  I got a new toshiba laptop with windows 8 three weeks ago and he has recently begun a lot of give me a blue screen.   My pc does not now start upward. It worked fine until the other day when I got a blue screen STOP error. Before that I could write the code that the computer tried to restart. It won't have the option to go in safe mode now, the hard drive light flashes on the front just once when you turn then just sits there, white light, solid screen. I am running Vista.
