  Hello! I have a HP Photosmart C5380 all-in-One hooked up with my Airport wireless at home station, from where we can print from any laptop paired with it. When you install Hello to a new workstation based on windows 8, it identifies the series C5300 printer in the network, but I can't find the driver avaialbe in the list. HP does not offer drivers for download so I had to install the full suite of HP software and then connected the printer directly to the workstation via a USB port and it worked fine. This was necessary to complete the installation. I then unplugged the printer to the USB port, connect it back to the wireless Airport, ran Hello station, she identified the series C5300 printer in the network again, but I still have not found the pilot avaialbe in the list. Click "Have Disk" and a browser window pop up asking me the folder where the file respective .inf. Can't find it. Very frustrating! Any one can help me please?

  I understand that your Photosmart C5280 is not recognizing printing on a CD. I will do my best to help you! First of all, I need to know your operating system on your computer? Windows or Mac?

  Please make sure that the printer is connected to a live wall, not a surge protector. I just want to see if that makes a difference. I would like that you perform a hard reset on your printer for more than 60 seconds. Leave the printer turned on > unplug the power cord at the back of the printer.

  Try to remove the CD/DVD holder out of the printer and put back into the printer. You can try this software from third-party manufacturer here. You can also Google software of third parties for printing on a CD/DVD label.

  Can you explain if this happens with all pages or only PDF files open with Firefox 29,0? If it's from PDF files, I have been informed that this a bug that will be fixed by an update published Friday morning time Pacific.

  A new firmware to restore the ePrint feature are available on hp.com, however it is currently available for MS Windows :

  I don't know if / when it wil become available for Mac OS, that's why I suggest you get a Windows PC and update of the printer, if you can have such an or can borrow a laptop to a member, family, etc.

  I'm trying to set up my printer HP Photosmart 6520 for the first time.

  The printer is connected to my wireless router.

  My computers and iPads can access and print using the printer.

  BUT when I try to use Web tools

  (3) enable Web Services

  I get the error message USELESS "Problem connecting to the server of Web Services"

  I am able to connect to the Internet using a web browser, so I don't have an ISP issue.

• HP Photosmart 7525: Scanning under MacOS Sierra is no longer working.

  Recently upgraded to MacOS Sierra (MacOS 10.12).  Since then, my HP Photosmart 7525 is no longer allow me to save the scans to the computer.  The "Save" button is gray and impossible to be clicked.  He'll copy, print and scan documents, I just can no longer save to my computer.

  When I enter the HP utility > settings > scan settings > scan to the computer, the software scans my system, then gives me an error message that says:

  I completely uninstalled the old driver software (which says that HP should run on any Mac OS after 10.6) and reinstalled the latest drivers that it is compatible for the 10.11 and later.  I always get the same answer.  Printer will print, will copy, will scan, but not save to the computer.

  Yes, I already rebooted one device at a time, and Yes, I disconnected and reconnected all devices in separately.

  Recently upgraded to MacOS Sierra (MacOS 10.12).  Since then, my Photosmart HP 7520 is no longer will allow me to scan or save the scans to the computer.  The "Save" button is grayed out and cannot...  HP must send the updated drivers that resolve the problem very soon.

  Trash the older Scan Utility as he said? Who did it for me. Maybe try to restart after that? And restart the printer too?
