HP Officejet 6500 e710n-z principal: impossible to completely remove the software after the replacement of the HP Officejet 6500 printer

I replaced my Officejet 6500 printer and removed the software using the 10 software removal tool windows.  The software has been removed, but a message appears everytime I start the computer saying that the software cannot find the 2 support files.  I can turn off the message and continue the start up, but it's still a nusiance that I would rather not deal with every time I start my computer.

Hello

Open Windows Explorer and type the following in the address bar:

%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Remove the shortcut to "Monitor alerts ink" and restart your PC in order to ensure that the error no longer appears.

Kind regards

Shlomi

  • DeskJet 4535 & 1606dn laserjet: impossible to print some HP printable worksheets & impossible to remove the existing connected HP printer

    Hello.

I just bought a new printer HP Deskjet 4535 at home and he registered so far as I can use HP pritables for my children. However I later discovered that another printer HP (Laserjet 1606dn) was alos registered to work under the same account. When I'm going to connect HP and list printable HP the default printer is the one labour (1606dn). Some pads cannot be printed for a reason any.  When I view the printable he says "it's available to print directly from your printer. Click on Add to My printable to print at the request of your printer display. ", but when I click on"Add to my platelets"it gives the error message"we couldn't add this printable. This printable is not supported on your printer. ».  Please help me solve this problem!

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @cakmak,

Thanks for joining the Forums of HP Support for a solution to your problem of HP pads.

I understand that you have purchased a HP DeskJet 4535 use with HP all-in-one printer printable, but your work computer, HP Laserjet 1606dn, becomes in the way to be able to add a printable HP for your HP DeskJet 4535. I would like to help with that.

When you go to HP connected , you should be able to remove the HP Laserjet 1606dn clicking the devices tab. The printer should be listed with its HP ePrint e-mail address and button settings below it. If you click on the settings button, there should be a picture of the Laserjet Printer and a "delete printer" option below that you can click to remove.

Here is a document of support when troubleshooting printable HP - troubleshooting problems with HP ePrint printable.

Please let me know if that solves the problem, or if you need assistance.
  • Photosmart B110: impossible to completely remove software B110 (you can re - install everything new)

I always used to scan using the HP Solution Center, not really that often, but when I did it, I did it like that.

Some time ago I had a few problems with wireless and they could be helped with the help of HP print and Scan doctor.

Yesterday, I had scan documents and I couldn't have the Solution Center, message says something like the re-installation or then and so I did and it would not work because of the error (one of the solutions offered has been updated for Windows 10, which I do not)

After all the fuzz I had to go through the last problem, I thought that I have now remove all the software connected to the printer, but that did not help either.

I realized, that when you want to remove the software via 'Control Panel', the 'title' of software just stays there... when clicking on 'remove', then click on the option to choose the HP products I want to delete, there is not!

I've tried a few programs uninstall of the internet, but they al got stuck somewhere in the process. HP site suggest watch uninstall (the printer does not appear.)

It took me hours yesterday, because of the many reboots and downloads and installation processes... What is worng with this printer or the software or... anything... :-(

    Help, please!

    Hi sabretooth.

Thank you for your quick response.

The uninstall program has worked and removed all-Act. However, although I think / hope this is the reason for not being able to install the new software... There obviously.

Later in the trial installation, I get the message: irreparable error during installation (text translation Dutch here ;-))

so, what else can I try?

  • OfficeJet 6500 printer E710n-z: Officejet 6500 E710n-z printer is not printing but it says printing doc is printing

Hp Officejet 6500 printer - E710n - z does not print documents from my PC but will copy the documents placed in the tray of the printer. I set it up as a network printer with a wifi modem in another room. I used the Control Panel, click right in the image of the printer and done research failure, checked the driver (this is the last) and the control panel tells me that the document prints, but nothing happens. I am trying to print with margins of 0.5cms word documents. I tried with 0cm margins and some print and others don't which is the reason why I changed the margins to 0.5cms. I get a warning that the print area is greater than the margin and that some of the document will be lost, but that's okay for me because I am a printing table and you want to cut the paper along the lines of the grid.

    @Marmalade2,

Looks like it might be a problem with this document, the settings or with Word. Are you able to print from other applications/programs?

  • HP Officejet 6500 a more impossible to connect to the server

My HP Officejet 6500 a more printer was connected to my wireless network and was attached to the ePrint service; and I had an email address to send prints to my printer. But today, when I go to the ePrint, it shows that my printer is NOT connected to the SERVER!

He invites me to go to the Setup menu option / Services Web Setup / email address Panel on the printer display. And, when I do that, it shows me: "you can connect the printer to the itenrnet through a proxy server and touch the ENTER PROXY button! I do not know what Proxy Server, he is asked? And when I get soemthing, it then asks a PORT number! Still, I don't know what is the Port! My printer is still connected to my home wireless network.

Then I went back to HP ePrintCenter page and REMOVED my printer and then tried to ADD a printer, but, now, he asks me to "enter the printing Code.

When I tried to enter the print code I had on the file, it says that the code was not valid; the codes are ONLY good for 24 hours, and I have to get a new printing code to return to the configuration of the printer menu steps described above!

Looks like I'm stuck in a vicious circle.

I would appreciate your help. Thank you.

To correct the unable to connect to a web server error. I'd start by power cycling the router and the printer. If still we get the error that I will then try to put a static DNS server built-in web printer (EWS).

    To power cycle the router:

    1. unplug the router (most do not have a power button) and then put
the printer off using the power button
    2. wait 30 seconds
3 plug in the router, wait until it is completely upward and the operation.
    4 turn on printer
    5. after the printer is completely top and operational reattempt to connect to web services

If after that, you still get the error message, I had put the static DNS. To do this:
1 get the IP address of the printer, and then make a browser (IE, Chrome, any browser you want) and enter
IP address of the printer in the address bar. This will bring up the SEWS
    2. search for the network titled tab and click on it
    3. then click on IPv4 in the left column, wired / wireless depend on the connection, if connected by Ethernet
    Choose wired, wireless select wireless
    4. when loading this page watch the second part entitled 'Configuration of the DNS addresses' change this radio
Manual button and change the DNS preferred manual to 8.8.8.8 and manual to auxiliary DNS
8.8.4.4 and then click on apply.
    5. pay particular attention the following screen which appears this message usually is a way to undo changes only
made by clicking on the OK"" button. Avoid this by clicking another tab
or just leave it until you close it.
6 turn the printer of the cycle and then turn it back on
    7. once the printer is back on and retry operation, activate web
services and reprint information page so that you can get a new code and add your printer back to ePrint Center. You will need to create a new e-mail address for the printer.

    Hi, I have an Officejet 6500 (E709n).  I also have Windows 7 64 bit.

I did nothing yet suddenly the printer started printing in landscape, even though my settings call for the portrait.  It has a new pop of the print window. (First default window appears select print, then it coils, then jumps to the top of the final window which is the new.) The following image is what I'm talking about.  All my settings are correctly defined and yet it still prints as shown in the picture.

Thanks in advance for any help!

    Hello MomToMVS

After looking into your problem, a bit I found a thread on another forum with what appears to be exactly the same problem. Below I will include a link the the wire and instructions on what has been done to solve the problem. I would like to know if it works or not.

    1. in the web in Firefox address bar type about: config and press ENTER. (it can warn you about changing settings here just click OK to continue)
    2. Locate the print.printer_NAME OF PRINTER.print_orientation (where the PRINTER NAME is the name of your printer) and right click on it and click Reset.
    3. conclusion of the tab, and try again (it may be a good idea to restart Firefox first).

  • OfficeJet 6500 - printer constant jams

I just bought the Officejet 6500 a week ago.  No problem installing.  But, I noticed that I can print on 2-3 pages, then the printer starts to jam.  Real jams... I need to remove the paper and unity two-sided... only to have jams more once I print on more than 2-3 pages.  It is a constant, annoying and time consuming problem.  What is a problem for all printers Officejet or just the 6500 Series?  I saw the link on the cleaning rollers... I intend to give this option a try tonight, but I was wondering if there are other tricks or methods to solve this problem.  Any help is appreciated.  Thank you!

As long as you are standard weights and quality office paper, I think you may have a bad printer (I'm sorry about that).

I have a J6500 prototype printer in my lab at home and it was a great performance for me.  My suggestion is to share the printer.
