HP Pavilion Slimline computer Office S5610F - drivers Windows XP

Hello HP Forum,

My father recently bought a HP Pavilion Slimline S5610F desktop, refurbished and wants that I format and install Windows XP. I was wondering if this is possible? In the past, I have sought answers from this forum and have always made to answers and help I've gotten. I know that it is already harder to find drivers with my Compaq a few years ago, so I can only imagine that XP drivers are still harder to find now.

Thank you in advance to help you with this matter.

Stéphane

Hi, Stéphane:

Sorry, none of these drivers were working. I took a bet on them being identical to that of a PC HP Pro 3125 which had the same chipset.

Try the driver for chipset southbridge AMD from AMD (first listed file).

The image you posted will take awhile to get through.

In the meantime, you can try the audio drivers / Realtek network on the Realtek site:

Accept the agreement. Download and install the file 6th on the list (first in green).

Network: Try the 4th on the list.
