I talked to one of our guys in the IT to work, and he said to create a standard TCP/IP port for the printer and do not use the port created by the HP printer setup. I followed his instructions and it is now printing of ethernet for the wireless. If I try to run the installer of HP it still can't find the printer. I can access the web server integrated into the printer and I ping the IP to printers. In any case, it is printing now and it's essential. Best regards, Randy

  I don't know how all this relates to MS Windows, but maybe you could try HP support regarding problems with your printer, for example.
