  I had setting successful place Photosmart e-all-in-one printer 7510 when I bought first. Super easy to install and I print wireless all the time.

  I recently moved and tried to uninstall and reinstall the printer so that I could print wireless again. I did exactly the same thing to install because I did the first time and it doesn't work. I went through all the steps help and may not know what the problem is.

  1. the printer is turned on.

  2. the printer is certainly connected to the network. No problem found on the wireless network test.

  3. my computer is not connected to a virtual private network.

  4. the computer and the printer are on the same network. Name of the network on the wireless network test is the same name of network connected to my computer.

  5. There is no firewall does not block the detection of the printer.

  6. the wireless router is not in a bad state of operation. If it were, I would not be able to get online, right?

  7. I do not use the 'connect a new printer' resettlement.

  8. I don't know that I downloaded the appropriate software drivers.

  I don't know what else to check. The only thing that has changed is the router and the internet provider. I got the same laptop before I move. Everything works fine print/scan when connected via a USB port.

  You're not the only one having problems with the SBG6580.

  Your internet provider has other available modems?  (not motorola)

  I have a printer all-in-one HP Photosmart 3310 that does not correctly print a test page (print color but not black) and does not print a WORD document from my computer.  The color that should be black in the test page after CLEANING print head appears as a Purple-ish Brown, although after the PRINTER SNAP the printed page shows a short BLACK bar to the left of the five longer bars in FIVE COLORS.  The computer in use is a HP Pavilion dv7 with processor Intel Core i7-3610QM, 2.3 GHz, Ram 8. 0 GB (7.9 GB available), 64-bit and Win 7 Home Premium OS, SP1.

  After having downloaded HP Print and Scan doctor, we arrived, after a series of steps to "If the cartridges have been refilled and none is empty, try calibration of color": Open HP Solution Center (start, all programs, HP, HP Solution Center), then click on settings, settings, printer Toolbox, printing on the tab device Services, click on color to calibrate.  This procedure is NOT AVAILABLE, however, because I can't find the HP Solution Center.

  What should I try to fix this problem?  Please be specific - and please also include any recommendations for a remedy that is exactly what happens if something must be verified or checked before trying the recommended remedy.

  Since the last post, I repeated the test several in Solutions of HP.  Whenever I have repeated the procedure clean print heads, improve the quality of printing in black ink a little bit.  After several passages of this test, maybe 5 or 6 more and separated by some rest of the time, the quality of printing in black ink has reached the State that I consider finally acceptable.

  A variable that I can't rule out or rule through all this is the temperature and the humidity.  It has been a winter VERY exceptionally difficult, with a lot more than zero days and subzero temperatures.  And with that comes challenges with the indoor humidity (even if we have the whole House humidification).

  In all cases, the printer now works without problem.  And I'll post that I accept the solution most recently proposed by the HP Forum.

  Printer all-in-one HP C 3180 will not take paper glossy photo Copier. I hear the gears rolling, but it doesn't pull in the worksheet. It will take regular paper and Matt paper thick. I use only HP advanced photo copy paper. Are there adjustments for scrolling? Any help would be appreciated.

  I was able to identify the problem and solve it somewhat. Settings of the printers were very good; no paper jam, etc.  It is the rear access door.

  Glossy paper would not scroll until I pushed on the RAD. I just have to hold it down until the paper begins to scroll, so I withdraw my hand. Find out where the problem is I should be able to jimmy-rig it (ahh... Yes, duct tape!) to hold in the FDR. Nevertheless, Cheetah12, I appreciate your suggestions.

  I want to just print in black and white, but because some of my color cartridges are empty it does not print.  If I don't want to use the color why is it important?  Please notify.  I can't afford a new set of cartridges of color... and I don't want to print in color, so it shouldn't matter!

  To protect against damage, it will not stop if no available in any ink cartridge. I need all the inks in the heating of the process.

  I desperately need help.

  My printer was working fine, then yesterday morning it just stopped.  I couldn't get the wireless connecting once again, so I uninstalled, re-installed, downloaded and installed the new drivers.

  NOW, when I go to set up on my mac, to add the device to finish setting up once again, does not appear the unit even if the wireless is connected.  When I print the Wireless 'report' everything is connected correctly, IP address works etc.

  Why it won't find my device?

• Photosmart C6280 all-in-one does not scan to pc Solution Center

  When I try to scan to my pc using the solution Center, I get an error message 4, [(3,42,0)]. The preview window is small and greyed out. I don't know that I did this operation in the past. I followed all the troubleshooting solutions and nothing has worked. I just download all the current software and drivers after uninstalling everything first and still no joy. I can scan the PC to the printer itself, but I like to have an overview first. Any help please.

  I'm new here and have solved my problem. I searched back for centuries to help desks for similar problems and found a workthrough. It helps others in case... Open the main drive in windows Explorer, navigate to program files, click Hp digital imaging bin and find Hpiscnapp.exe and open it from there. It seems somehow reinstalling the scan option and now all is well.

• HP2510 all-in-one does not connect reliable over my ADSL line when sending faxes.

  It initiates the transmission, hear the answer tone (s), said his connection, but expires.  Sometimes it works and it used to work reliably.  I can pick up the phone and say his attempts to define the flow of data, but it rarely connects.  Any ideas?  And by the way, I am move to the connection of the FO U-verse in two weeks.

  The fundamental problem is that we not send sensitive data on the internet which is not when in time sensitive.

  When the hissing analogue sounds translate into packets of data to the internet, they can not arrive and be decoded amount from time to time the fax is now.  When the fax speed is set to a lower setting, increase of time allowed for the other fax answer.

  Here is a document that accompanies this step to change the transmission speed when SENDING a fax.  If you have any problems with reception, try to change speeds anyway, but you may need to ask the sender of the fax speed on the sent fax.

  Please don't tell me to... Reinstall, download the new driver, install the new cartridge, clean align the print heads, different paper or go to 'solutions '... Etc... Etc.  I HAVE ALREADY BEEN THERE AND DONE THAT!

  Everything you "patches" end with 'the unit of service... " WHAT IN THE WORLD WHAT THAT MEANS!

  This has been a nice printer for more than 5 years, but is somewhat glitch spoil me when using the BLACK INK?

  Thanks for the reply, expecting not one, but what you say is all that we need to buy another printer if we did all the "fixes", etc... etc. you know that take a printer to a repair shop will cost more

  then buy a new one.

  It was stupid of saying me to check on the warraty of HP page when I already told you that the unit is 5 years old.

  Is the printer connected to your PC by USB or network?

  Using the USB connection, you can scan using Windows Fax and Scan software built into your operating system.

  Scanning over a network connection unfortunately supported on Windows7 32 bit only, as you can find listed in the section about network scanning below:

  As you have noticed one solution is to run IE9 in 32-bit mode. You can also try running the 64-bit version of IE9 as administrator to work around this problem.

  My parents have a HP Photosmart C5580 all-in-one printer.  Their old computer was running XP and the printer printed beautiful photo (using HP Photo paper).  The recently buy a new computer that is running Windows 7.  They called me after that that they got rid of their old computer XP.

  The problem is that the HP C5580 is no longer made a good job of photo printing.   I have been in their house and they owe me that the use of the printer to print then we have printed a new photo to the printer (which was horrible).  I then downloaded the latest drivers for Windows 7 from HP, installed and reprinted the image.

  The XP computer disappeared, so I've no idea what program they used to print photos.  I used Picas (latest version) to view and print the pictures on Windows 7.

  The new photos are very washed out. They remind me of the photos printed on the ink jet printer initially on plain paper.  They are not photographs.

  Anyone have any ideas to improve the quality of the photos?  If it is a better program than Picasa we should use to print the photo?  Is there a way to caliabrate the printer?

  Hi Dennis you have posted on the discussion of the ePrint/Mobile Forum so I'll ask that your post moved to the Printing Board Issues & troubleshooting in the hope that you receive relevant responses. In the meantime, I suggest that you check the ink levels in the supplies in the printer and print a diagnostic. You should be able to get it out in the printing software HP you have downloaded or directly from the front panel of the printer. If ink, levels are low in all of the test color cartridges to see if that solves the look "washed out" prints.
