  I'm sorry that it took me so long to revisit this issue.

  It seems that the pain I was experiencing was caused by one of the two addons: roomy Bookmarks Toolbar and (BookmarksBar) hide (or) Show - Hide Bookmarks Toolbar (can't remember who it is because I have already deleted them).

  It seems that one of them, or a combination of these addons caused problems of the no-load. Given that I removed these addons, it disappeared completely.

  Try a forced reboot. Hold down the home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds , until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it rises. You won't lose anything.

The program is PSIService.exe by Protexis, which installs a Protexis V2 of Licensing Windows operating system service or Protexis licensing service.

Thus PSI service is normally installed by another program, such as Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X 2, Corel Paint Shop Pro XI (X 1), Corel Paint Shop Pro X, that uses its service to collect information of license to repatriate much like spyware, protect copy and authenticate the user who is using an authentic version of the program.

  In most Of Samhrutha G other suggestions, you can visit the web site of the packer/card manufacturer support mother system and download all the appropriate drivers for embedded devices, software, updates, what-have-you for your model.  Look for the sound/multi-media and chipset drivers in particular.

  BTW, it is preferable to install the drivers on the manufacturer of the motherboard of the system support site / as opposed to the web site of the manufacturer of embedded devices.  System/motherboard manufacturer might make changes to drivers based on specific knowledge of their application of hardware device as opposed to the General knowledge of the device as drivers found in the website of the manufacturer of the OBU.

  That said, they are also preferable on all drivers that Windows Update can install.

  You could perform a HARD drive recovery to set the initial configuration operating system and could check if the issue of the connection and the second question (sticky cursor) would be fixed.

  As you are able to boot mode safe mode with networking, put your computer in a clean boot state in order to verify if any third-party application is causing this problem.
   

  Put your boot system helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem. If so, you need to maybe contact the manufacturer of the program for updates or uninstall and reinstall the program.

  I received the new Clip of first on the latest Android on an InFocus 560, but importing ANY kind of video. Local, iPhone or GoPro I have some noise instead of sounds.

  Video files are all OK - because I've tested FilmoraGo and VLC. This is a Clip of first issue, or a bug?

  I've added several elements in a video project.  I decided to delete the last item.  I can't delete the beginning of the video clip form.  When I preview the it, it stops at the first frame of the clip removed.

  Why is this happening?  I can solve this problem?

  With regard to the trial of the 13 items first... all imports in it will have the watermark of Adobe as seen in the edit box monitor.

  1. you can't you get rid of this watermark Adobe from exports of the first 13 items test (either export to the file saved in the computer

  hard drive or burn to disc).

  2. you can get rid of the tattoo Adobe Premiere elements 13 trial of the project file (.prel). For this you need 13 items first purchased.

  a. open the project first elements 13 tryout file recorded in first 13... bought items then chronology Menu/delete rendered files... the Adobe watermark is based on this project.

  or

  b. open Premiere elements project file 13 tryout recorded in first 13 bought items... and then do nothing but continue the project. So we have

  found that just opening the project of tryout in the acquis automatically removes the watermark of Adobe.

  Determine which of the two that works for you.

  There is no guarantee that a project created in an earlier version can be opened in a later version. But you can try. But do this by using a copy of the project file of the previous version. Once the project from the previous file is changed in the second version, you can't go back and change the edited version project subsequent to the previous version.
