Try to print from AutoCad paper A3 17 x 11, printing is in the upper left corner and I don't know which program is at fault. AutoCad seems to understand that printing should be compensated, but the printer is not in agreement.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall with the new, updated pilot. Before it was said and done, I had a terrible waste courses so I did uninstall and reinstall again. I found a patch that I downloaded from Autodesk. I'm afraid that this version of AutoCad (2002LT) will not adapt to new technology.

  • HP officejet 7500 E910: unable to connect my HP printer to laptop

I can't get my laptop (Toshiba Satellite) to connect with my printer HP, (Officejet 7500 E910). This printer was working with this computer until I experienced connection problems. Thought it was my router and replaced by the new router, (BelkinAC1750 DB). Router works fine with the laptop and another, (which has Windows 8.1). I can't connect either wired or wireless for printer or PC. I rebooted to update software that is recommended with this printer that is listed as compatible with windows 10 twice. When I run the HP software to solve problems, it shows the installation is successful, but I get a file error when I try to print.  I tried to reconnect several times to the network, but I think that the IP address on the printer set up display is wrong, but I don't know how to check this. The HP software troubleshooting help gives this as a problem, (the IP address is incorrect or a wireless network).  I disable firewall and antivirus with no result. I read all the suggestions I can find without success. I would like to reset the printer to the original configuration, but I can't find the method to do it. I think the problem is with the printer. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I discovered how to reset my default settings for the touch screen of the printer. It's under the 'Tools' menu, I didn't just not scrolled to the bottom. I have reset to the factory settings and then you had to use the HP printer Assistant, but I connected the printer to the network successfully with the correct IP, 192.168.2.171. The two PC is now no trouble-free printing. I don't know how I got into this mess, but I know that it is with your help that I managed to find a solution. Thank you for your time and your efforts. You saved me time and money.

  • Printing an envelope A2 in Officejet 7500 E910

I tried several times, in vain, to print an A2 envelope on this printer.  It will show perhaps, but I have dark lines or it will jam, which is most likely to occur.  By checking the archives, I see other printers do not support this size envelope, but there is no mention on my particular model.

The same applies to this model or am I missing something?  If this printer is able to print an envelope of this size, is there a work-around perhaps?

Thank you very much for any assistance, you may be able to offer.

  • Digitization of 11 X 17 on Officejet 7500 E910

We have a HP Officejet 7500 E910. We scan 11 X 17 (tabloid) directly to print (by analyzing the halves separately), but I can't find a way to scan to a file. Is this possible?

    Hello

It is possible using the ArcSoft (Scan - n - Stitch Deluxe for HP) software that was provided on a different CD with the printer.

Thus, this can be done using the façade of scanning to a memory device:

    Hello

Of course check that the cartridge is very savvy.

As OEM HP is responsible for the good operation of the printer and their
drivers provided. Check with HP support, their documentation online and
drivers and ask in their forums.

Good luck, you need to update or reinstall the latest driver.

  • HP OfficeJet 6500 wireless do not print because there are 2 days, I changed my wireless router

    Original title: print printer print

My HP OfficeJet 6500 Wireless will not print because 2 days ago, I changed my wireless router. The printer is no longer under warranty and I'm using Windows 7 OS. I have

Assuming that there is a wireless connection to the printer, the most likely cause of the problem is that the printer is configured to obtain its IP address automatically, and the new router has assigned to the printer an IP address that is different from that which was initially awarded.

To check if the above is the question:

Controls on the front panel of the printer allows you to print a Network Setup page:
From the home screen, press the right arrow, and then select Setup.
Touch reports, click Network Configuration Page.

Find the IP address of the printer on the Network Configuration page.

On your computer, go to devices and printers

    • Right-click on your printer icon, and then select "printer properties".
    • Click the "Ports" tab
    • WITHOUT clicking anywhere in the list of ports other than the right scroll bar, find the line highlighted (the one with the box in the box)
    • Is the 'Port' the same as the IP address of the printer that you noted on the Network Configuration page?
    • Assuming that the port in the printer properties dialog box is not the same as that shown on the Network Configuration page, click the "Configure Port" button and enter the correct IP address in the box "printer name or IP address.
    • OK your way out

To avoid this problem does not happen, read the User Guide for the your printer and configure the printer to use a static or fixed IP address.  Choose an address that is in the same subnet as the router but outside the range of addresses used by the DHCP server on the router.  You can find this information on the configuration of your router utility.

For example, most Linksys/Cisco routers use the IP addresses of the form 192.168.1.x and allocate addresses in the range 192.168.1.100 to 192.168.1.150.  In this case, you should take a static IP as 192.168.1.20 (20 is outside the range of 100 to 150).

  • HP Officejet 7500 E910: Cleaning print head

I understand that the printer starts a sequence of cleaning from time to time, which uses ink. I wonder what is happening to the ink. It moves to a "cesspool" of sorts, and whether itself needs cleaning occasionally?

    Thanks if anyone can help.

Officejet 7500 has been evaluated for a duty cycle of up to 7000 pages per month.  With a standard 12 month warranty, this would imply a guaranteed page 84K service.

Personally, I would not add a drain system, there are probably other things that would wear until the capacity of the station would become a problem.  (For example, the coding Strip would probably need cleaning or replacement, see the post here)

I suggest do things to minimize ink spit in the service station:

    • Keep the printer plugged in to an outlet. If an external passes as an output switch is used more ink will be used at startup.
    • Don't run don't not cleaning cycles since the Panel Toolbox or before if necessary (very rare).
  • OfficeJet 7500 E910 model: 0x61011bed error code

0x6011bed error code is displayed once the printer performs an impression and to enable again the printer requires a lot of button pushes on the display of messages of 'OK '.

I have turned off the Officejet 7500, disconnected from the power, waited a minute, deleted and reinstalled ink tanks and the print head, sucked and bluff visible dust but still cannot make the mistake go away for very long, with usually error code return after printing (print or receipt of a fax).

I perform the extra step or need of cleanup for more than just a job printing after the error code clears?

An additional observation: If the print job is multiple pages, once started the Officejet 7500 completes the task, but is to begin after the error code displayed is the problem.

    Hey @pauledinger,

Thanks for getting back to me on this subject.

Because you also get a paper jam error, you can click here to access the paper jam good troubleshooting steps. Once the support document opens just review the Solutions proposed to ensure that no paper or debris is hidden in paper path in your product. Support document also guides you through the rollers for the cleaning of the printer. Regarding a paper sensor, you can not clean the sensor itself. In addition, if the sensor is defective, it is a non-replaceable part on this model of consumption of the product. Therefore, a replacement of the entire unit would be necessary.

After the jam troubleshooting steps, please try printing. If the error persists, can please click you here to send last programming Firmware update to your printer. The Firmware is the "brain" of your printer and control that made your printer and how your printer it. If there is a corruption in the internal programming in your printer, it can cause performance problems. Your printer must be in a State of 'ready' to 'send' to update the Firmware of the product. If your printer indicates a status of error on the Panel until the firmware update will most likely fail. Once the firmware update completed test print to see if the problem has been resolved.

If the error state persists after checking for jams and completing the update of the Firmware a replacement of the entire unit would be the next step.

Please let me know if the troubleshooting steps I've provided resolve this error state. Good luck!

  • HP Officejet Pro 8620 does not print, but the document is sent to the printer without error

I bought a HP Officejet Pro 8620 and connect 2 computers via a wireless connection with the latest driver.
In the first computer (windows 7) I can print without any problem
On the second one (windows 8), when I try to print, I can see in the windows printer spooler file that I'm going to print. The file is sent to the printer, without error, BUT nothing happens.
I already tried reinstalling the drivers, restart the computer, the printer. I tried to connect to a wired network. It still does not. It's very weird but I got no error, just does not print. I thought that the printer does not work, but on the second computer I can print.

  • New OfficeJet Pro 8620 does not print PDF files

I have a brand new 8620 and I use Windows 7. My printer prints a few PDFs but not most other PDF documents. I am using Acrobat Reader XI. The printer will print from MS Office.

    HELP, please!

Hello! Welcome to the @lmel forums

I have a few ideas that come to mind, I read the issue you're having with printing of PDF files. They are here!

    1. try to resave the PDF files that do not print and then try printing again.

    2. update of Adobe:

Select help - search for updates. If a new update is available, it installs automatically.
Once installed, you can restart a computer.
Then try to print the PDF file.

    http://helpx.Adobe.com/Acrobat/KB/troubleshoot-PDF-printing-Acrobat-Reader.html

    3. run the print and scan the doctor. This diagnostic tool will check for all conflicts that may be causing the problem. The tool will show you a report at the end. If there is a problem that the tool could not fix, you will notice it in the results.

    4. uninstalling the printer software

    Restart the PC

Reinstall the printer: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-all-in-One Printer series full feature software and drivers

That should do the trick! Keep me abreast of the results!

    Have a great Wednesday
