HP Officejet 6500 all-in-One Printer - E709a. Failed to install "Solution Center".
Error message: Solution Center cannot be used because the printer is not over. I did a clean boot and reinstalled the driver and software. The same problem. Lately the problems to get the scan function works as well. Help! I've been going in circles for three weeks.

The only thing that we rest is to restore the computer. If you can use the scan with scanners and assistant camera or Microsoft paint, then that's what you need to do to move forward. It seems that the operating system and software are in conflict with one another on this system. I would like to know what are your impressions?

HP extended Scan
FTP://FTP.HP.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi
Once it has downloaded and installed, go to start > all programs > HP > HP Scan extended > Run "HP Scan extended.

Deskjet F340 all-in-one printer cannot scan from the solution Center
We had a very short temporary blackout in mid-August. Who put my turn out of service until I could afford a new
power cord. I received the new cord and my PC works fine now. I had to replace my modem because it is finally just
stop working. My printer doesn't not have be reinstalled because I lost some functions when we had the black out.
Now I can only print and copy from the Solution Center. There is no indication in the scanning settings. I can scan if I go to
Scanners and cameras and use Scanner and camera wizard. But it can be a pain. I also can't any alignment
messages after I replaced a printer cartridge. I get the alignment page but no message. It does not seem to line up OK. My
OS is WIN XP Home Ed with SP2. It's on a Everex IMPACT GA3400 PC. My printer uses a USB connection. I think that
some of the files I need for scanning to go from the Center of solutions some how have been removed. But I don't know which ones or
even how to get back them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Pleae insert the printer installation CD and contant go through it:
Locate Setup\SolutionCenter\SolutionCenter.msi, right click on the file and click on repair.
Confirm an alert during the installation.
Search now Setup\Scan\Scan.msi, right-click, and then click on repair... to confirm an alert as before.
Restart your PC and launch the HP Solution Center now.
You don't see any change?

Connect the printer to your laptop and follow the tool below:

It will identify and download the latest version of the Full Feature HP software for your printer, including the HP Solution Center.
Note: don't forget to run "Check for updates" and make sure that KB3133431 is installed, it solves a problem that affects the HP Solution Center and prevents the launch of the software.

HP Officejet 7310xi all in one: printer keeps repeating transport jam
My printer do not print and indicates a carriage jam and told me to open the door and a cart clear jam but there is nothing there, and there is no paper jam. HP Officejet 4630 all-in-one printer print cancels in the workplace

I recently bought a HP Officejet 4630 all-in-one printer, and it automatically cancels the work in the middle of printing. The computer I use is a dv7 HP Envy with 64-bit Windows 8, and I print on a wireless network connection. My computer receives an error that HP Officejet 4630 series could not perform printing and the printer just says Cancel. I tried all the steps in the sections troubleshooting, both printing and network connections problems. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software several times, I created a manual IP address and everything, but nothing seems to work. It seems also that the issue when using HP ePrint. It occurs in all sorts of programs and formats such as word, pdf and html. Unfortunately, I did not receive a USB cord, I can't see if that will fix the problem at all. I hope someone can help me with this, otherwise, it is obvious that there is a problem with the actual printer, I have had and I have to return something else.

- Find out what IP address, is that your printer uses.
- Go to control panel, then click "View devices and printers."
- Look for your printer right click.
- Click on "Printer properties" and a new screen opens.
- Along the top, you will see some tabs. Click on the one that says "Ports".
- Click on 'Add Port '.
- Highlight "Standard TCP/IP Port" by clicking on it, then click "New Port". A new screen opens.
- Click "next".
- Type the IP address of your printer, and then click "next".
Your computer should find your printer.
Click 'Apply' and your printer should work fine.

Well, if you haven't tried this and then create a coercive power reset:
Do not activate the wide (although you can), remove the power cord at the back of the printer. Wait at least 30 seconds, then reconnect the power cord to the printer. Turn on the printer. If that clears up the flashing light/white screen, then try printing etc...
If this is not the case, see if something visible is originally the error state such as paper jam, odd items in the printer, nothing fancy. Also try to plug the printer directly into the wall outlet as opposed to a look/power surge Strip, or even try a Jack in another room if it is not successful.

I have a "HP Officejet 5610 All in one printer" running Windows XP Home edition (32 bit).
I tried to print a file that I had been sent and the printer began to print very slowly (one line / 5 seconds). At the end of the document, which had been printed was a load of rubbish! The next print was ok and printed at normal speed. BUT now, whenever I try to "Scan" a document using 'Microsoft Scanner and Camera Wizard', the 'Wizard' can take up to 1/2 hour to load when it is used for the scanner. If used for the camera the Assistant immediately.
I downloaded and installed the latest HP drivers and still have the problem.
Is there something inside the printer [ROM?] that can be attacked or is this a rare case to be an error of 'material' with a four year old unit. It is interesting to try to have it fixed or can I get a new camera? If so, which is recommended for a system of "consumption"? -Many thanks.
