  I tried to figure out how to use the capture and the "print" button, or add or what you call. I press it and the whole page of a different color changes, so I try to cut the section I want but I don't know how to send it to the printer. Can someone help me with this.   Recently, I ran a windows update and leave my computer turned off.  When you turn it on, the were (are) of the internet and the printer does not.  I went into Device Manager via Control Panel to see if I could turn them on and there is nothing pulling up in the Device Manager.  All documents and are accessible, but I can't even start a new internet connection and cannot print.   I am currently using another computer (more modern) in another room.  I even tried the SafeMode (f8 in the middle) from the model and go to Device Manager and nothing was there.  I just tried to go through the f8 option and beginning to a previous state that worked and I have the same result...  Everything is saved on that on a 350g portable hard drive.  It would just be easier to wipe the hard drive and start over? If so how would I do this reformatting?  Thanks for any advice.

  When it askes for the DNS information, enter in Google DNS. Preferred DNS = DNS Alt = 8.8.4.4 8.8.8.8

  This could increase the stability of the network connection to the printer downstairs.  If this does not help, let me know what OS is on the computer causing problem, because that could cause a problem?  Other than that, you can check the quality of the signal you get form the network and see if this can be a problem.
