  • PhotoSmart 3210 All In One wireless network and does not know how to connect now lost.

Hi, I have a 3210 all in one Photosmart, and I can't find it on the network more.

I know that I've done worse of unistalling, reinstallation of the driver HP software and change the IP address of the printer. So I hope that someone can help me with this problem and return to the place where its still visible.

I have a PC with XP and a Mac with OS 10

Computers are both connected to the modem wireless cable router.

The printer is connected to the router via ethernet.

I can see the printer using a browser and entering the IP address of the printer. I can ping its IP address. The Mac can see the printer, but have installed the correct drivers to see (I think I can handle this, no need to worry about this yet).

The problem is that I can't see it in the "Add a printer" Wizard on the PC. So I can't add it to the PC.

I looked around the support of HP and they told me to uninstall the drivers and reinstall them. There was also mention of changing the IP address of the printer to a larger number, but that no longer works. So I went to the automatic assignment of an IP address to the address of the printer. And finally, I've seen mention to unplug the printer and by pressing 'ok' and 'Cancel' all plugging back in. He did a very long installation, but does not solve the problem.

I searched the forums for a solution and can not find one - so I've exhausted all help (Ive been on the forums enough to know to search before posting a question).

If Im not sure what to do next. Someone at - it suggestions? I don't really know what I can do to fix this problem: I'm sure it is just a corrupted file or bad setting somewhere I just do not know where he is.

Thanks in advance for any help.

    For your Mac:

If you're running Snow Leopard, the driver for the 3210 is compiled.  Open the applet Print & Fax under system preferences, then press [+] to add the printer.  For other versions of Mac OS, download the driver from here and run the installer.

If you continue to have problems with the Mac, reset the printing system Mac and repeat the instructions above.  Information about resetting your Mac printing system can be found here (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1341)

    For the PC:

The 3210 is on the network, we will try to add the printer manually. First verify that you can access the printer's internal web page by accessing its IP address or host name.  You can find the IP address and the host name by printing the network configuration page.

Here is the sequence of manual installation of the printer driver for XP:

    1. click on the 'Start' button--> printers and fax machines.
    2. under print jobs, click on "add a printer".
    3. click on 'Next' on the Add Printer Wizard window.
    4. Select "local printer attached to this computer. Deselect "automatically detect and install my Plug and play printer." Click "next".
5 under, select a Printer Port option, select "Create a new port" and choose "Standard TCP/IP Port" and click "Next".
    6. in the "Welcome to the Add Standard TCP/IP printer port Wizard" make sure that the printer is turned on and connected to the same network that your computer is connected to. click on the button "next".
    7. under "Add Standard TCP/IP Printer Port" enter the host name of the printer. You can also use the IP address of the printer if it is static. Click 'Next' and then click 'Finish '.
    8. now select HP in the manufacturers list, select your printer in the list of the models of printers and click the button "next".

    9. If you can't find your printer, you will need to find the installation CD and use the 'Disc' option to select one of the files hp*.ini. You can also select another model of the same type HP printer.
    10. Add the name of print spooler, and then click "next".
    11. click on "next".
    12. click on "Next" and "Finish."

  • Error of 4500 HP all-in-one wireless Wep

I installed the printer HP 4500 all-in-one wireless.  He acknowledges the Apple network and then ask to for the WEP key.  I enter this code and it says invalid WEP.  It is not the wrong password... Help!

If you are using Snow Leopard or Lion and you have the HP software before Snow Leopard (either from a CD not marked as compatible with 10.6 or you recently upgraded to Snow Leopard or Lion and had the software HP on your Mac before you upgrade - even if you made a standard from the old software uninstaller or installed new software on top of it) , you must uninstall the software by using the "scrubber":

Go to Applications/Hewlett Packard / click Uninstall HP
    Click on continue
Highlight your device in the left pane
    Press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Cmd keys on the keyboard at the same time as you click on uninstall< this="" is="" the="" scrubber="" option,="" there="" is="" no="" button="" labeled="">
There will be a pop up that asks if you are sure you want to uninstall all hp software. (At this point, if you continue, all HP printers you have installed will need to be reinstalled)
Click on continue and let it finish

    Restart your Mac

    Now reset the printing system:

    -Sys Prefs, Print & Fax
-Right (control) click inside the box that lists your printers and select Reset Printing System.
WARNING - This will remove ALL your printers!
-Select the sign + to add again. Search for the printer, select it, and wait until the button 'Add' becomes available. Until it clicks.

  • HP6500 all in one wireless Cup middle of page

We recently bought an all in one printer wireless hp 6500 for my work, after the support of spending 2 days on the phone with tech we have installed, it worked great until we went to print from our quickbooks and it will show only half of the page... and I don't think its quickbooks because it does randomly with other programs. I really need a solution and don't want to call technical support again. Help!

Only, we got rid of our nightmare week 2 HP 6500 all in one POS... We have replaced by the Lexmark 7600 Series all-in-one wireless and absolutely NO problem installing or printing, scanning, fax, copy and it was cheaper to boot. DO NOT BUY HP WIRELESS PRINTERS!

  • 114 the desire does not connect to Asus all-in-one wireless but connects to the wireless network

I just bought my HP ENVY 114 e all-in-one last week and I tried to connect it to my computer (Asus all-in-one Windows 7 64-bit) and while he wil connect to my wireless very well my computer (or my cell phone which is also an Asus running windows 7 64 - bits) cannot identify it.

Using the disc doesn't help nor did try manually to add in 'Add printer' in my computer and all the interest to get this particular printer was because it was wireless. If I have to plug in a USB key then I have saved money and bought a less expensive model. All my devices are on the same network, and their firewalls is turned off so that it does not hinder the process.

When you browse the drive Assembly he asks the IP and I get it exactly as it is on the screen printer that I even printed it out and double checked 5 times and it was exactly the same, but he keeps asking for me to be reintroduced to it since the computer cannot identify the printer.

Any help would be great I prefer not to have to pack up this thing and take it back...

Unfortunately, the router and the printer do not get along at this stage.  The IP address changes too often and it is possible that the router has its own firewall.  A large number of firewalls, outside the Windows Firewall, sees a lot of traffic from hpnetworkcommunicator.exe and blocks preventing the software to find the printer.

I saw this model of router and it doesn't have a built-in firewall.  Unfortunately, I could not see their manual without you register on the site.

It may be preferable to set a static IP address for the printer in the router's routing table.  To do this, you acceding to EWS the router.  If you don't know how to set the printer's IP address in the router, you can try to contact the vendor of the router.

Otherwise, I would recommend checking the firewall of the router.  I saw a router cause problems with an overactive firewall in place.

If you happen to have an extra router around, you can try to use it instead of Paul's to confirm that it is the router.

    EDIT

You can try to put a static IP address on the front of the printer.  I'm personally not too successful with setting a static IP address on the front panel when the SAP does not load, but this could be one of those cases where it does not.

First, print a Network Setup page by going to Configuration > Wireless > Network Configuration > print Network Configuration.

Then, go to settings > network > IP settings > change to the manual.

Once it is replaced by the manual, it should allow the IP address, default gateway and the subnet mask.  Use the subnet mask and default gateway of the print network configuration.  Use an IP address that is not in use on the network.  You can change the last number of the IP address on the print.  For example, 192.168.1.50 could be converted to 192.168.1.250.

Setting a static IP address on the front panel does not set servers DNS which is necessary for ePrint operate on this printer.  Now that the static IP address has been set on the front panel of the printer, try to access the SAP by entering the IP address that comes to be defined in a browser address bar.  If the printer load, you should be able to set DNS servers and be ready to go from there.

  • Photosmart all-in-one wireless B109n - problem with detection of the cartridges

I just bought a Photosmart all-in-one wireless B109n. implementation proceeded without problems (including printing test photo).

When I tried to use it later, he said that the cartridges were not detected.
Strange thing is that when I take one of 4 cartridges, it says that one is missing. After you have added the last of them, he says that none of them are detected.

Also, I need to re - enter the language and area whenever I turn it on. As if it's reset instead of make a cut...

    How this can be solved?

Back to the store where I got it.

They saw the same thing I had met and gave me a new without much fuzz

    The new works very well

  • 6500 printer all-in-one wireless

I am a 73 year old who has learned to use a computer later than most. I know not enough for operating a computer, but I am not a technician. I bought a 6500 all in one wireless and worked with her for two weeks and could never make it work so I took it back. I love what did the printer, if only I could get it to work properly. I don't know that I'm the problem and not the mechanism.

When I loaded the software on two computers, they would work wirless, but the bureau which has been connected to the router does not recognize the printer. After that all efforts exausted the mistake of reinstalling software would be developed. If I used the usb cable to load the software into the computer connected to the router, it would work, but the wireless would not work. Same error message. After thinking about this topic, I think I told the installer to use the usb cable in the router computer which clogged to the top of the installation wireless for the other two and the opposite for the spoiled wireless units a cable installation. I never tried plugging the eithernet cable.

I would like to start again and see if I can feel comfortable to install. If so, I'll go and rebuy to the printer.

My situation: I have a desktop Dell that is connected through router a BEFW 11 S 4 Linksys. My incoming signal is provided by Charter Communications cable. I have another unit of Dell desktop at home and a laptop that I want to connect wireless.

Question: Can I connect the printer directly to the router with an eithernet cable and run the other two wireless units? I learned by a sales person (after that I came back from the printer) that if I simply connected the printer to the router thur the eithernet port it would be on my network and the Bureau recognise. Then the other two computers would connect wirelessly.

Had no answers. Did you get any help. The printer took over and my money back. The pain is useless. Thank you very much.

  • My HP Officejet 6500 all-in-one wireless suddenly stopped to print black, even if I have a lot I have

My HP Officejet 6500 all-in-in-one wireless suddenly stopped printing black, even if I have a lot of ink. It prints all other colors. When I try to check the ink levels it tells me that this printer is not available, try again later. I have a lot of ink. Have restarted printer and Mac Book Pro. Driver is up-to-date. Any thoughts?

Reset the printer.  Turn the power off and then hold the # and 6 keys during and shortly after turning it on.

  • all-in-one Officejet 6310: officejet 610 all-in-one in offline and don't watch does not reinstall in windows 8

I have a Wondows 8.1 and a printer portable all-in-one officejet 6310.  I have my printer installed and works fine on my laptop, but out of the blue one day that the printer will be offline and restarting the computer and printer does not correct.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the computer many times - this helps for about a week before it disconnects again.

Now when I uninstall my laptop says there is no printer in range and lists no printer for me to install.  When I tried to manually in my printer - doesn't say that there is no such printer available.  Any suggestions?  Apparently this ONLY happens to me on my computer and not someone else in the home on their laptops - we have a total of 4 laptops in the House all on the same router and using the same printer.  Oh how I feel like a fool with windows 8.  Someone at - it helps or good suggestions for me? PLEASE? !!

Don't worry, it happens to the best of us. I recently became very angry because my iPad was not charging, the end came unplugged from the wall charger! Laughing out loud

This problem can be caused by outdated closed ware, contradictory I.P within the router, etc. I have worked on a Thread revolving around Windows 8.1 for awhile, check it out for some possible future troubleshooting operations.

There are steps to add the printer a way, assign a static IP, check that some updates are installed by Microsoft, etc.

  • OfficeJet 4500 all-in-one wireless WIIL NOT STAY online! Help, please!

Help, please! I am incredibly frustrated with my officejet 4500 all-in-in-one wireless. my printer won't stay not 'online' and when I check my wireless network, the printer is listed as offline as well. When I try to print, I get the message "offline". I downloaded it on every possible driver update, scan and fix the hp program and even uninstalled and reinstalled this printer at least 8 times. I'm at my wit's end.

I turned off the printer, and when it turns on, a document or two will show, then if I try to print something again immediately, I am again in offline mode.

I also tried the 'hard reset' options I don't read here, but again, no luck. I changed both printer cartridges.

I have coursed through the troubleshooter at least 8 times, and who never really helped. Cannot get a consistent performance. of course, at the time wherever I decided to ask for help, I'm out of warranty.

I really hope someone can help me. I confess that I have very limited computer, so all suggestions, please use very simple instructions...

Am I the only one having this problem?

I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue. It seems that your router is hitting the printer on the network. You can try setting a STATIC IP ADDRESS for her. This will have the computer and the printer communication directly.

Here is a link that will help you implement. Let me know if you have any questions on it, or if that helps.

You can also reset you router. Unplug it for 30 seconds and plug it in again.

  • I can do my 8500 Pro all-in-one wireless Bluetooth

    Hi all

Curious to know if I could use the USB HP Bluetooth adapter for my printer (not wireless) the all-in-one Pro 8500 wireless. I'm hoping to avoid the hassle of setting up a wireless access point. Bluetooth will provide a lot of range for my needs.

Looking at the HP BT500. It will just plug and I are going to get? To the description: "" connect wireless your Bluetooth- devices to your PC and Bluetooth- compatible printer

    Thank you!

    UPDATE:

I bought the adapter USB - Bluetooth BT-500 HP and it works perfectly with my printer HP Pro 8500 all in one (not wireless).

Just plug it into the USB port on the printer and discover via your laptop or another bluetooth device. I was printing within 30 seconds with my Dell Vostro laptop computer (Windows 7 Pro / 32-bit).

My guess is that the all-in-one printer 8500 being offfered in a wireless version, no wireless units are Bluetooth "ready" or "capable".  It is probably the case with the other printers 'compatible '.

Hope this helps someone down the line.

  • My OfficeJet 7130 all-in-one wireless

    Dear reader,

Currently, my OfficeJet 7130 all-in-one is connected to my PC computer by a USB cable and everything's fine.  I am planning to buy a laptop PC that will integrate a wireless installation.  To use my OfficeJet all-in-one to computer PC and laptop, I think of a print server with the dongle in a USB in my PC computer, will be necessary.  So far my research discovered only the HP Q6259A print server according to availability.  Unfortunately, my 7130 all-in-One is not listed as compatible with the HP Q6259A!  I would like suggestions as to overcome the difficulty.  My thanks in anticipation of useful answers.

    Kind regards

    BlackAndWhite.

OK, just be wary that some USB hubs can create problems of connectivity between computers and printers.

As the use of the printer is concerned, you can always give it to a local school to keep it in service.

  • HP Officejet 7410 all-in-One (wireless) will not be in service - seems frozen

This afternoon the power came out in my office at home and after it was restored that my 7410 all-in-One printer stops working (bought in 2005).  I have unplugged and replugged and all I get is a blue screen on the digital screen with a circle with a line at 12:00 and the number 00000020 on the bottom.  The slight camera close the slots for memory cards also flashes on and outside.  No other light.  (Earlier the digital monitor comes to show the HP logo and a kind of hourglass linear downstairs).

The Start button does not, not even if I press on during a long period.  Is there a way I can manually reset the printer?  Help, please.  I need to get out a presentation tomorrow!  Thank you very much.

Yes, press on and cancel at the same time.  Got the FixYa.com site response.  Good luck.
