  Try the following.

  Open windows control panel, open Windows Update, select "View update history" in the left pane and then select "Installed updates" link in the next window.

  Locate the KB2962407 update, right click and choose uninstall.  Once completed, restart the computer, open windows control panel, open Windows Update and select "Check for updates".  You will see the update that you have uninstalled just offered once again - right click and select "Hide update".

  After that you may or may not need to remove and reload the sound driver - if you do, how to use Recovery Manager to reinstall the drivers and software is detailed in the document at the link below.

• BlackBerry smartphone WiFi does not work most of the time

  It's like a broken record, I know, but my WiFi does not (most of the time).  It used to work well, but over time he works less and less! WiFi works great, load fast and I can see the data on my router blink indicating data streams, but whenever I use the BlackBerry browser, it won't work!  Crazy!

  I found the same thing as automatic power switch at night is interfering with connections no matter what I did. So I stopped using it and it works fine now manually turn it off. Not much extra actually works!

  I had a problem with my internet connection for about a month now.  I spoke with our internet service provider, and they don't know what the problem is.  Sometimes I was able to connect, but when I do it, the internet is very slow.  Someone at - it ideas?

  Hi all, I have a satellite toshiba L500 running windows 7. iprimus have used wireless internet, no problem for a few weeks before that, used it via an ethernet cable as I didnth ave a wireless modem. my phone was off load the other night and went flat, next morning when I woke up and turned on, it wouldnrt to connect to internet after hours and hours of phone calls, iprimus and many resets winsock, ethernet and modem reset cable tests they tell me that the problem is in my laptop...

  So I rang toshiba... and they got forced to go in device drivers, cards, and then network and disable, actually uninstall the wireless drivers and then reinstall... and it worked... Finally... (forgot to add with the confusion iprimus someone had reset my passowrd and I had to configure to the laptop...)

  Anyway, after all of these calls, I did a full restore of the computer laptop, all deleted and reinstalled everything and then reinstall the modem. This time in the configuration of the modem, he told me the wireless network adapter was unplugged and let me only implemented via ethernet...

  now earlier today, I had the internet... but he dropped randomly... pages Web will go slow, sometimes it will reconnect, sometimes he used. now I thougbht could try and uninstall and reinstall the modem again, s soul mistake and this time, can not get the wireless at all.

Although every time my laptop has left internet, so would my iphone of bfs were testing us and so did my other laptop which is partially drunk but couldn't normally always connect to the net... so as to tell me it is a problem of modem... Ive no idea what to do... and can not keep it via ethernet on the bench in the new House ive, as with 2 children less than 3 years moved in, is asking for trouble...

  That s the best way to get rid of a client who has a problem, I know that those people who don't say, this is not my problem it problem computer laptop s ;)
  I think that the guys running out of ideas.

  However, first try an update of the WLan driver;

  If new BIOS BIOS update would be available.
  You should also check the advanced settings of the wireless network card.
  To do this, go to Device Manager-> properties-> Advanced tab WLan card.

  Sorry, but if your talk to get the mouse drivers from HP, what's not at work, such as HP does not include drivers for the hardware not HP.

  Have you tried to download the drivers from the manufacturer of the mouse?

  You must go to the settings, update & Security-> Windows Update.

  Then, choose Advanced-> history to see when the updates have been applied last. If you see one that include device drivers, who might be the problem. So, if you can, you should see if you can restore the drivers that are causing the problem. Do so you by going into Device Manager, see if the device is still listed and so, trying to restore the last driver update.

  I bought new silvertec mouse, model bp06. Which is a wireless mouse. I use Windows 7 64 bit .the mouse contains a usb adapter. I plug in the adapter into my usb port it started to install the driver, is first hid wireless mouse, then the usb driver, but he could not install. I tried more then 10 times, still does not work. I go into the control panel-> hardware and seen my usb hid adapter that is enumerated. But I see NO "INSTALLED". And I still can't use now.please help me!
