  • Pavilion p7-1074be: BIOS power on password not recognized

    Hello

We have a p7-1074be pavilion desktop computer.

We had set the market empty password (BIOS).

Turn on the computer, however it says the password is incorrect.
After three attempts, it shows a symbol representing a star *, but not give not any code.

Restarting the computer re - allows three attempts.

    We tried the following:

    • Previous passwords, with or without shift caps lock, Numlock...
    • Reset the BIOS using the CMOS jumper.
    • Reset the BIOS by removing, waiting and replacing the CMOS battery.

but none of that works, the computer always requires a password to market and still refuses that we set.

Is there another way around this problem?

    Thank you for your help.

    Hello:

Please read the info on the link below under the compensation password settings... Last listed item.

There is a password jumper and a cmos jumper.  You must move the password jumper.

  • Pavilion 1226nr: need bios password recovery

I just bought a refurbished 17 laptop computer 1226nr HP pavilion with a bios password hashing is (D567ADAF) Please help

    Hello

Your laptop is to produce a code hexadecimal halt which is stored in the ram as a 'one stop' and is recalculated after a reboot.  This indicates that you have a FRIEND bios later and unfortunately none of the current code generators will work - surprisingly, you can usually always remove power on password of the machine by removing the cell RTC (leave the connected Power Board) then hold down the power button for 60 seconds before reinserting the RTC.

The bad news is that the RTC is on the 'wrong' side of the motherboard so is going to require a lot of disassembly - see Page 92 of your Maintenance & Service Guide.

  • My googlemail is blocked due to a forgotten password, but google for the recovery procedure continues to send me round in circles.

My frozen Googlemail account a few days ago, and I had to use the procedure of recovery to thaw, which included a series of new passwords, provided by Google, which I was told that I would not need to memorize or note down. After a few hours of work successfully, the program froze again and so I am unable to receive or forward all e-mail messages. Google asks me to use the procedure "forgotten password", but I don't know what password is the system, and I continue to be sent in a circle to the same pages.
I would be grateful for any positive suggestions and thank you in advance.

Hi frederickwilliams, I'm sorry, but I don't think that we have no way to help you with a recovery procedure for a service of third party, unfortunately...

  • Pavilion X 360: forgotten password

I just bought and set up a new HP Pavilion X 360 and entered a password that I cannot now remember. I got a password recovery disk. What can I do?

    Hello

If you normally sign - on with an email and password, see if you can reset the password via another PC from the Microsoft page on the following link.

    https://account.live.com/password/reset

If you have a local account, there is a general policy on the Forum does not provide ways to bypass a private connection Windows password due to security/life problems, but a local computer store would be able to get back it for you.

Moreover, as long as you have a backup of your data and programs, you can perform a factory reset as indicated in the link below - see the subtopic "valuation when 10 Windows does not start successfully.

  • Autologin fault after the forgotten password Action

    Hello

We have (11.1.2.2.4) IOM / OAM (11.1.2.2.5)/OUD(11.1.2.2.1) integrated. We have made the management of users and password management use case implementation.

After the forgotten password action, the user should ideally be auto connected to the resource to which they want to access. But here, they're trying to autologin, we get no answer which records the time that we are witnessing a thread blocked in IOM. Please find the attached log. Its showing IOM tries to do automatic login and his breaks down.

Now these blocked thread are at the origin of the problem to the server of the IOM. Can you please let us know how to fix the automatic connection failure. This error we get now on pre-production and prod env.

We already checked Doc-ID 1554741.1 and it did not help.
