  Someone has put a policy on your machine to enforce some rules for passwords. Best is to ask that person to change these rules for you. Alternatively, you can run gpedit.msc, then follow this path to edit yourself: Local computer policy / Computer Configuration / Windows settings / security settings / account policy / password policy.

  -You cannot delete the built-in Administrator account.
  -Administrator with a blank password accounts is a big security risk.

  In general, when the desktop software uses Flash Player, it's because they're incorporating an Internet Explorer window in the application.  If you do not have Flash Player for Internet Explorer (aka. the ActiveX Flash Player) installed, then the desktop app is not going to work.

  Then, launch Internet Explorer

  Go here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

  Follow the prompts and then relaunch the application after you have completed the installation in Internet Explorer.  I hope this sorts for you.

  Central belt IT Services you have serial number for full version under your account.  If you have tried the suggestions in this discussion, without success, then I recommend to install Photoshop Elements 7 in an environment that it has been designed to work.  You can find the minimum requirements for Photoshop Elements 7 to system required.   1. it happens with all types of CD?

  2. did you of recent changes on the computer?

  3 when was the last time it was working fine?

  4. you receive the error message when you insert the CD into the CD drive?

  Method 1

  Check if you can access the contents of the CD using Windows Explorer application.

  (a) click the start menu, and then double-click computer.

  (b) make a right click on the CD drive, click Open.

  (c) check if you can access it.

  Method 2

  It is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.

  I suggest that you perform a clean boot and check.

  We have a Designjet 1050c more here, it gives error 060308 (I noted already, this might be a possible defective printhead or carriage of faulty pen).

  Now, I want to do what "Will Greene" said in a thread for a long time and remove the print heads and test them one by one.

  But how can I get to change/remove print head, displaying keeps telling me the error and I have to contact HP support?

  How can I move the print heads so I can delete them?

  I was able to help me with this problem!

  You have to pull out the print head cleaner module (just open the back door it and pull it slowly), then the print heads are released and you can pull them carefully to the left!

  I then cleaned the printheads and the door-Printhead and it works again!
