two problems

First of all. Put in new cartridge of the printer. Impression came out white.

In the second place. Computer asked to cancel all printing. Continuous printing so out the paper to avoid waste. Computer now has PAPER, that I'm not. I replaced the paper ready to reproduce. No longer accepting applications print.

"  When I go where it is supposed to be a list of the programs/products hp, it is listed.  How can I get rid of the HP printer in programs and features?

    We will try to completely uninstall the program from the printer using Microsoft Fix tool. Go to http://hp.care/2dHImNI and download the patch tool and click on 'Run' or 'Open' and then follow the steps in the program install and the resolution of problems uninstall.

    When the drivers are uninstalled, go to http://hp.care/2dTCeH1 to download and install the printer drivers.

  • HP Photosmart Premium C309a: Photosmart C309a Driver download problem in Windows 10

    I used the wizard, HPPIW.exe, to select the latest software driver full features.  At the end of the download, 100%, he noted "the download has been cancelled.  This happens repeatedly.

    Any ideas how to get the download?  I can not even use "download only" option and the driver software is not displayed.

    UPDATE meanings:

    After several attempts to update the software of the printer, HP Photosmart Premium C309a the wizard, hppiw.exe and the doctor print and scan, HPPSdr.exe, I completely uninstalled all the software of HP printer and related programs.  Finally, I ended up using the original installation CD because my copy downloaded software version 14, PS_AIO_05_C309a_Net_Full_Win_WW_140_047.exe, gave "Exit" as an installation option.

    Similarly, Setup.exe on the CD gave the same result, so I used HPZsetup.exe instead of loading the printing software.  This installed applications HP OK and provided all the features of the printer.

    However, I now have the loaded 13 version.  I wonder what will happen when updating HP chooses to try to upgrade to version 14?

  • Impossible to print a Web page using photosmart premium c309a using Internet Explorer 9.

    I just installed Internet Explorer 9. Now, I can't print a Web page using my network photosmart premium c309a. I also have a Photosmart c6250 networked and I peut print for her. What gives? Am I missing something? I know that this is a known problem by searching the problem and Windows solution does not help.  I have no problem with the c309a print when I go to the internet, it's just a problem of Web page with IE9.  All/any help would be appreciated.

    HP helped me by making me install a different driver. Download and install the printer driver 6980. After installation, go to the printer properties and add a new Standard TCP/IP port and use IP address for the c309a.  I don't think I'm missing something, but I received the information from their chat support.  Then, when you want to print from IE9, choose the 6980 printer (which is actually the c309a printer).  This HP support doesn't help.  You must talk to a living person who knows something about printers.

    I hope this helps.  In fact, I switched to Mozilla Firefox as my default long ago, and it works very well with the c309a printer.  I only got this solution because I could be chatting with them on another printer and I mentioned that I could not print from IE9.

    I already posted this problem.  I deleted Photosmart Premium C309a [OEFC74} of the preference of the "Print and Fax" system on my desktop Mac running OS 10.6.8.]  I deleted it to correct a mistake, "Printer offline", when the printer was offline but would not.

    I then added in Photosmart Premium C309a as instructed.  He has fixed the "printer offline" problem, but now the scanner icon disappeared from "Print & Fax" and I cannot scan documents.  I've always had to scan from my computer, not the printer itself, but I've lost this ability.

    Before deleting the printer in the printer list, I had two icons of the printer: Photosmart C309a series [OEFC74} and Photosmart C309a [192.168.1.5.]] (Fax) listed.  Now, I have one with a different designation, simply Photosmart C309a series.  I had to spend two laptops to this designation of printer in order to print using these laptops (all Macs).

    The all-in-one printer is connected wireless via a home network using a wireless router.

    HOW to bring back the ability to scan?  I spent hours on this forum without finding a solution.

    Radio of your printer may have indeed failed, and it is not uncommon with this model.

    I suggest you install a default substitution such as the jet pilot desktop 990 c driver.

  • HP Photosmart Premium C309a - LCD not working not

    I have a HP Photosmart Premium C309a AIO that print, copy and Fax perfectly except that the LCD gradually deteriorated to the point where it now seems almost completely white with virtually nothing readable, which makes this much less usable device. Can I replace the LCD screen? A replacement LCD can be ordered and replaced by a user?

    Unfortunately the LCD screen on the printer is not a part, you can order and replace yourself, however I have some suggestions for you to try to see if you can restore the functionality on-screen.

    You have the printer connected directly to a wall outlet or a surge protector or power bar? Even if you have used a surge protector/power bar this whole time and you feel that this is not the case, please connect to a wall outlet so that we can eliminate the source of energy as the primary cause. Questions when it is connected to an uninterruptible power supply/Strip/surge protector power

    When I replaced the black print cartridge last week, my HP Photosmart Premium C309a, bought the 22/12/09, now by default the message: ink system failure, 0036 Oxc19a.  I need to know if it's fixable.  Can I replace the print head.  For what price?  Or do I now have to buy a new printer?

    Hi all. My first post so I hope I'm in the Group of good advice.

    I am a user of mac OS x 10.5 operation (intel) and buying a new printer. Hp photosmart premium C309a calls greatly, but I have a big problem to find the following information.

    I put together a dvd for various charities and organizations who just like their own images etc. printed on them, until recently I was using (sorry) an epson r800, who is now deceased. My question is to do with the size of the print area of the dvd. At the moment I was printing up to 18 mm inner diameter and 118 mm outer diameter. Can someone tell me what size I can print on this new machine, that I look at you, also what cd/dvd printing software, I would be able to use.  Thank you very much.

    The printer comes with a HP (HP PhotoSmart Studio) software that allows you to print on the CD.  It is pretty basic, but gets you what you need in most cases.  In addition, CD/DVD is added as a "paper format" in your print dialog box so you can use any program you want and print on the DVD.  If you already have a software for creating labels, it * should * work.

    HP software allows you to adjust the size of the circle inside and outside to match your DVD media.  I don't know what are the minimum and maximum settings.

    I just installed my HP Photosmart Premium C309a under Windows 7 64 bit and noticed something perculiar. I can print from programs, but when I go to the "devices and printers" in the menu start, the printer is not there. If I try to add the printer via the "Add a printer" feature, he just wants to another printer for her. Not a show stopper, but weird.   • Photosmart Premium c309a black print green on photo paper / CDs

    Got a Photosmart Premium c309a.  Bought in early 2009.  When I print on normal paper, photos prints fine, but when I print on paper photo, all black prints with a green tint.  This is regardless whether if I said that I'm printing on photo paper or not. When I print to CDs, black print blue.

    I have correctly printed on two media before but recently had this problem.  Colors are progressively worsened recently before arriving at this point.

    I use Windows 7.  Updated the drivers and software but still no joy.  Latest version of the downloaded driver / software for my Mac but the same for photos and the CD.

    I did about 5 cleans through the Toolbox print head and replaced HP black ink cartridges (both black and Photo black).  Currently have more than half full for each black cartridge.  Other colors are not empty but either.   Also tried the print head with water for rinsing after its withdrawal.

    I did a diagnostics page.  The black bar Photo is not printed at all.  However, further down on the page, the photo black ink level indicator prints OK (assuming that really aid black photo).

    Everything prints fine so I can print documents and images as long as it isn't on paper photo or CD.  I bought the printer mainly for CD printing features.

    Is - this weird color problem with the printhead fault?  Could replace solve this (someone tried?)?  A replacement would put me back £26 so I wanted to ask first.

    I had the photosmart premium C309a less than 2 weeks and have printed a simple 110 only 7-8 pages were color photos (about 3/4 page, i-photo contact sheet option) and had to replace yellow ink already, more magenta and black are 5% and cyan is 50%.  Like the quality (has a printer hp 6100 series before) but it's this machine is going to be a Turkey of ink?  XL cartridges really doubling the volume of printing and color combo packs available in XL (only 564 Black XL seems available on the website of hp offer)?

    Hi, the ink cartridges supplied with the printer in the box will be run much faster than normal cartridges. and also, XL cartridges usually have 3 times more ink compared to a regular size cartridge.

  • Photosmart Premium C309A: C309A Fault Protection to access the properties of the printer and will not print (Windows 8.1)

    My C309A, connected via USB, my system worked very well through the life of WIndows 7 and Windows 8.1, until this week.

    I did run the software in PS_AIO_05_C309a_Net_Full_Win_WW_140_408 - 4.exe and then this week I received notice that there was a software update. I downloaded and installed PS_AIO_05_C309a_Net_Full_Win_WW_140_408 - 5.exe, and now my printer does not print.

    I uninstalled the previous version, without error and installed this new version, also without error. But, when I click on printer properties

    I get a protection fault.

    If I try to print a test page, the system hangs for a few minutes, then the devices and printer page is closed (with no message).

    I tried the Ethernet connection instead, but that made no difference.

    Interestingly, even if printing does not work, scanning and fax are. I can connect to the scanner from Paperport or Adobe Photoshop Elements.

    I uninstalled the software several times and tried both the old and the new, and they both do it.

    I tried to run print and Scan of the doctor. Who says that the driver is missing some files and to uninstall and reinstall, but I did it at least 6 times without success.

    Any ideas?

    FWIW, I have set the printer by improving the system to 10 Windows (which went very well). It works fine now.

  • HP Photosmart Premium c309a: get my laptop to connect to my HP Photosmart Premium c309a printer wireless

    I have the installation of the printer to my wireless network and all is well with her, the wireless radio works fine on my printer as well.  I downloaded the driver to set up my printer wireless on my laptop that is running Windows 7. I also get far as he try to complete the installation on my laptop and then it tells me it failed, over and over again. I tried to restart my priner and my laptop always the same results.  It will not install my printer on my laptop using the wireless setting and there is nothing wrong with my wireless. How to operate, set up the printer on my wireless laptop.  Now when I click on it to install it, and he's looking for the printer it is estimated, becomes simply not passed to install it when I select the printer.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Please uninstall and reinstall the software COMPLETE features, follow these steps:

    1 uninstall the software from your computer
    2. download and save the software COMPLETE features (do not install online)

    3. install the FULL feature software "saved".

    Once you have downloaded and installed the software, FULL of features, you will be able to print and scan.

  • HP Photosmart Premium C309a: uninstalled the driver, but can't re install even on HP C309a

    My device cannot scan and there is an error (could not insert the screenshot error). As recommended, I did uninstall the driver and appeared to be successful. But re - install is the problem here, first I downloaded the race online, saved, driver (PS_410_C309a_Net_enu_140_047) & files were extracted. From the beginning, it seemed ok, but he continue recyling process of installation from the beginning until the re - start the computer. After the re - start has finished he will repeat the same process and it will eventually re - start the computer again, and there is no end here, I guess.  It's very frustrating.  I tried stuffs as suggested in the forum, such as the execution of net user administrator / Active: Yes, but nothing helped. Also, I tried using journaling to change user, the unsuccessful outcome. Help, please
