My compaq Presario xq 60 I forgot the password is showing a system disable password 97718428
Thank youIt seems that the hard drive has failed and needs to be replaced. If you are still in warranty HP will send a replacement. If this is not the case, a laptop SATA hard detail can be used. Just be sure to get a quality at least equal the original in order to use recovery disks. It may be big, but not small ability more. For example if you have a 500 GB hard drive you can use a 750 GB hard drive, but not a 320 GB hard drive.
If you need help with selection and replace of the disk station hard back with model number & full product as indicated on the Service tag on the bottom of the laptop.

Windows Update was disabled by your system administrator
I was playing with a system configuration utility and decided that I didn't like it so I uninstalled. Several days passed before I noticed something wrong. Now my Update window buttons are missing from start / all programs/windows update and Internet explore/tools/windows update. When I do a windows update, I get a message error "windows update was disabled by your system administrator. If I set the automatic update, it works fine. I preferred to do windows update manually, so it don't interrupt me wile I do something. I've been in contact with the software support and they tell me to do the antivirus scans. I ran malwarebytes, found nothing. Kaspersky found some problems and clean. I've been in touch with tech Kaspersky forum and they give me a certificate of good health. No two seem to be much help to solve the problem. I can't know this, but I think not what what Kaspersky found in my firefox cache caused this. Can you help me solve this problem?
Thank you

D3D is disabled on my system for 32-bit programs and 64-bit, it works perfectly
D3D is disabled on my system for 32-bit programs, but 64-bit, it works perfectly. I previously had this problem but may not know what I did to cause this.
The only thing I found which seems to lack it is installing the dirext x Diag information are below.I reinstalled the drivers, put my graphics performance up and tried to reinstall direct x but it tells me its already there. Theres no option or a button to activate the d3d in dxdiag and I am full of ideas. I have a nice pile of games to work through, but none works. Any help is appreciated.

Scheduled reports sent as opposed to payment is protected by word (disable password)
Hi all
We have the internal billing reports every month, and once these reports are generated they are automatically sent to the team.
However, these reports of chargeback when received by mail is password protected, and each report must be opened by using the password.
We have about 100 reports and open each report using the password sent by mail is a tedious and painful operation.
Does anyone have an idea on how to disable the protection of password on the generated reports that are sent by mail to our respective inboxes.
Please share if anyone knows how to disable password protection.
Thank you
Deepak
Hi deepak_ashwath,
What version of Chargeback are you using? If you use v2.0/v2.0.1 Chargeback, unfortunately we have no solution or workaround for you! We have improved this Chargeback v2.5 functionality, so that users can turn password to toggle the setting on or off.
Thank you
Diomande

I tried to restore my system, but there as no restore only files available. I'm deseparately who need to access my account on. My antivirus has expires and I can't update without being able to get on the admin account. I can get into my daughter's account, but there are parental restrictions that without the admin password, I can't work around. I need to know what other options do I have to get into the account admin I bought this laptop 3 years ago and do not have access to a reset disk. Help, please!
1. you forgot the password.
2. you don't have a password reset disk.
3. you do not have a restore point that you have a successful logon.
4. you don't have a program antvirus (expired). Your machine is not protected. There are far too many problems.
I suggest consider you in your reliable computer service store and let a technician to repair.

11.1.2.1 how to change password of another Admin account "Administrator"?
Our admin password has been changed by someone who has forgotten to write it. I can still connect and I am an "Administrator". Is it possible for me to reset the password for the admin user? The user of the administrator is the only user native Directory, we have everyone is authenticated on our server MSAD.
Thank you!!Thanks, but that only works if you know the current password. He asks the current password before you change it. I opened a SR and got the following.
1 with the administration of the Console database, change the password of the user account that was used to
Configure the Shared Services database.2. stop all system EMP Web applications and services, and processes.
3. start the Configurator EPM system and under the Foundation--> of tasks, select Configure the database.
4. on the page "Shared Services and Registry Database Configuration, select Connect to a previously configured Shared Services database.
5. keep the existing database and the user, and then enter the new password.
6. continue the configuration and click Finish when you are finished.
7 restart the Web applications and services, and processes.
Thanks to all who responded.

First Cisco VIEW - change the password for the admin GUI of CLI
Hello
We had someone install an instance of VIEW with the Vmware EGG file, but it seems that they never take the GUI password (admin) during the installation phase.
Does anyone know the process to re-run the configuration script or to change the password for the admin of the SSH session, so we are able to connect to the GUI?
Thank you
Andreas
Hi Andreas,
Sorry, that I was not able to respond until the EGG has been redeployed, however, it is possible to change the CLI from the server admin password.
1 SSH on the server VIEW
2 cd to/usr/local/cisco/dcm/fm/bin
3 «./addUser.sh--help' to view the syntax of the command.
The syntax for the addUser.sh script is «./addUser.sh
. The adduser script to add new accounts to users or change the password for the existing user accounts. 4. to change the admin password, the command should look like this,
«./adduser.sh admin
. If you have forgotten the password for the database, you can find it in the file, usr/local/cisco/dcm/jboss-as.7.2.0-Final/standalone/conf/postgres.cfg.xml. Use the 'cat /usr/local/cisco/dcm/jboss-as.7.2.0-Final/standalone/conf/postgres.cfg.xml' command to print the contents of the file to the screen.
