless network. After the upgrade to Windows 7 and download and install PS_AIO_02_Net_Full_Win_WW_130_140.exe, version 13.1.0, Solution Center does not work.
At the opening of the solution Center, it displays disconnected printer. Using the Wireless Setup Wizard, the printer connects to the network. I can open the Solution Center and it works very well for about 3 seconds and then goes to the printer disconnected mode.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the software update for Windows 7 package C7280 repeatedly and with the same results. I downloaded and installed the patches and still no change.
I finally had to restore my computer to original operating system. After the computer back to its original configuration, I used the original to HP Photosmart printer disk to reinstall the driver for Windows Vista. Everything worked as before. Then I ran the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor. Yet once, he told me that the HP Photosmart C7280 printer was not compatible with Windows 7. I uninstalled the printer driver and run Windows 7 upgrade advisor. This time, I have not received any message about the C7280 printer.
I installed upgrading to Windows 7 (32-bit), and then upgrade the HP Photosmart C7280 for Windows 7 32-bit driver. Everything works fine now.
