HP Pavilion 15 L0E38EA #ABU: video problem returned to windows 7 now graphics will not work
Hi I downloaded the graphics driver on the hp support web site and still no joy the graphics card is in charge of driver default microsoft any time I install the catelist it will still save isn't a pure windows 7 install 64-bit service pack 1 my graphics are so chunky even when I'm going to hp support site doesn't let me download the driver I have download further help please

I'll do my absolute best to help you with a resolution. Below, you will find that I have provided some troubleshooting steps to help with the graphics driver does not properly.
Have you tried to run the Troubleshooter in Windows?
Have you tried to uninstall the current display driver? If this isn't the case, please try to:
- Press (Windows key + X)
- Click on Device Manager.
- Expand display adapter.
- Right-click on the video driver
- Select Uninstall.
- Once this done, reboot the laptop twice and check if the problem persists.
You receive error messages?
Did you get your Windows updates?
Did you run the HP Support Assistant for the software and the drivers updated?
You happen to have any antivirus software running, firewall, etc.?
Problems in Mode safe?
Have you tried to update the drivers in clean bootmode?

· What is the type of file you are trying to play?
· The DVD I get recognized by the computer?
· Did you do changes on the computer before the show?
In the meantime, you can try to reduce hardware acceleration, and see if it resolves the problem. (Only if your video card supports hardware acceleration)
a. open the screen resolution by clicking on the Start button, click Control Panel, and then under appearance and personalization, click adjust screen resolution.
b. click on settings Advanced , the Troubleshooting tab and then click change settings.
c. move the hardware acceleration slider toward none to reduce or turn off video hardware acceleration.
d. click OKand then click restart now.
