  Please can someone help? I use a HP Pavilion TX 2000.   Thanks for your help so far.  I am a Director of a company on behalf of Mark.  I have over 7 days, deleted his role (not his association) and then reactivated it after waiting 48 hours.  Mark has been able to see the results of the present.  Once he was able to reconnect that he had the same problems with not being able to select the correct and most recent inventory.
