  Unfortunately, your machine has one of the latest BIOS FRIEND and as @terminator mentioned, the generator does not work for a code hexadecimal halt.

  However, and somewhat surprising, you can reset the code by removing the cell of RTC on the system board, and then leave it like that for a few hours before you reinsert the RTC and re-Assembly.  This requires a bit of disassembly as RTC cell is on the 'wrong' side of the Board of Directors - the procedure is detailed on Page 127 of your & Maintenance Guide.
