HP Pavilion dv6-3230us, windows 7 64 bit. Colors of the incorrect monitor screen.

the colors on my HP Pavlion dv6-3230us laptop monitor screen are wrong at the start but will correct on its own after a while (an hour or more).  Initially using the brightness button several times would correct the problem, but now will not fix the problem.  Issue started two days ago and seems to take more time so that it can be corrected with the commissioning upward.  Once he corrects himself he will generally be ok until the computer is closed or off.  This problem is constant regardless of what is displayed on the screen (office, internet, photos, etc.).  Any help would be appreciated.

Shut down your computer and press the ESC key many times.

Have shown: Start Menu.

Click on the F10 key.

In this screen, the issue showed?

If do not move the screen back and front.

Any problem?

If this ocorred in this screen problem is failure in your flat cable or the display. You have to fix it.

If not displayed make this updates for your problem:

Try a HP partner. The price is expected to be on the same $30,00 USD + - $ 5. I tried the link that I provided to the partner of HP and he shows them as the set for $27.00.

    Hey, @Italian_Chiara,.

Note Remove all USB devices. Disconnect all devices of non-essential, as these can cause some problems.

If you connect your laptop to an external monitor, the lines appear on the screen to the external monitor also?

Have you tried to Uninstall the graphics drivers? If this isn't the case, please uninstall and then restart the computer laptop twice.

Have you tried to Reset the BIOS?

Here is another option for you to try:

    • In Device Manager:
    • Click display adapters
    • Right-click on family Graphics
    • Select software update of the driver
    • Select search automatically for updated driver software.
    • The laptop must find and automatically install the updated driver. Once the installation is complete, restart your laptop twice.

Have you tried using HP Support Assistant to automatically search for updates? Here is a link to the HP Support Assistant, if you need it. Simply download and run the application and it will help with the software and drivers on your system at the time of purchase or need to be updated.

  • HP Pavilion dv6-3071TXq Windows 7 64-bit, get my HP window key

OK, so I've had my laptop HP Grays online, and recently I leave that fourteen years old uses to go on facebook, it has not only used to do this, install flash chat and video programs after I told her don't probably and then after seeing do me my thing on the PC Tower probably play with the files that run the system. the next time it was turned on I could no longer enter the login screen but could always get with safe mode.

I drove back to point earlier and then I found the problem and only a reinstallation was apparently the fix.

I had lost the paperwork that came with the laptop, but still receiving in my email and and Os CD to my PC Tower. I put just to reinstall windows, I choose to format the hard drive and install from there.

It's only when I got up to put in the CD key I noticed that patients on the bottom was faded almost as on the CD key for windows 7 (home perm OA) and was unreadable, selected reveling in the format I just couldn't go back into windows and get the CD key.

I contacted gray-online and that they were unnecessary, saying that they do not follow a BONE CD key record that comes with the laptop.

Having said my neighbor next door on the penalty, I was at, he explained that HP would be able to help me because you would keep a copy of what the OS has been on this laptop, I can provide HP with the number under the barcode - & the number as proof of license and also a copy of the paid invoice if necessary.

I hope to hear from a representative of HP soon

Sorry, but this is a user-to-peer support forum. HP doesn't support any official presence on these forums and is unlikely to provide an official response. Please contact HP customer support in your region for assistance at HP.

In general, the Windows product key on the certificate of authenticity is not the same key is used to activate your HP computer. The recovery discs HP that you should have when you got your computer wouldn't ask a Windows product key and would automatically install the correct product key.

  • HP Pavilion dv6-1334us Entertainment Notebook - mute button color in the key board is always Red

The color of button mute Audio always on red although the sound turns power on and off when you press.  When the switch is turned off indicator turns white for a second.  Please suggest me the solution so that the mute button becomes red and white on the operation.

    Hello

    Try the following.

Download IDT Audio Installer on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

IDT Audio Driver - Windows 7.

One time finished, open windows control panel, open Device Manager and open sound, video and game controllers.  Right click on the IDT device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.

When you're done, shut down the laptop, unplug the AC adapter and then remove the battery.  Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds.  Reinsert the battery and plug in the AC adapter.

Robinet tap away at the key esc that you start the computer to launch the Start Menu, and then select f10 to open the bios menu.  Press f5 to load the default values (sometimes it's f9, but the menu below indicates the correct key), use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press ENTER.  Press f10 to save the setting and still use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press on enter.

Allow Windows to fully - charge it will automatically load an audio driver, but let just this complete.  Then open your download folder, right-click on the IDT Installer and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation.  When it finished, restart the computer again and check if the 'secret' led now changes colors correctly.

  • Pavilion DV6-7010US: Windows 7 x 64 OS Recovery for a customer with a hard drive defective

If a customer brings in his laptop DV6 we replace the hard drive (physical hardware failure on the read/write heads, click of death) and you notice the product key (of course) is rubbed off the label.  In addition, the client wants that pass us 850 Pro Samsung SSD (no problem) as soon as we have the HP recovery media.

So we order the media and go to install it, and the first thing we encounter at 6% is the error: failed to create the CDS. FLG

    * crap *.

    Troubleshooting time:

Tried an external DVD - RW drive to install OS - no dice

Tried a disk WD Black 7200 RPM (new) - No dice

Tried removing the RAM bars, different slot configurations - no dice

Many other hours of troubleshooting resulted with all the same result.  We even recalled HP to verify that they sent the correct discs which they categorically said they did.

So here we are with a laptop that should have only taken an effort of 2 hours and ended up with a happy customer, and now we are nowhere close to a successful outcome.  So I return to the forum of the assistants, geniuses and then the occasional * happy? * HP Support person asking for help.

    Here is the info:

Windows 7 64 bit, cannot install the driver for bluetooth devices for my Motorola Droid Razr periferical. When troubleshooting try to apply the fix, after trying, it ends with a message this problem "not set"...

I finally found the help on my own. Download and install Windows Mobile Device Center. After installation, you'll swear that nothing has been installed, but there is a. The download says it's for Vista, but it also shows Winkdows 7 under system requirements. This is from the download I used.

Go in Device Manager for each item under the heading Bluetooth with an asterisk, double-click it. Click the tab drivers, then put to update driver. Browse my computer..., let me pick from a list... Under manufacturer, select "Microsoft Corporation". Under model, click on "Windows Mobile-based device support", and then click Next. Click 'YES' in the driver warning window. Windows will now update the driver, and he will tell you, he did it with success!

This solved my problems. Good luck with yours.

  • If I install Windows 7 64 bit on the Pavilion DV6-1334us, who had 32-bit?

I need to recover my Windows 7 32bits Pavilion DV6-1334us.  The recovery partition is not an option, so I need to get the HP Web site recovery disks.  HP support site does not recovery disc for Wiondows 7 32-bit OS on this laptop.  They offer the recovery discs for the 64-bit Windows 7.  I understand that these books came in 32 and 64 bit OS, so I need to know if I can use the OS 64-bit on this material?
