  How many times it is recommended that I back up my computer? That I use online apprx. + 5 days a WEEK.

  If it's possible, it's the right idea to get a daily or weekly backup. Or just to backup your data when you did something important. For example, you took several pictures and import them into your PC, then it is advisable to back up their right away.

Supposedly if you turn into a sequel they will disable all.   The Officejet Pro 8600 driver has a 'Page order' option in the driver, and it is compatible with the Officejet Pro 8625.  You can install this driver in point 8.1 of Windows as follows: first download and install the driver Officejet Pro 8600 from HP here.  When the installer asks how the printer will be connected select "ignore the connection at the moment, I'll do it later."  After that go to printer and devices, right click on the Officejet Pro 8625, printer, advanced, pilot, new properties, then select a manufacturer HP (Hewlett-Packard) and select HP Officejet Pro 8600, next, done.  Click the Officejet Pro 8625 properties, general window and in the rear upper part called Officejet Pro 8625 (or what you want the printer named...), OK.  The Page order option will be available in the Advanced Printer Options tab.

  

  

• Lousy print quality no matter how many times I clean and align the printer.

  I really like this printer, so don't want to give up on this! Then... color printing is fine. Is the black which is ruin. Clean the printheads several times and the report that prints shows the problem... printing of text is faded in task, lack of parts or lines through the text and others. I've lined up the heads and that works great... have replaced the black ink cartridge, but still the same issue.

  Any ideas would be great... we had a paper jam at the time but it is erased, but perhaps it damaged something? Or is it a manual cleaning, I can do that could clarify this?

  And so... I continued to clean the print heads, repeatedly... dozen or several times and it finally started getting better little by little. Clean them some more and finally got the head to complete alignment properly. Then I'll call this resolved for now, and there you have it... clean, clean and clean...

  I have a HP Officejet Pro 8625 and I am running Windows 7 64 bit.  I only had this printer for a little more than a month.  Everything worked very well and works very well.  Recently, I tried to send a fax using the HP software that I have many times and the fax is stuck on the queue.  I ran HP print and Scan doctor and he tells me that I have not all installed software so I followed its instructions to install the software, restart the computer.  Same questions, I went to the HP site and used the troubleshooting guide and it passes all the tests I have them go directly from the printer.  I have no problem receiving faxes and their coming to my computer but it does not send as taken on the queue.  Any suggestions?

  My HP Officejet Pro 8625 has stopped working with my Windows 10 HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook PC (wireless) after update Version 1607 KB3194496.

  My computer can still print to our HP 8600 printer wireless.  We have another laptop (HPEnvy-windows 10) and we can always print on a printer (8600 & 8625) via wifi with this portable HP Envy.

  I tried to connect the 8625 to my router with an ethernet connection.   The process of "add a printer" cannot find the printer.

  The printer IS definitely on the wifi network.

  I deleted the printer software and reinstalled.

  I turned everything market and stop several times.

  For a few days, my laptop has been blocked in the start with a blank screen mode and only the circle of points showing.  Finally, I got after the frustration only to learn that my computer will not "talk" to my printer.

  My drivers are up to date.  I went through the troubleshooting of HP.  No problems are found with the printer or the network.

  I received an error somewhere along the line that my cell no is not connected to the network... which is not true.

  1. the Microsoft Office came with the computer is a TRIAL version. Good for 60 days ONLY.
  2. trial verson, as you say, comes pre-installed. It doesn't have a product key. It is already enabled.
  3. explain what you mean "I bought Microsoft Office product key". How did you bought it? Separately in an electronics store?
  4. maybe your product key is for your operating system? It is not the same as the Microsoft Office product key. For the benefits of others looking for answers, please mark as answer suggestion if it solves your problem.
