  This has nothing to do with Office for Mac... In fact, Access Manager is a feature of Internet Explorer, which is a browser of Windows operating system.

  If this is a feature of Mac you are referring, apparently logged as something other than an administrator. There must be at least an administrator account for which a person should know the password for the connection.   What is you get the exact error message?

  You have the required drivers for the printer?
