  Hello Jason.

  Print and scan drivers for your HP OfficeJet Pro 8500 are already part of the overview of consumer Windows 8.  You should be able to print and scan by simply connecting your OfficeJet to your pc.

  You can not downgrade retail licenses. Possibly of multi-user licenses.

  That is absolutely right. Acrobat 9 pro is not compatible with Windows 7. It could lead to some conflicts, while the download is in progress.

  Just to clarify; only in QuickBooks 2010 (Pro, Prime Minister and the Business Solutions) is designed to be compatible with Windows 7. You can always install and run QuickBooks 2008 and 2009 on Windows 7, but you can encounter problems that intuit cannot solve. Here is the article from the QuickBooks support this term to this:

  The printer is not supported on Windows Vista 64 bit, it is only supported on Vista 32-bit, as indicated by the Requiremetns system below:

  64-bit support is only available for the later versions of OS like 7, 8 or 10.

  You can only get the features of the printer using the HP Universal Print Driver for your printer, no alternative is avialable for the OS, which means no Fax or Scan feature is offered by HP for Windows Vista 64-bit.

  If necessary, you can download and install the HP UPD PCL 6 driver for printing to the printer features:

• All-in-one Officejet Pro L7780: driver HP Officejet Pro L7780 will not install with Windows 10

  Recently, my HP Officejet Pro L7780 stopped printing. I uninstalled the driver and then reinstalled the driver from the HP website. Every time, when installing, I get a message that "bing bar does not work on this version of Windows. Once the installation is complete, the test page is fine but I can't print from one of the applications (e.g., WORD, Adobe Acrobat, etc.), getting an "Error printing" message, rather than each time.

  I use Windows 10. The printer was working fine since I've upgraded to Windows 10 until recently.

  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the driver several times as suggested on the HP website. Any suggestions on how to solve this problem.

  I see that you are having errors in the print driver. I would like to help!

  I recommend to remove the cartridges ink and starting by a power reset.  Unplug the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug back in the printer. Make sure that you connect the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any surge protector or power bar.

  I also recommend running the HP Print and Scan doctor.

  Hi all

  I tried to install the L7590 Windows 8.1 but did not succeed. The printer was working well on Windows Vista, 7 and 8 before. After the initial problems, I deleted all the software with this printer. I did the following after this step:

  -use the original installation CD (boot CD). I received the message that the OS is not supported

  -use the "OJ_AIO_L7X00_Full_Win_WW_140_408.exe" file downloaded from HP support. There is a missing file, but no details of the reports.

  Who can help? My suggestion is that HP should pick this up, probably because it worked fine under previous operating system.

  I have already downloaded this driver before, but it won't install. It unpacks, but then closes without any error message.

  A new HP 8600 all-in-one works well after initial problems, but I want to have a printer of backup available in case the 8600 malfunction.

  I'll still give it a try, but the other help is welcome.

  Recently, I load Windows 7 (64-bit) on my Satellite Pro P300. I downloaded all the drivers for W7 64 bit and installed everything, fortunately, most of the time.

  The touchpad, however, is not completely functional. The upgrade page says to use the Vista drivers and did not provide any drivers for win7. Installing the Vista drivers didn't really go so well.

  In any case, the essential element of the missing features is this thing where you drag your finger up and down the right edge of the touchpad, and it scrolls for you. I can click and double click and move the slider. But I can't scroll. And it's such a pain with move the slider above the scroll bar of the application, with a big screen.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  If I understand you right you are missing these additional mouse settings. Am I right about that?
  Which driver you have installed?
  Perhaps Synaptics driver?

  While HP has no 10.9 full of features for the 6500 (and I don't know if they will), they planned a work around. The documents below show the steps on how to update the printer driver and how to scan using the Apple instead of HP software

  Are they compatible? Are there specific areas, that they are not compatible? I've been using QB for 5 years, and I get the error messages. They say ignore them and that event viewer must save not even them. I have two computers running QB ProPlus. One is the other Ant XP was Vista.
