HP printer 2175 all in one: download HP Solution center
I tried to find the driver and it keeps telling me that it comes with my operating system. I tried to run the fixer scan and got this message
Error solution Center:
the tool could not find the HP Solution Center application, you need to analyze with the HP software. If you want to scan with the HP software, you can re-run the installation from the CD, be sure to include the HP and HP Solution Center based on the imaging device. or you can download and install the latest full features software from the HP customer service.
The problem is, when I click on the link there is no place to download. He tells that it is already installed.
The HP Solution Center is not available for Windows XP 64-bit, all features are available for a 32 - bit XP operating system.

This problem began in late December 2015. HP Solution Center worked fine until then.
Now the printer works well, but the HP Solution Center does not open, so can not scan to computer or check ink levels. Tried to uninstall the KB3132372 update [as suggested in this forum] and then everything works.
However, the update (KB3132372) maintains the re-setup and hit the Centre of HP solutions again.
Is there something wrong with the KB update that disrupts the HP driver?
Is that what I can do through a permanent solution? (other than uninstalling KB3132372 immediately prior to scanning)

I have a Deskjet 6988 printer and a Scanjet G3110 on 8.1 Windows and you can get the base drivers to download for them. I can scan and print, but I want to download HP Solution Center software so I can control the making of copies. How do I do that? Thanks for the help!

For the Scanjet G3110, you have a complete solution available.
If the scanner is already connected to your computer, make sure to open devices and printers, click with the right button on the Scanjet 3110 and select Remove.

I'm not surwe if the HP Solution Center will be available as well, or can the software of HP scanning only, however the copy of the front panel button will woirk once the software will be intalled.
My trusty and reliable hp psc 2175 all-in-one prints wrong color. It seems to access information or cyan or yellow and prints only in black (which is light) or magenta. I changed both cartridges, and that did not help. He keeps asking me to align the cartridges (which I did several times without success). Any ideas as to what is happening and how to fix the problem? you need to reinstall the software for the printer c6280 all-in-one. Downloaded the last installation on HP web site package. During the installation process I get an error message... Unable to find user/appdata/local/temp/7z256315/setup/...setup/blocksysuser...
the 7z256315 folder does not exist on the hard disk.
I also have a message that it cannot find PS_A10_02_software.msi.
Windows 7, C6280 printer all-in-one. Printer is connected to the router. The desktop computer is connected via an ethernet cable, the laptop/ipad/iphone/internet radio are connected via the wireless to the router.

Follow the steps below and let me know what happens?
First step: clear temp directory
- Type %temp% term or search programs and files of field
- Select all the files in this folder, and then press the delete key to remove. If you receive a message that the file is in use, you will need to ignore this file (s).
- Proceed to step 2 below
Second step: downloaded and extracted to your system:
1 download the drivers and full software features
2. once the download is complete, double-click the file to extract the software.
3. when the installation window opens, press the Cancel button to stop the installation
4. tap folder in the race or search programs and files of field
5. Locate and open the folder starting with 7z (example: 7zS2356)
6. right click on the folder and select copy
7. close this window and all open windows, and then in the Middle the desktop right click your mouse and select Paste. This will move the 7z folder on your desktop.
8 open the 7z, that you just copied on your desktop
9 open the Util folder
10 open the CCC folder
11 start the uninstall_L4
12. once the uninstall is complete, restart the computer
13. run disk cleanup from the tools Accessories\ system under all programs folder
14. download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player
15 open the 7z folder and then double-click the Setup.exe file that will be towards the bottom of the open window. Follow the instructions on the screen to reinstall your printer.

I just bought a used, refurbished OptiPlex 755 PC with Win 7 OS and am trying to install my all-in-One A920 printer. This is the printer that came with (my Dell Dimension 2400 series) desktop I bought about 7 years ago. I downloaded and installed (or so I thought) a Vista 64 bit driver I've read on the Dell website is supposed to be compatible with my Windows 7 64-bit OS. I plugged my printer and opens the file. I thought it was going to guide me through the process of setting up, but he did not. My computer recognized my printer, and he let me even in the all-in-one program. I was able to scan a document in color (but it wouldn't let me save it), I was unable to copy or print documents, and the "empty cartridge" box came up saying that black inkjet cartridges and color were empty; they are not empty because I recently replaced both cartridges. I miss any step, or not to do something in the right order? The printer does not give me a lick of problems on my Dell PC with Windows XP. The procedure is listed below. The OCR program, found on the disc from the printer, is required for scanning documents and fax.
First run, delete print jobs to eliminate any print job stuck in the queue.
Unplug the printer.
Download and run the patch (cleaning printer utility) until it prompts you to restart your computer.

Download the 32-bit drivers for Vista for Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit drivers for Windows 7 64 bit Vista. Install the Vista drivers in Vista compatibility mode, you will get a message, the printer is not connected. Connect the printer at the moment (power on).

I can't print from my desktop pc to Windows 7 on my printer.
Printer works very well to plug into the wall for printer - will make copies just fine.
Computer added my default printer - that part is fine.

My printer Dell all-in-One (purchases. 2004) has stopped working. When you try to use, sign popped up "print spooler service does not work? This has happened a month after that I switched to Windows 8. Dell said there is no software for this printer be re-installed Windows 8 and suggested that I buy a different printer.
I don't think that Dell should have the last word. Any advice? Can I buy drivers, other software?

I suggest to try this:
(1) unplug the printer from the power point
(2) connect one end of the USB cable to the printer (if it is not already connected)
(3) connect the other end to the machine using any free USB port
(4) turn the printer by plugging the power plug
(5) look at the screen to see if Windows indicates all compatible drivers
If this does not work then try to look for Windows7 or even Windows Vista drivers and then install. However, make sure that these drivers are from the DELL website if possible)

Her husband and I have almost the exact same HP laptops. For some reason when he called HP to download the software for Win 7 for our printer (model J5780) the person tech installed Solution Center. (My person tech did however)

Have computer HP Windows 8. I am able to print, but I would like to have all the functions of the solution center without having to log on to my XP computer that I access. I tried several times to download the Solution Center software. Everything seems to go well until the end when I get a message 'Download has been cancelled', n explanation. This happens after all 246MB are downloaded and is very frustrating.
'Download cancelled' usually is due to settings on your computer, could be antivirus software, disk space limitations, etc. So 1. Make sure you have a lot of space, 2 disc. make a backup because instead of clicking the download button (that way, if Save as worked, the package is downloaded, on your local hard drive) and 3. Double-click the downloaded file to install. If save as fails, windows should give you an error message, then go you from there.
I just bought a new Windows 7 PC and hung my existing officejet 4315 to it. Fine, I can print with the default win7 driver. My concern is that I do not see the ink levels in the printer on this new PC. The CD supplied with the printer is beyond useless. I scoured the site to download the software and driver HP, but I can't find a link to download the solution Center for this printer for Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. Anyone know what I can do to show levels of ink on this printer on this OS?
The driver for your HP product is integrated into Windows 7 and is known as a driver of (in-OS) system operating. With a driver in the OS, you don't have access to the HP Solution Center and failed to check ink levels in HP Toolbox that you can with a complete driver provided by HP.
As a workaround, you can print a self test report that can show the ink levels (depending on the printer). To print this report on your printer:
1 load letter, A4, or legal unused plain white paper in the input tray.
2. press Setup.
3. press 2, then press 4 (this selects print the report and then self-assessment report).
I don't know if this will show the ink level, but it's the only other way to see possibly using this printer on Windows 7.

Seems that the installation of the software is corrupted somehow. I recommend "rubbing" the software current and 'nine '; To do this, follow the instructions below:
1. click the Start button and type %temp% enforcement
2. Locate and open the folder starting with 7z (example: 7zS2356)
3 open the Util folder
4 open the CCC folder
5. run the L4uninstall.bat
6. once the uninstall is complete, restart the computer
7 run the Accessories\ System Tools Disk Cleanup
8. download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player
9 download (again) the drivers and full software functionality from the link below
10. run the download to reinstall the printer
