I guess that's it. I want to thank you for all your help in this matter and stick with me.
I am more able to scan documents on my printer Hp Photosmart D110A. I use Mac OS X portable 10.7.5 version. It is connected wireless and I am able to print.
When I get up and walk on my printer, I select SCAN > SCAN TO PC and I get the error message: TRY to SCAN from which SEE COMPUTER DOCUMENTATION.
When I open HP Scan on my laptop, I click on the button SCAN. He says then PREPARING to SCAN. Then he said: SCANNER COMMUNICATION CANNOT BE ESTABLISHED. THE PRINTER IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILIABLE. ENSURE THAT YOUR DEVICE IS TURNED ON, CHECK THE CONNECTION AND MAKE SURE THAT YOUR NETWORK IS WORKING PROPERLY. IF THESE CONDITIONS ARE CORRECT, RESTART THE DEVICE AND TRY TO SCAN THE IMAGE.
I restart my printer and it will not scan. Nothing wrong with my internet connection. Previously, before I had scanning problems, my wireless on my printer button was flashing and I couldn't print wireless. I uninstalled the software from my laptop and remove the printer. I reinstalled the HP software and added to the printer and that solved my printing problem. Now, digitization is a problem. Can anyone help me please with my scan problem?
So I THOUGHT about IT!
After you download the HP driver online once again, I went to HP utility (I had to add my printer again going up in system preferences > Add button > IP and enter my IP address).
In the HP utility I cliked the name of my printer under devices, then on the right side I cliked the additional settings under settings of the printer.
Then, I clicked on the embedded Web Server Open button.
My web browser opens and it is the HP embedded Web server for my printer. I clicked the Scan button and the scanned image.
You will then need to right click to save the image, and it allows to print wireless.
So after a few days of trial and error my scanning has been fixed.
I spent over 10 hours on the phone with Technical Support, Cloud Computing service and an escalation of HP handler. The escalation of HP Manager ran a cleaner tool to remove completely all HP printer software and reinstalled. Now, everything works except for analysis.
Using the utility to scan the PC gives HP, "the series of HP Photosmart 7510 was not found"
Using Scan of the computer for the printer display gives, "make sure that the HP printer software is installed. I can, however, scan-to-one chip memory inserted in the computer, but is produces a jpg file and I need PDF. All scanning software worked before technical support and escalation of HP is involved.
I discovered that Windows has made a number of updates to security on my computer. Therefore, windows do not see the 7510 as a device scan and judged that he was a suspect and deactivated engine part analysis of the HP software.
Reinstall the printer as a wireless printer, and then by reactivating the printer to scan, my HP software came back and now everything works as advertised.
I think you were on the right track. Then analysis stops on an HP printer without apparent reason, check if there's any recent Windows updates. If so, reinstall the printer as a new wireless printer.
Thanks for your comments!
I can't scanner to work with my Mac. Here is what I tried:
(1) uninstall/reinstall the software and drivers
(2) delete/re-add printer in system preferences
(3) tried scanning by preview and image capture (nor would show my printer)
(4) analysis I tried through system preferences - no scan button showed
The error I get my HP Scan on my computer says: communication error, but the printer is connected in fact (I have effectively tests the printer and my computer).
Google search led me to believe that this scanner is totally incompatible with my Mac OS 10.7 lion.
Please tell me I don't have to take this printer - I've wasted 4 hours of my life trying to get the thing set up already!
As I suspected, it seems more likely that your router does not support multicast which is essential to the discovery of the device as Hello.
Please specify your router brand and model.
In the meantime. Try these steps and let me know any changes:
First step: restore the default settings of network for your product
- On the Control Panel, touch the wireless icon ( ).
I spoke with HP for more than two weeks my new printer not scaning to my computer which is a brand new Dell bought may 1. I'm frustrated as * with no solutions. As I looked on the forums of Dell and HP forums, it seems that HP has a problem of reall with this problem. Has anyone else had this and solved the problem? I am ready to return to the store. My nerves are leached. All I get are they sent my problem to their advanced technicians. So how long should I wait? Promised are really old here. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Who ever you are, you are a 'Holy '! I can scan my stuff to the computer through Windows Photo Gallery why 'big' wigs at HP could not tell me it is beyond me after weeks of trying to kill the printer. I don't think they have their software upgraded to work with Vista, if you ask me. But thank you very much for your help. Judi
The two HP1300 Photosmart inkjet machines and displays the same error message and print, however the Photosmart P6350 scans and copies. Scan indicates the all-in-one is online, but I send a print command and the print monitor responds with 'Error' and no other information. I'm puzzled. I tried all the remedies support hp; same result. iMac OS 10.6.8 recognizes two printers but simply shows them "idle".
Download and install this: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL907

WARNING - This will remove ALL your printers!

I am trying to analyze a small picture:
"Try scan from computer or see the documentation. Press OK. "error message.
If I try this
"No connection there no connection to the computer. Refer to device documentation to troubleshoot"error message.
I use a wifi system I have just re-connected and my computer just wiped the Apple store (missing drivers?).
Thanks for the post. Given that your system has been recently 'cleaned', I suspect you're right. Photosmart drivers are missing, probably all printers or other devices installed are likely gone as well. I have included a link below with some excellent information get the latest drivers and installation methods. Good luck!
Every time I try to scan to email using this printer, I get an error message that it does not connect to web services, however, I know that I am connected. What can I do to fix this?
Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support. I understand that you have a problem with of your 7525 E-mail scanning function. I would like to help.
Tap the icon of ePrint printers. If you get a server connection error then the printer all is having a problem connecting to the internet. Try to turn off the printer and then unplug the router for a minute.
If you do not get a connection message server, the problem is with the scanning to email app. You must reset the Web Services. Note: this will cause the printer to lose his address current ePrint and wipe all the information from the scan to email app.
While in the Web/ePrint Services menu select setting. Then scroll down and select delete Web Services. You will be taken back to the main menu printers. Press again the Web Services/ePrint and enable Web Services.
Re-Setup scan to e-mail.If you have any questions, or if this does not resolve the problem, let me know.
I have a new Windows 7 laptop and the only way I can scan is using the photosmart software on the PC. I try to use the touch screen and even if my computer is recognized as being connected via USB, I get the following error:
"Unsuccessful Scan. An error occurred while parsing. Please make sure that your computer is connected to the printer and try agan. »
I downloaded the "doctor HP Print and Scan" and it doesn't find any errors. I had the scanner connected to my previous laptop Windows 7 and it should scan via the touch screen. I appreciate any help anyone can provide.
Download the latest complete software and drivers on the website of HP here. Try now.
