HP Pavilion 15-p064no: opening HP 15-p064no rear panel

I was trying to dust off the inside of my laptop 15-p064no due to some problems of overheating, however, after unscrewing the screws on the back panel, it seems the rear panel does not come off (tried a sharp knife between the seam and all). Is it still possible to open the template in question?  I tried Googling/searching the support message board, but it seems not to be much information about this model.

  • Pavilion s5-1234: button s5-1234 Pavilion not not opening DVD player

A customer brought me a Pavilion s5-1234 with a dead hard drive to be replaced. I replaced the drive and ready to reinstall the OS, but pressing the eject button on the front panel has nothing. I was able to open the front cover and press eject directly on the drive manually and it works beautifully.  I can't see any type of mechanical connectivity related to the button from the front before activating the drive, so I'm puzzled as to why it does not work. It is obviously the original DVD drive that came with the unit.

    Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Too bad, people!  The cable of the activation of the switch of the Panel front and DVD player had been disconnected when you remove the hard drive.  I missed it when he put it back together.  Once connected, all is well with the world!

    Hello;

Let me welcome you on the HP forums!

I read your message on your portable computer does not complete startup and wanted to help.

With Win10, you get automatically updates Windows and MS just pushed a bunch of updates last night.  All my PC Win10 entered the same boot loop this morning.

Just restart and wait because it can take a long time for the updates to all the.

If he keeps this tomorrow, we think about alternative measures.

    Please keep us informed.

    Good luck

  • Why my CRIO crash when you open a remote connection of Panel?

I have problems with remote panels with two different applications on two different CRIOs (both 9012 controller, 9112 chassis)

    1. I have a VI running in startup and initially I open a web browser linked to the web page for this application. With the operation of the application, I checked about 30% use CPU CRIO and use approximately 85% of the memory.

    2. If I close the browser, wait a few seconds, and then reopen the browser, the façade appears but the CRIO crashes before gains control on the front of the VI.  At that time, CRIO CPU rises to 80-90%, and it crashes; my user LED flashes (that I'm runnng in a timed loop for inidication that runs the application), and I can't control the VI.  The Ethernet LED on the CRIO connection are still active and I ping the device.  Occasionally, I experience an automatic restart of the CRIO.

I have the disks formatted and reinstalled the latest drivers (RIO 3.1.1), and I checked the system to end if TCP/IP does not parameter is unchecked in CRIO system settings, but still have problems.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you

    Dan

If you use the property node "remote panel: connections to customers" to determine if someone is connected to the application of the RT, that might be the problem. There is a bug with this feature. It presents the problem of crash in 8.5.1, 8.6.1 I think. I don't know if it was solved in LV 2009.

  • When I click on the start menu, I can open one of the programs listed, but cannot open the Documents, computer, Control Panel, or whatever it is on the right columnetc.

Well they open but block minimsed on the taskbar lower... cannot be opened. However, if I try and access the Documents or any other object through a program for example, open Word, then documents... or attach a file to an email everything works fine... Thus, the folders are there are fine, just cannot be opened directly... Clues!

Your problem could relate to Associations of files, namely the right program is offered and used to open the file...

You may need to show hidden files. Type the Folder Options in the search box above the Start button and select view advanced settings and check that the box "display files and folders" and 'Hide protected operating system files' are not checked. You may need to scroll down to see the second element. You should also make sure that the box before "Hide extensions of known file types" is not checked.

In Windows Explorer, note the file of your selected file extension. Right-click on the file and select open with. Note the recommended program and view the details, including the extension of file here.

  • Failed to open the setting in Control Panel / customize.

Right-click on the desktop and selecting personalize a blank window appears and then closed a second later.  Also, I can't open multiple items in the control panel.  For example clicking Power Options nothing happens.

Someone will give us a helping hand? Anyone else had this problem? :(

I have never tried because I never have the need to...
Turn your machine off > restart > press F8 several times > use the arrow up or down, select last good known Configuration > press the Enter key. Follow the instructions, if any.

    Good luck.
