  My photosmart 6510 does not print in black. I presume that it was the cartridge but I replaced the cartridge and it still does not print. I cleaned the print heads and the cartridge ink levels are full.

• C4780 will not print or copy in black; Color looks OK

  HP Photosmart c4780 not print or copy in black. Color seems to print OK. Both cartridges display complete. Problem started after an error message appears that says he has been a failure of the black cartridge. I replaced the black cartridge with a new one.  Alignment printed with only the page surface color - no black areas. Took test page of the HP utility and still printed with surfaces of color only - no black areas. Tried to make a black copy directly on the printer and it acted like it was printing, but just put a page of the Bank. Alignment has tried once again, cleaned heads and a reset (disconnect), but doesn't change anything.  Even after replacing the cartridge completely black again with another new black cartridge, it will still not print from the computer or make a copy of the all-in-one in black.

  I have a Macbook Pro Mac OS X 10.6.8 but these problems occur when you use the HP Photosmart c7180 all-in-one device to make a copy or print a test page.

What you can do is to call our technical support at the 800-474-6836 and the agent can determine if the cartridge is defective, and if it is still covered by the warranty date on the cartridge.   Recently, I moved to a location that does not support printer wi - fi.

  I bought a usb cable to connect my Photosmart C4780 to my pc Windows 7 64 bit and I tried the method of installation of HP usb but the printer could not be found. I also tried to use the Windows printer installation, but this also could not find the printer.

  The computer is found 'USB' noise when I plug in the printer, but no message appears.

  I am located in the region of the United States. After several years of invaluable and of many ink cartridge replacements, I'm haivng problems with my printer Photosmart HP 6515. I've always used genuine HP ink cartridges, after all the troubleshooting suggestions and using the tool to clean printheads, more than 10 times, the heads of 3 color print fine with all bars of the shadow of three for each color. However, black head does not print the bar of the nuance of pitch black, but does not print the shade medium and light bars. Instead of complete darkness, he shows a very light shade of gray.   I see that you are having problems with your 6515 Photosmart e-all-in-one printer black printing. I can help you with that.

  To start, make sure that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector. Once completed, this document describes How to solve print quality problems with your printer.

  I understand that you have problems with your black print the result.  I recommend you to perform a power reset. Unplug the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug back in the printer. Make sure that you connect the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any surge protector or power bar.

  After the reset, I would say using this document on fixing of the streaks of ink faded prints and other common Print quality problems

  I also suggest the steps described in this document printer does not print black ink or color ink or prints blank Pages.

• Photosmart 6520 does not print wireless

  Previously, the printer was very good in all aspects, including wireless printing. But now it will not print from an iPad iOS 8 or a computer laptop windows 8. It printed before the iPad even on. Same iOS software 8 - so I can confirm it wasn't the iOS update 8 that caused the problem. The same goes for the laptop - it long before print with it on the same operating system. On the iPad, it is not saved as an AirPrint printer and the laptop, he says he is "offline." I think the problem is, therefore, with the printer - if she says it is online and connected to our home WiFi (same as the iPad and the laptop is connected to) or iPad, or laptop can connect or register that it's there.
  You can only print wirelessly with the printer (without option of thread) so I had to do the tedious job of printing with Direct wireless. When I do this it's fine, but it takes a while and I could instead just print over WiFi at home.
  Any suggestions? I have already disconnected the printer and WiFi and then reconnected (set the password to new etc).

  I understand that recently you have not been able to print to the Photosmart 6520 an iPad or computer in Windows 8, but you can connect to wireless Direct the printer and print. I also agree that a problem is not present on the iPad or computer, but since it can print with direct wireless connection, I do not have a problem with the printer either.

• Scanner HP Photosmart C4780 does not

  I have a HP Photosmart C4780 printer and OS X 10.9.5.  I'm trying to analyze something to PDF and I get a black picture.  When I scan a 8.5 x 11 size paper as an image it scans only 1/4 of the document.  Please let me know if there is a driver will fix this. Thank you.

  The HP scanning application is incompatible with the Mavericks and, consequently, the output being not registered correctly.

  the photosmart c4780 worked great for about a year until today.  Do not print, or reinstall.

  error message is:

  Cannot install the printer.  Impossible operation completed (error 0x000003eb).

  says it can't find a driver.  I have a gateway with Windows 7-64

  used to connect wireless broadband, d-link router n cable

  printer finally takes her (wireless) to 02:00; reinstalled from downloaded file.  So win 7 is working now, but the xp connect only the usb cable.  Always work to put in place the new - old laptop with all its applications again.  But at least we can print.
