  I can help you with your 1350 PSC and your Mac running 10.9.3.

  There is no full feature software and driver of HP, but the pilot of Mavericks v10.9 OS X for your printer is available through Apple Software Update (ASU).

  With this driver, you can still print and scan, you'll just have to scan from HP software. Scan to the computer from the printer control panel is available only when you use the HP scanning software, so it won't work because there is no scanning software HP as part of the Apple Software Update driver.

  Have you tried to download the driver from the HP website? Try HERE.

  Also, make sure that you select the operating system in the drop down menu to your laptop. To check what operating system, you must follow THESE instructions.

  Sorry, but I thought that I had reported my all-in-one had started working again. Unfortunately, I can't say what went around, because I don't know.  I had only a small part of the way towards what we'll fix me it when he started to work again.   If you are using Snow Leopard or Lion and you have the HP software before Snow Leopard (either from a CD not marked as compatible with 10.6 or you recently upgraded to Snow Leopard or Lion and had the software HP on your Mac before you upgrade - even if you made a standard from the old software uninstaller or installed new software on top of it) , you must uninstall the software by using the "scrubber":

  Go to Applications/Hewlett Packard / click Uninstall HP
  Click on continue
  Highlight your device in the left pane
  Press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Cmd keys on the keyboard at the same time as you click on uninstall< this="" is="" the="" scrubber="" option,="" there="" is="" no="" button="" labeled="">
  There will be a pop up that asks if you are sure you want to uninstall all hp software. (At this point, if you continue, all HP printers you have installed will need to be reinstalled)
  Click on continue and let it finish

  Restart your Mac

  Now reset the printing system:

  -Sys Prefs, Print & Fax
  -Right (control) click inside the box that lists your printers and select Reset Printing System.
  WARNING - This will remove ALL your printers!
  -Select the sign + to add again. Search for the printer, select it, and wait until the button 'Add' becomes available. Until it clicks.

  Yes, the PSC 1300 series includes the PSC 1350, this driver should work fine.

EXE .  My question is: I do not see the original HP Director on the desktop now after the above file download. The copying, printing, scanning are all working well, if that's fine!   HP Director has been supported only for your printer up to Windows XP, since Windows Vista full features software is no longer available for your printer, and there is no HP Director application or provided HP solutions Center.

  When it comes to a lack. Dll file, I suggest that we start by running the HP print and Scan Doctor.  If the doctor does not resolve the problem, you may need to consider doing a system restore.

  I understand that you're seen a message on your temp folder is full, I'd like to help. Please follow the steps below to clean the computer and install the software;

  1. Hold down the Windows Logo key () on the keyboard and the 'R' to open the dialog box run, type %temp%
  2. Delete all files and folders in the temp folder. Choose Skip if all pop ups seem to say all files cannot be deleted
  3. Download the software and choose to save money, save it on the desktop > AIO_CDB_NonNet_Full_Win_WW_140_408 - 4.exe
  4. After that the downloaded software and extracted, open the temp folder once again, use the instructions in step 1.
  5. Locate and open the folder starting with 7z (example: 7zS2356)
  6. Open the folder Util
     
  7. The CCC folder
  8. If you have a computer HP run the L3uninstall.exe. If you have annon HP computer run the L4uninstall.exe
  9. Once the uninstall is complete, reboot the computer
  10. Follow these steps to reset the registry settings and options for Windows Installer.

• HP psc 2355 all-in-one: PSC 2355 all-in-one scan, but not print

  The printer was purchased at a garage sale may be a few years back. It scans perfectly fine, but it will not be printed. I tried searching the Web for drivers and uninstalling/reinstalling it, even the installation under another pilot as series 2300. The closest driver that appears is 2350 series. Windows Update crashes when I try to get to find the drivers more.

  Print a test page once, he hasn't done anything since then except to give me errors on the printer LCD. I have only a black cartridge in it because I don't need color, but I doubt that's the issue.

  From the looks of things, this is a common problem... I saw a post where someone has too, but nothing has worked.

  Thanks for getting back to me with the error messages.

  The value 0 x error messages you see on the screen of your PSC 2355 all-in-one indicate a hardware failure in your printer ink system. Because the errors seem to be intermittent at the moment it is you may chance using your printer for a little longer. However, there is a hardware failure occurring within the printer and for this reason, there is a chance that your printer may stop working at any time.

  Troubleshooting steps for error 0 x can be found here. But, as you can see one troubleshooting step is to perform a power reset on the machine. If the power reset does not clear the error state that a replacement of the entire unit would be necessary.

  Try to install your printer using the driver PSC 2350. However, if the error messages continue to appear on your printer, I would recommend reaching out to the Technical Support queue by phone about the options for replacement of material. Due to the age of your printer, you may have the option to update your PSC device for a newer model at a reduced price.
