  I see that you have some problems with the judgment of some installation of HP software to run on your PC of Windows 10. I can help you with that.

  To start, make sure that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector. Once done:

  1. On your PC, press CTRL, ALT and DEL keys at the same time.
  2. Click Start Task Manager.
  3. Select the HP software from the list.
  4. Click end task.

• HP Envy 5530: Emits a light HP Envy 5530, but the printer will not be running

I see that you have already installed a new set of ink and replaced the internal power supply without result. Unfortunately at this time if a new power supply fails to solve the problem of flashing light output that the next step would be to use the printer.

• HP Officejet 6500 a: printer will not connect to the wireless network.

  I got this HP printer for a while and it worked fine.  Our old router is out and we had to get a new one.  Installed perfectly and printer continued to work properly.  The password for the router was ridiculous, that's why I changed it to something much more simple to remember.  Since then, my printer will not connect to wireless internet.  I have a ~ and reinstalled the printer but still have the same problem.  I thought maybe to try the former password would, but who does not work either.

  Anyone has any ideas that might help before chuck it and go and get a new one altogether?

  Easy things first.  Turn off the router and the printer.  Turn on the router and wait 3 minutes.  Turn on the printer and see if it connects to your router.  Status?

  If no joy, temporarily disable all security in the router.  Now try to connect the printer to your SSID not guaranteed without password.  Status now?

  If OK, go back and add WPA2-AES with your simple password.  Status now?

  I could be wrong, of course; Mac is not liable for the same way as the Windows environment.

  The printer can print when the print queue of the printer is on, ready to accept a job.  If the queue of work, i.e. the service on the printer running print jobs does not print to the printer, the printer will not print the work.

  If the printer on the computer service is not to blame, then you might indeed want to accuse the printer to not receive the work.

  You can check the communication between the printer and the rest of the installation between the printer and the service that sends the work to the printer:

  You could try to put everything back once more - to include your router.

  I hope this helps.

  Thank you for your reply, I tried your suggestion, but it did not work and the reason was a driver error. I have re-installed the driver software of HP and so far that seems to have solved the problem! I guess time will tell.   My printer HP Officejet 6100 (H611a) has been connected to the server eprint for over a year.  A few days ago when I tried to print from my tablet, he told me that I was no longer connected to the server.

  Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support.  I understand that you get a connection error message when you try to connect to the web services of HP to use ePrint.

  My feeling is that there was an update to your router or modem firmware and this update is causing the printer to communicate with HP.  Please define Manual of the printer an IP address manually and DNS servers.  I've included a link to another post with measures, including screenshots, of how to do it.  Don't worry that the screenshots are for an Officejet 8600 the steps are the same.

  I am owner of a Satellite A210 laptop. I've owned this during 2-3 weeks. Thursday, I noticed that my fan was working very hard, fast and never stop. Before that, he'd come rarely.   Try it please change the option of cooling method in the power settings to see if the cooling fan works more slowly. If there is no difference, you can contact the store and see what they say about it.

  I am trying to print on paper legal and necessary only 5 copies. After spewing of 17 full copies and 4 partial, I turned it off in the hope that it would stop.  Fortunately, when I turned it back there.  I'm not a computer guru, so a lot of the phraseology of the aid might as well be Greek to me.

  I've had my printer for about a week now and have not had this problem because it happened first, but I would like to know how do I cancel a print job, just in case it never happens again.   It is also interesting that this happened when I was printing on legal-size paper.  (Thank God, I don't have to do very often!)

  When a document is printing (or was sent and is about to print), there will be an indicator at the top of the screen, with an X white within a circle and print.  Touch and it displays a screen with a rex from X in the lower left corner.  Press X to stop printing.

  Note that if a print job is always sent from the computer, it can take a long time for the printer to be ready for the next job.  The printer stops printing immediately when you press the red X, but the computer can continue to send the rest of the job that will be discarded by the printer.

  I would suggest trying a hard reset with the device. This issue could be the cord powerd.

  Hard Reset:

  Unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall

  Take out the toner cartridges.

  Wait for 30 seconds

  Plug the power cord into the printer and the wall (be sure that the printer is plugged into the wall and not a surge protector)

  Replace the toners/cartridges in the printer

  Let me know the results
