• HP ProBook 6570b: sim

  I inserted a telstra sim card in the laptop (HP ProBook 6570b) and nothing happens. I went through the Manager connection HP and had no luck. I called Telstra who explained that there should be an option so that it does not connect to the internet via the high WWAN mobile broadband or modem connection and there is no other choice.

  After 2 hours on the phone with telstra and sharing the connection for about 30 minutes, the conclusion was that this laptop is not implemented for this sim connection and mentioned that there is a modem... I didn't belive it. the laptop has a place to insert the sim card so surly he is set up for this and it must have a modem? Help, please.

• How to delete a picture in Windows Photo Gallery tag files or specific files of photo files without deleting the image completely out of all of these places, leaving the image in one place vs. have in several places?

  I'm trying to manage my photos already imported and downloaded on my computer.  There is a master "All photos and videos" folder in the Windows Photo Gallery all in the top left of this program.  Below that is a folder "Images".  Below that are "Tags" with a certain number of 'labelled' folders below.  Lower in another main 'Images' folder with a folder of the yellow file beside him icon.  Here's this file, a number of other folder also named with the file yellow folder icon next to them as well.

  What I'm trying to do is manage all these photos and who want to keep a copy of an image in one of the folders of images with an icon of yellow folder next to him.  However, if I delete an image from anywhere in one of the places mentioned above, no matter which, a copy or copies of the image lies, the given image and all copies in one of the other place listed in the first subparagraph above are deleted and this specific photo is present ONLY in the recycling bin.

  How can I do what I want to do here?  I hope that's clear enough!

  When you delete a file from the library, you do not your computer delete it. If you delete a folder, photo library no longer displays images and videos that were in that folder, although the file remains on your computer.

  You can remove the folders that you have added to the Gallery of photos at any time, but you cannot remove files that are in the default Photo Gallery. Remove a folder prevents him from appearing in the photo gallery. If you delete a photo, it is deleted from your computer as if you deleted the images folder.

  I have the 6570b s. I run Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit.

  When I play using the headphone jack audio, the audio sound horribly distorted. It is not my headphones as my headset works fine on other devices.

  My colleague, who also has a probook 6570b has exactly the same problem.

  I tried updates driver on the internet, but my audio driver is the latest driver.

  I also ran updates with HP support assistant, and I'm updating.

  According to the HP support assistant my audio and sound devices are:

  1 IDT High Definition Audio CODEC, status: ACTIVE, pilot: stwrt64.sys, Version 6.10.6392.0

  2 Intel(r) Audio display, status: ACTIVE, pilot: IntcDAud.sys, Version 6.14.0.3090

  Help, please.

  Problem is the Jack HP used in this book. You use the headphones without microphone pin Jack.

• Cannot delete system images (even via Control Panel)

  I tried to delete all the images in Windows backup system. I was able to delete the backups themselves, but does not remove the images.

  I did this:

  2. went to "Back up your computer" under system and security

  3. click 'manage space '.

  4. click on "change settings".

  I have selected the option "Delete all images of system for this computer" and click OK.

  I've installed a plugin meant to locate duplicate files from Lightroom Plugins - Duplicate Finder for Lightroom

  After running it, I got a new collection called Photos in doubles. (In fact, I see a lot more duplicates in other folders.) When I right click on an image and press the delete key, I get this message:

  "You can not delete photos from a set of collection."

  If I go back to the catalog, then I'm going back to square one. Now I have to look at each image and see if it is marked "rejected". I know how to find images by keywords. Is there a similar way to search for images that have been reported as rejected, so I can remove it at once? I don't just want to delete a collection or a catalog; I want to remove all traces of them from my hard drive.

  After all the pictures have been reported as rejected, back to the list of folders and select the top-level folder where the rejected photos are stored.  In the library Module, select Photos > delete rejected Photos.

  

  Lightroom default of the pop-up dialog box, delete.  If you want to delete the picture completely, select "remove disc".

• Deletion of images when the external drive is disconnected.

  I shared my images between the local storage and 2 TB external hard drive.  If I delete a picture when the external drive is not connected it will erase the image next time the reader is turned on?  If this isn't the case, I guess I'll have images that are not in the catalog more on external hard drive if it was not connected when I press DELETE.  Thank you.   Lightroom keeps a catalogue of your pictures stored somewhere on the network no disc. If you delete an image you can delete in the catalog or the catalog and physically. To remove an image physically physical storage must be fixed.

  If you only remove the images from the catalog, they will remain on your hard drive. You can remove these images subsequently with the tools of the operating system.
