HP Officejet 4620: Office Windows 10 connects to the wireless network printer but do not print
I have a HP Officejet 4620 all-in-one that I try to use with my desktop computer. The printer has been added to my home network, and I added the printer to my computer via the tab "Devices" Control Panel settings, but when I try to print, nothing happens. The printer icon appears in the bottom right of the task bar that says the printer has "0 documents pending. Strangely, another computer in the office at home, also running Windows 10, can connect and no problem printing to the printer. I tried to install/reinstall the drivers, reset my computer, reconnect with and without a cord USB, and none of this helps. Any ideas on how to solve the problem? My computer was running on Windows 7 until this month when I updated for Windows 10, so I don't know if it's part of the problem or not.

I see that you are unable to print to your printer HP Officejet 4620. I'd be happy to help you with this. Looks like the driver is damaged.
The software and the driver could have gotten corrupt, so we will need to remove it and reinstall.
First of all. Please follow the steps in this guide:

- Run Windows updates, keep your computer current with updates for Windows.
If the problem persists, follow these steps to see if you can solve the problem.
Let's start by cleaning up your computer.
- Cleaning disc in Windows 10.
- Perform the clean boot in Windows 10 / 8 / 7.
- Use the System File Checker tool to repair the missing or damaged system files. It's always a good idea to back up your data before proceeding.
- File system check (SFC) analysis and repair system files & DISM to fix things that are not SFC.

A second option is to try the following steps:
Powercycle the network:
1. turn off your laptop.
2. unplug the power to your router.
3. disconnect the power to your modem.
4. wait at least 45 seconds.
5 reconnect the modem and wait for it to come back online.
6 plug in the router and wait for it to come back online.
7. turn on your laptop and test your connection.
Turn off the power to the adapter:
1. open Device Manager. (Win Key + R > type devmgmt.msc > OK)
2. expand the network adapters.
3. right click on the Ethernet adapter / wireless, and then click Properties.
4. click on the power management tab.
5 remove the check mark next to allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
6. click on OK.
7 test cycle.
Reset the TCP/IP settings on your PC:
1. go to your start screen/menu and type CMD.
2. right-click on the command prompt icon and select run as administrator.
3. in the window that opens type "netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt" without the quotes and press ENTER.
4 restart your PC and test.

1. go to your start screen/menu and type CMD.

Reinstall the NIC drivers:

Test an ethernet connection:
Explicit. Test if the problem persists on a wired connection to the adapter hardware troubleshooting wireless can be directed to the appropriate areas.

Hi all, I have a C4599 All in One Printer. I have just set up successfully with a WiFi connection to my router / modem network (infrastructure mode). There is no error message and I can print from a variety of laptops Windows (XP, Vista and 7). I loaded the HP eprint app on my Ipad 4 but it can not detect the printer. Note that the HP site says that this printer is compatible with the App ePrint.
A second and possibly related is that I recorded with the HP eprint service website but I can't get the code or e-mail address for my printer. I can't find any way to turn it on the Web Services on the printer? (The HP site says this should be under Setup > wireless to the printer, but it is not.) There are only options to turn on/off the wireless, testing the wireless and print the wireless network and printer settings (which are all OK > PASS or information).
With the update that has been done to the ePrint application, some of the old printers lost the ability to use this application to print from. The printer would not print directly from the iPad to the printer either. This is a feature called AirPrint. When you have the possibility to use AirPrint, he must place the unit on the same network as the printer, pull up a photo, press the action button on the iPad and then select print. - How you did update the network driver?
- When was the last time you were able to connect to the wireless network?
- Remember to no particular change in the computer before the show?
- What is the brand and model of the computer?
Since you are able to connect to the network using the modem, it could be because of the card network is outdated or corrupted. I would recommend that you try the methods below and check.
Method 1: Run the network troubleshooter

Method 2: Update the NIC manufacturer support Web site
I suggest you to visit the website of the manufacturer of the computer support and install the latest network adapter on Windows 7 Web site and check.

I just installed a Belkin modem-router - which went well. Can I connect WiFi gadgets etc. I can also connect to the internet via a network cable to my pc. I also installed a belkin usb wireless adapter and in Device Manager, says it is enabled and works.

Good news - update of my ongoing saga with this Belkin modem/router.
Got the pc to see wi - fi now. It turned out to be the Zone Alarm! As the router has a firewall, I uninstalled Zone Alarm completely. Also, I went into the properties of belkin usb and checked it was the most recent drivers, it does not so I installed them.

I tried to reload the printing software on both cd and download from the epson site. Unfortunately, when happens to wireless setup, it fails to connect, and indicates that it has not installed software. I have connected to this printer before and my other laptop works very well. I just had to wipe the hard drive on the HP and am now in the process of re - install all software. Appreciate it is perhaps an epson problem and not a problem of HP

I tried to fill the connection between my laptop Wi - Fi and an ethernet cable LAN via the connection to the Local network for my xbox 360. I just bought a new HP Photosmart B110A printer range. I got set up with my Belkin wireless router. It is successfully connected. I could set up printing webservice as well. The printer is offline and I could also print a document by sending an email to the email address for the printer configuration. This means that the printer is connected to the wireless network and the internet.
However, I can not connect to this printer from my PC connected to the same wireless netwrok. When I open the HP Solution Center, it displays the message "disconnected wireless.
When I connect the printer via USB cable, I am able to connect to the PC and impressions as well fire.
