  Try the following.

  Boot the computer normally and log.

  Black screen, hold down the ctrl and alt keys and press delete.

  Select Task Manager.

  Click on file and select the new task.

  Type rstrui - also enter a tick in the box for "create this task with administrative privileges" - and click on Ok.

  When the system restore interface is loaded, choose a restore point at least 48 hours before the log - it occurs first and then proceed to the system restore.

I read your post on the Forums of HP Support. I wanted to join you and help! I understand that once you tried to upgrade to Windows 10, now stuck on the HP Logo at startup.

  If the computer hangs at the HP logo screen, try to clean the vents from the computer to the air and then restarting the laptop.

  Please note , remove all USB devices. Disconnect all devices of non-essential, as these can cause some problems.

  Have you tried a hard reset?

  given that I've updated the iOS to 9.3, the phone does not.  The only way to do is to turn off completely.  And it charges very very slowy (5% per hour).  I also used other chargers for iphone genuine and it's the same thing.  The battery down too quickly (10% per hour).
