My wireless keeps dropping out without reason.
When I select the Notification icon, my internet is highlighted (on) and I is one of the two issues, leading to the two in the same issue.
    (1) the status of WiFi is just referred to as available networks (and then the wireless constantly connects and then decreases;
    (2) flight Mode icon is highlighted (on) and the WiFi icon is highlighted (on). I did not choose the airplane Mode or touched anything on the laptop before that happens. Flight Mode is initializing on its own, without entry.
Either of the two scenarios may occur at any time, 1 hour after turn on or, for example after a continuous use 5 hrs.
The problem is solved with a reboot and then works fine for a random delay.
I have a full antivirus and Windows Defender, or my own VP can find any virus that might be the cause.

  • Satellite A665-S6050 - wireless keeps dropping

    Hello

I have a Satellite A665-S6050 who keeps dropping my internet connection every 15 minutes. I'm sure this isn't my router. This happens in my library home, second home, main, Starbucks, appoint you.

I have to click on the connection many times sometimes disable internet and then reconnect or restart the computer, etc.. The weird part is that the window that appears when I knocked on the connection icon in the right corner of the computer shows that I am connected, but the small icon itself has that. on this subject. I'm so sick and tired of remove connections in the middle of paying bills and others, it becomes really aggravating. This just started a few months ago.

Is there someone out there who has had this problem and can tell me how to fix it? Thank you!

    Hi ctay122,

Let me guess. This happens while you are using the Eco mode on your laptop, right?

I ask this question because I noticed the same behavior on my Satellite A660 and the reason is that the WLAN Card for energy savings settings will be activated in eco mode to save energy. What you have to do is disable management feature in the power management Windows for the power of energy WLAN eco profile. You must configure the network card wireless for maximum performance, then the connection will not be lost.

  • Satellite C855D PSCC2E - Wireless keeps dropping

    Hello

I was hoping someone could suggest what might be wrong here.
When I turn on my laptop, I have often problems of wireless connectivity (other devices can connect to the radio without problem during these outages). A reboot or two usually solves the problem, but it's pretty boring.

Strangely, the problem varies. Sometimes the wireless NETWORK card can see the router and tells me I have an internet connection, and I can ping the default gateway. But there is no internet connection.
Other times I can find the router but it tells me that there is no internet connection.
And sometimes it can not detect all signals wireless at all.

    I have a laptop C855D, PSCC2E.
The wireless NETWORK card is a Realtek RTL8723AE PCI-E MC 802.11.n.
Windows tells me that my driver software is up-to-date.

I wonder if anyone has had similar problems or that she can offer suggestions?

Does it happen with the AC adapter plugged in, or by using only the power of dough mode?

In which case it would only happen by using battery power mode, I recommend to change the saving parameters as shown here:
    http://APS2.toshiba-tro.de/KB0/HTD12017W0001R01.htm

Watch wireless adapter power saving Mode settings
Also an update of the WLan driver would be recommended.

  • HP Pavilion Notebook 15-p045tx: wireless capability is turned off, the Wi - Fi button on / off Greyed Out

    Hello

I was faced with this problem for a lot of time.

The Network Diagnostics, it gives this error:

    WiFi is disabled

I don't have any hardware button that can wifi device off / turn on my keyboard, see the example image below:

I never turned off the device physics wifi directly or from the BIOS.

Tried the "f12" also, airplane Mode which also did not help.

in any case, I tried on things until now, nothing helps:

    (1) reset BIOS HP using HP Usb Disk

    2) update drivers wireless Broadcom using HP Support Assistant

    (3) re - install the Broadcom drivers

    (4) install the Realtek drivers

    (5) Restroing 8.1 full disk recovery Windows.

    (6) installed Linux (Ubuntu/Fedora), but that also free WiFi does not appear.

Please guide me what can be the possible cause of this problem.

The issue seems to be with my wifi chip.

Eventualy I had to take the laptop to the Service Center. The guy tried everything I did once again.

Finally, the issue is resolved, he plugged into the smart wifi, cleaned both ends, a little with the help of an eraser and reinserted and voila, it has detected. He said it could be the issue of carbon deposited on the ends of the chip connection.

Since then, I've encountered same question several times, and everything I do is open my laptop, plug out a smart WiFi card mother, clean up a bit and plug it again.

And he started working like a charm.

Maybe it is loose or I don't know what the exact problem is.

But he still has a problem with the antenna, I get very low my wifi signal, even if I'm in the right range of wifi router.

  • Wireless keeps dropping

After completing the recovery of my laptop (Acer V5 - 471G) caused by a virus, my wifi started to drop and goes into limited connectivity. This is solved by troubleshooting wifi, but after a few minutes my wifi falls again. Ive tried all the solutions, but the problem is still not resolved. Can anyone help? Thank you!

The original wifi pilot had problems, then restore back the bad old driver.

    Hello:

Unfortunately, the support pages do not work for most new PC HP.

It has been like this for about a day now.

Since I'm not employed by nor do I represent HP, I do not know when they will have pages working again.

    Come back again later.

With the Independence Day holiday in the USA weekend, I wouldn't wait it to be taken care of immediately.

If you follow these steps, I'll be able to see the drivers wireless and bluetooth, you need a professional laptop HP with the same wireless card...

Go to Device Manager and click on the marked device network controller that should the drivers.

Then click on the Details tab at the top of the control of the network window.

Now, you see a drop-down list of property and it is set by default to the Description of the unit.

Drop down on it and select 3rd in the list (Hardware ID).

After the first string of characters that start with PCI\VEN.

So I'll post the link to the driver you need.

  • On Tecra M4 wireless connection keeps dropping out

I have a Tecra M4 and I use it my brother home with her for months and all netgear wireless network suddenly without changing my laptop network keeps drop the connection, even if there is always a full-power signal.

One minute, it is connected then it just says auto but is not attempting to connect again. Normally, it will connect for a few minutes and then drops and will connect again on its own.

    Thank you

Try disabling the "zero configuration wireless service. It can happen that a neighbor of yours has also installed a wireless network and therefor your laptop is down the connection to find another router. This service is not really necessary, its just there to search for a better connection. You can reactivate at any time again.

I'll describe the steps below on HOW DISABLE the 'wireless Zero configuration service ":

    (1) open 'control panel'---> 'Administrative tools'---> double click on "Services".
    2) scroll down until you see the 'wireless zero configuration' and right-click on it. Now select "Properties".
    (3) in the "service status" area, choose the option "STOP" to stop the service
"(4) Finally, where it is said: Startup type (it's a menu drop-down), choose"Disabled"in order not to allow the service to start the next time you reboot your system.

If there is continuous so that he abandons the connection now test your system. If not, your problem is solved, if not... re - activate the service and wait for more ideas.
Whatever it is, come back to share your findings,

    Best regards and good luck
